We had the pleasure of house sitting for Daryl and Brenda, taking care of their lovely dog, Goochie and it was a fantastic experience! Daryl and Brenda are a wonderful couple. They made us feel really comfortable from the moment we arrived. Taking care of Goochie was a joy. He's a very sweet dog, and we followed his routine to ensure he was happy and well-cared for. Their home was a delight, and we treated it with care and respect. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful with very nice neighbors; we really enjoyed walking Goochie. If you get the chance to house sit for Daryl and Brenda, seize it – it's an experience filled with warmth and gratitude that you'll always remember!
A stunning home in a serene and beautiful area, the pets are all super friendly and make you feel right at home straight away! Jon Jon even comes for a walk with Kiki! Such a comfortable and peaceful home with awesome surroundings and the nearby towns are lovely. You'll love the walks as much as Kiki.
Parker is a real sweet dog, and while he defintiely has some leash aggression, he is actually pretty good around dogs off leash. I knew to be careful passing dogs when he was on leash and didn't have any real issues the whole sit. Sommer's apartment is in a great location, near tons of open space and a very easy place to get downtown from. I rented electric bikes at a nearby kiosk and was able to bike back and forth from downtown on lovely protected bike paths. The apartment itself is pretty cozy, and best for one person, but well appointed with most creature comforts. (Minus a toaster)
Anna and Carlos are as generous as anyone can be and they will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Their house is large and comfortable, close to the sea and in a calm area great for walks. Spaghettini and Leyla will greet you with wagging tails and lots of enthusiasm, be by your side as much as they can and never get enough cuddles. They are both a joy to be around, and will give you endless of love and company. Brigitte Catou is perhaps less enthusiastic in the beginning, but she quickly warms up to you and wants to play and be by your side as well. I enjoyed having her snuggled up next to me every night. During my stay I also got to meet the newest member of the family, the kitten Trast who completely melted my heart. No doubt he will fit in perfectly with this great family! This sit is ideal for a couple or two friends since all pets wants to be petted at the same time, so you really need more than one pair of hands. It also suits someone who will be at home a lot since all pets really enjoy the company and affection of people. I would be happy to come back and to recommend sitting for Anna and Carlos anytime!
We had an amazing time in London. Bal left everything ready for our arrival and Cova is the sweetest little thing. We took the metro to go to the city centre, where we walked a lot with Cova, visiting everything. We could go into stores, and even coffeeshops. He is always ready to play with his ball and to cuddle. Cova is very well trained and extremely cute!! Thanks Bal for the hospitality.
Kira is so sweet, very attentive, and responds quickly and thoughtfully. Her kitty, Empress is loving and cuddly and so much fun to hang out with. Kira's space is cute and located right at the cusp of Little Havana. Grocery is within walking distance, and uber is super reasonable heading into Coral Gables, Brickell, or South Beach. Overall, cute little apartment, wonderful host, the sweetest kitty and easy, fun, chill house sit. Definitely recommend!!

My dog is very attached and protective of me. He hates leaving my side and used to get severe anxiety with car rides. I tried socializing him with another daycare, but he wasn't happy about it. They were bigger and had more facility amenities, but he didn't want to go. When I started bringing him to my dog's daycare, things started to change. He started listening more often (he has gone through training, but he's very stubborn), he gets excited for the car, he's happier around strangers, and loves meeting new dogs on walks. He even tells me that he wants to go to doggie daycare (he gets his leash, and when we go outside, he heads to the car). When we get there and I open his door, he runs over to the entrance, full body wagging. He comes home happy and tired. Patty and the girls keep him and the other dogs safe, and he loves them and going to doggie daycare. I think that's the best a dog parent can ever hope for.
Corresponded with the owner to have my dog evaluated for the daycare services. The evaluation consisted of what breed of dog and how many days of daycare would be needed. Once disclosed what my dogs breed is (Boxer mixed with a mut, and a pit bull terrier) the owner stopped responding. I can only assume it was due to breed disclosure, which was confirmed through Embark DNA. Despite my dog being socialized and well trained, the owner chose to lead with prejudice, which reflects more on the business as a whole. Unfortunate to have this experience.

Very happy with My Dogs Daycare. My dog had a lot of anxiety about new people coming in contact with her. It was suggested by a trainer that we bring her to My Dogs Daycare to get her used to other people handling her and to tire her out. She always did great with other dogs so this was a great solution. We are so happy with the results! Katie (our dog) loves going there a few times a week. She used to tremble at the thought of getting in the car. When I tell her where we are going she jumps up and runs to the garage. Getting her in the car is so much easier now and she happily lets the staff take her by the leash and lead her to her friends. Very happy!
I have tried a few different daycares for my dog but none are quite like My Dog's Daycare. The owner gets to know you and your dog, and the staff is super friendly and knows my dog by name even though I don't live nearby so I don't go as frequently as I'd like! 4 stars because they stopped sending me invoices, even after I gave them $60 cash last time I went. I have no idea if I'm paid in full or owe anything!
My Dog's Daycare is a great place for a dog to stay and have fun all day long. And when dogs stay overnight, one of the staff members or Patty, the owner, sleeps over with them. How cool is that! I would highly recommend this wonderful and caring doggy-day-care!!
Great place! I have a Shih-Tzu and was kind of skeptical of the whole doggy day care scene with a toy dog. We visited a couple of places and I left each of them never wanting to send my dog there. I felt super comfortable when we walked into My Dog's Daycare and have been trusting them with our little guy for the past 6 months and have no complaints.They also have a Facebook page where they post photos and videos every day which is great to check out and see what the dogs were up to that day. I would highly recommend.
Don’t own a dog but I stopped by when I was running and ran out of water. The kind lady filled up my camelbak. I would definitely trust these people with my pets.
I was quite apprehensive about leaving Misha for the first time anywhere so, I called Misha’s vet and asked her if she could recommend a place. Without hesitation, she recommended Best Friends pet Hotel in Avon Connecticut. I called and asked lots of questions. It sounded right. The morning I dropped Misha off, the attendant assured me that she would be well cared for, and I could call during the week as often as I liked to check on how she was doing. I waited a couple of days before calling and was told that the first day she was Not happy and not eating. From day two on she was happy, loved to play with the attendents and was eating well. No problems at all. I highly recommend Best Friends pet hotel. I plan on going on a three week vacation and will board Misha there for the entire time without any concerns for how well she’s being cared for.
We have used Best Friends in Avon for over 20 years with 2 different dogs with totally different personalities. Our current dog is very shy. But he is a climber. They have found ways to manage him and keep him safe. They love him and all the dogs. I recommend Best Friends Avon.
My dogs love coming to doggy day camp but what really makes the difference at Best Friends in Avon are the staff. They are very friendly, professional and reliable . We also use the groomer and she is also excellent. Thank you for taking the best care of Hope and Milo !
This was the first time using best friends pet hotel in Avon CT and overall it was a pleasant experience. My dog had a great time and they said she was an angel there and was very social with the other dogs. Fair with pricing including added in perks. Only minor issue would be difficulties finding out the drop off hours and even though we got there later they told us for next time and still checked her in with no problems.
Very comfortable leaving my small dog there, they are very kind and gentle with him. I can call and check on him and they never make me feel uncomfortable. Staff is great!!
The team at Best Friends Avon takes excellent care of Sandy both during doggy daycare AND when she boards overnight. We know she is extremely safe and happy because they take the time to know her and care for her on individual basis. LOVE Team BF Avon!
We booked a stay for our 2 goldens last summer while we were out of town and they had the best time! We got photos for reassurance, which was so nice. One of our dogs would get hives whenever he would be boarded or even went grooming because he would get so nervous, but this never happened to him with Best Friends. They come home happy every single time! We can’t recommend Best Friends enough!!
My dog loves going there. The staff Is amazing, especially Angel and Destiny. It’s very clean the dogs are very well taken care of and they have so much fun playing outside. I even had my dog room there and was very pleased.

I have been coming to Best Friends for years for grooming with several dogs and a cat. They always have great personable service, reasonable rates and do wonderful work. My last visit included a rough Collie and 5 pound puppy grooming, they did a great job and my babies are even more adorable, clean and comfy.
Best daycare around. Our dog truly is so loved and cared for! All staff really love and take care of your dog, and you couldn’t ask for more! Love this place and would not want to have our pup go anywhere else even if the drive is inconvenient- so worth it!
Jack and his crew were amazing in the 7 or so years we brought our dog for daycare. We found them to be genuinely good people who loved animals and always had a good attitude. We've moved so we don't go anymore but I wanted to post a review to acknowledge the great experience we had with Planet Bark.
This is an owner run facility. The owner is on site most times. It’s tough to get in as there is a waiting list, and the owner is strict about vaccines and fecal tests (a very good thing for your dog) but once you are in, you and your pooch will be glad. The staff is great and really care for dogs. The facility is clean and well run.
Wonderful dog day care. Our dog loves it, we love it. They take great care of him and he comes home both happy and tired every time. Love that you can make online reservations quickly and easily

My pup absolutely LOVES to visit his friends at Planet Bark! When I ask him if he wants to go "play" he sprints to the garage door a waits to be let out into the garage to jump in the car! I love Planet Bark because my pup does, but also because they take excellent care of my little buddy and are some of the nicest people you'd ever hope to meet. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a safe, fun environment for my pup. Huge plus that they have both indoor and outdoor play yards and cageless boarding!!!
The owner, Jack, and his team go above and beyond to care for our dog, whether for daycare or boarding. We never worry about our dog’s care when we board him, which is invaluable. We have been going to Planet Bark for many years and will never go anywhere else. We moved and changed jobs since starting our dog at Planet Bark, so the location isn’t as convenient for us; but we still go out of our way to bring our dog there.

We love Planet Bark and highly recommend. Rey, our black Shepherd went to doggie daycare here for 2.5 years until we recently moved. Rey misses her friends and the owner, Jack, and all the staff! Love this place! I knew they were true dog lovers when they very honestly told me that our dog did not like daycare. They could have kept taking our money while my dog continued to be miserable, but they didn't... Now our newest pack member goes to daycare and he just loves it!!! When I pick him up he gets in the car and immediately falls asleep, which is great because he's a big puppy with lots of energy to burn. I cannot say enough about the staff, they are all truly wonderful people, they make every dog feel like they are the "top dog"!
We have been sending our dog Rio here for more than a year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Rio jumps with excitement when we mention the name ‘daycare’. We even cut our morning walk short so that he can enjoy the daycare with his friends as much as he can and doesn’t get overtired. The staff at Roaring Brook are so friendly and take great care of our Rio. They let us know when Rio has had a good day, eaten his food, taken a nap. They even know Rio is our dog when we go to bring him back in the evening. We have also tried their boarding service which has also been a great experience.
I scheduled my dog at the kennel 4-5 weeks in advance. I had to prompt them to find out if my submission was even accepted. Then, five days before my wedding and when we were supposed to use the kennel, they told us we needed to do a bunch more things to allow our dog to stay, even though no one (not the vets or anyone at the kennel) mentioned it was necessarily or needed. He was up to date on vaccines and vet visits, but it wasn't enough. We hired a pet sitter who then told us this kennel barely even gives the animals any one on one time anyway. I'm glad we did not go with them. Their communication was sub-par at best.
Made an appointment for my dog over the phone for his “trial” to make sure he was a good fit. When I arrived I did not find anyone working there to be overly friendly or welcoming. I was told over the phone that my appointment was for 9 am today yet told when I arrived they don’t start until 9:30 - the person I spoke to on the phone also told me that they would be reaching out to my vet for the vaccine info and that was never done, so I had to scramble to get them records when I arrived. I am shocked this place has good ratings. I had a very bad first impression and will not be returning.
I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible! My dogs have boarded and been in daycare at Roaring Brook for many years and I have been nothing but pleased with the care they received. The head groomer is fantastic!! She has meticulously groomed my dogs (collies, not the easiest breed to groom) for two decades. They have all been happy to go for their "spa" days every month, love her, look fantastic when they come home.
I can't say enough good things about Roaring Brook Kennels, as well as Roaring Brook Vet. We have several cats who we boarded at the kennel for a couple of days when we moved. They were so well cared for. The practice cared for all of our cats and our dog. They provided the best quality, compassionate care for our pets throughout all stages of their lives. And then there's their groomer, Gina. Best. Groomer. Ever. She truly cares for all of her furry clients and is truly the best in her field with both dogs and cats. I cannot recommend Gina and this practice highly enough!
My little mutt just went for her first weekend boarding experience and had a total blast! Loved getting her "report card" and hearing about her adventures and new friendships in daycare. Totally accommodating with flexible drop off and pick up time options without racking up extra charges and a wide range of custom packages to suit your pups needs each visit. Well worth the few more miles to know she is so well cared for and adored by the staff there.
Roaring Brook Kennels and Veterinary Hospital is an amazing facility with a staff that truly cares for your animals during their stay. Whether my dog Bruce is there for half or full day of Doggy Day Care I know he is in good hands and comes back exhausted and fulfilled. They even give him a bath which is amazing! During the times when Bruce is not able to come On vacation with us... I send Bruce on vacation to Roaring Brook Kennels. Here he spends his days playing with the staff and the other dogs boarding as well. I have personally seen a huge improvement in Bruce’s behavior during his time spent at the kennels... because they make sure he is happy and gets his engery out. The staff is extremely attentive to him and all the dogs under their care. I have witnessed on more than one occasion the staff snuggling and assuring a new comer who is nervous that it’s okay and they will have fun as well. I can personally say that having a place like Roaring Brook Kennels to care for my dog puts a lot of my worries behind me. Thank you to all the staff at the kennels, Gina the groomer and the doctors upstairs for taking such great care of my boy Bruce!! Xoxox
I left my dog there for nearly a month and from the time I dropped her off as hard as it was to leave her there I knew she would be taken care of! This place really cares about your pet, they emailed me about anything that came about and I felt very comfortable that she was in good hands! When I got back and brought her home it was as if she was at home the whole time, she was happy, excited and of course healthy! A great place to bring your pet for boarding and day care! They even washed her blankets and gave her a bath the day I picked her up, very impressive.
Gave my dog RINGWORM which is impossible to get rid of and very uncomfortable for my dog. Overall I think the kennels are unclean and unprofessional. They smell awful the second you walk in the door which no other kennels I’ve been to smell that bad. Only makes me think about what the kennels are like if it smells that strong in the lobby. They washed my dog and left her in the crate dryer for hours and she still smelled disgusting when I got her back. Would never board my dog here again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in this kennel.
When picking up our pet we were asked to assist with getting him into the carrier. We got a glimpse of the back kennel. I was shocked at how filthy the place was. The kitty condo was beyond dirty, the walls were stained and it smelled like it hadn’t been washed or cleaned in months. Initially when we dropped our pet off, we brought a blanket to try and make his stay as comfy as possible. His blanket was thrown on a shelf and a dirty pillow case was provided for him to sleep on instead. I received a phone call later that day from the manager. She was full of excuses and not truthful. She should have just addressed my concerns and apologized - you gotta OWEN IT! Very upsetting for our family and our pet.
Love DaleyPawz! We have had multiple walkers taking care of Ella and they were all fantastic! We were worried about leaving our dog with a stranger but who knew that it would work out so great! Ella was really happy and we were happy too! The walkers keep in contact with us and even sent pictures. They also send a message describing how the visit went. Will definitely use them again and would recommend DaleyPawz to all my friends❤️

I can't express how impressed I was with Daleypawz and their employees. Being a business owner in the community myself, I have high standards and Daleypawz surpassed that in every way! Their employees and the owner are very kind, attentive, knowledgable, and professional. Natalie has done several overnight stays with my two pups (Golden Retriever and Great Pyrenees) and I could tell right away she was a dog person and knew what she was doing. As opposed to some local sitters that I didn't feel as comfortable with. They go above and beyond by checking in when they arrive, sending awesome photos of the visit even for short walk visits, and fill their waters. 10 stars all around, you can't go wrong.

As far as the actual service provided...5 star. Jayme was fantastic. My dogs can be a bit skittish when it comes to meeting new people and they warmed up to her quickly. I needed the service for a mid day potty break. I received communications on when she was going to arrive, lots of pictures, and detailed notes. I was a bit surprised when I got the bill, not sure if it was the app they used for scheduling or if I missed something. What I thought was going to be $23 for a 20 minute visit turned out to be $38 ($23 for the visit, $10 for an extra dog - though it was a potty break in a fenced yard, no walk required and a $5 travel fee for being out of range) - I would have been more aggravated if the service wasn't so perfect. The thing that didn't sit well with me was I asked about pricing for my crew for an overnight with all the details 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 pets requiring medications ( 3 of which are mixed in food and don't require manual pilling etc...) I did not get a response for 2 weeks. And on top of the wait time i still didn't get a direct quote - just a general list and when I did the math myself it was going to be over $200 for their most basic service with all my add ons. Not sure if I was forgotten about but I felt that I was not valued as a client with the lag in response. I found another option that didn't charge for every "add on". * edit- in response to the owners response below the question asked was in private chat- it was just missed- mistake by the company and not the client.
Absolutely thrilled with the experience at Cat’s Meow Resort! We entrusted them with both of our beloved cats during the holiday and they went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and genuinely passionate about cats. The facility was clean, cozy, and secure, with plenty of space for our cats to play and relax. Throughout their stay, we received update and live webcam, which really put our minds at ease and we were able to watch our cat’s 24/7 in their Serengeti Penthouse, The staff was also very attentive to their specific needs, ensuring they had everything they required. We highly recommend Cat’s Meow Resort to anyone looking for a safe, loving place to leave their feline friends. Thank you for making our holidays stress-free and for giving our cats such a wonderful experience!
Highly recommend. Kim, who runs the place is wonderful and takes the time to listen to all of your cats needs and concerns. I have an elderly cat who is 17 and takes seven meds a day and Cats Meow boarding did that with care. And it's difficult to find boarding for a cat with a situation like that. The space is beautiful. I had the Aspen suite. Lots of room for your cat to be comfortable, unlike so many boarding places, that put them in a cage , that is not very large, here your cat will have luxurious space to sleep in and move about and enjoy their time as much, as you are on your vacation. And a window to look out!! They were great about sending me videos and pictures while those on vacation and I have never seen my cat so happy during boarding. Cannot recommend enough. It truly was a lifesaver. I know that I can plan my next trip and not worry. Thank you so much to the staff and Kim for their caring.
Super clean and accommodating. I appreciate that my pet had a small room to himself with a window, large cat tree and other shelves for sitting/jumping, and an enclosed cat bed. I received daily texts/photos with him enjoying play time and attention in a larger enclosed room. Staff made everyone comfortable and my pet returned home as happy and healthy as when I left him. 10/10 recommend and will plan to board again!
Fit for 2 Kings! I have 2 male cats: a red Persian and A Seal Point Himalayan who have been guests at the Cat's Meow Resort many times for both grooming and boarding. This resort is amazing and provides an environment where my boys are safe, well cared for, have a clean, spacious, stimulating, environment, and is relaxed and stress free. They also offer a kitty cam service that I can use to interact with them when I am away. Kim, (a Feline Master Groomer) is very knowlegable about cats and is exceptionally skilled at grooming. My cats always look gorgeous , and their fur is so soft and healthy. They are adult cats and are so playful and more energetic after grooming. You don’t realize that the extra overgrown fur increases matting and the fur gets flat, dirty and dry. She stressed the importance of combing them regularly and she provides great information on how to maintain the cats fur in between maintenance grooms to keep them looking and feeling fabulous! If you want your cat to have a one of a kind experience, I highly recommend “Cats Meow Resort.”
We moved a difficult cat from NYC to CT and boarded him for 4 days at Cat's Meow Resort. Kim was really helpful with suggestions regarding the move, and was able to establish a relationship with our cat while he was there, which is not easy with this cat.
listen, we were always hesitant for some reason about leaving our beloved cat Kimber with ANYONE else. but now we have booked Cat's Meow Resort twice to take care of Kimber and we can't say enough about it! They take such good care of her, the little rooms for the cats are nice & comfy for them, they send you pictures & videos so you can get updates and they also take them out of their rooms now again to play with them. SO GLAD i booked them! thank you!!!!
This was our first time boarding our cat. We really appreciated the regular text updates and pictures and the level of care our cat received here. We will definitely have our cat stay here again if we need to be away.
I had reached out to cats meow for my cat chandni and was in the process of getting her boarded, my sister in law also was trying to call for her cat, so she had asked me to reach out for her cat as well as she needed boarded too. I had just asked if there is room for her cat as well. And immediately things in the conversation were more different I am not sure why. And than was told I cannot get boarded for my cat either. This is very odd as we did not even enter the boarding process yet and I was just reaching out via email. They stated that the owner needed to contact but she was trying on phone and no pick up. And asked me as a courtesy to message them just to see if there was availability that is it. I am not sure if it is discrimination or miss communication but I did not see any big issue going on but cats meow kept telling me to look at another cat resort as my cat has been to a couple in the past and no issues. It was kind of misleading and confusing on the businesses end. Update the cats meow also told the other cats owner that they cannot take him due to behavior issues. But they told me a different reason.
They took wonderful care of our cats, gave us updates, and are even better at getting them into the carriers than I am. We will absolutely be boarding our cats with Cat's Meow Resort in the future!
This has been the most pleasurable experience to work with them. I actually didn’t need to reschedule, and they were very understanding due to the last-minute circumstances involving the fact that I was moving I had first book them with the anticipation I’d be able to drop off my cat while moving and unfortunately it was unable to however, staff was very understanding to the matter and even allowed me to have a credit for a different date. They were very kind and helpful in regard to giving clear and concise instructions, and ensure that my cat was up-to-date on all vaccinations, which made me feel very safe. I did also book the Bora Bora room, and I thought that it was amazing for him because he was able to explore independently. They do also offer rooms with cameras which is incredibly helpful being a cat mom, just to check in.
Leaving a 1-star for now, but I was a customer for 5 years, and in that time their prices for overnight cage free boarding was $55. Just picked up my dog today from boarding to find out that the cost went up by $45 a night and they charged me $100/night for boarding which is absurd. The fact that they can’t tell you what price it’s going to cost on their website Insane and to have a policy like the one that they do. I will not be returning back to them Unless that policy changes and they have their pricing listed on their website.
My dog loved the place. She had so much fun playing with more dogs she met! I would really recromend this place, About an hour in and she is already tuckered out because of all the fun she had. The outside feild is also really nice. It's a nice place for many dogs. In fact, on the car ride she was super happy to go to the place. So, 5 stars out of me
Not only do my husband and I love Wagging Tails, but more importantly our dog, Tucker, does too! We are always welcomed with a smile and the staff knows Tucker well. The daycare offers many fun activities for the dogs and gives daily report cards, giving parents fun memorabilia and the dogs different ways to engage and play with each other. Tucker always comes home exhausted from a day of playing, and his ears perk up when I ask him if he wants to go play at daycare. Wagging tails is the best!
We have been going here for swimming since 2023 and have been loving it so far. We have a golden retriever so he loves swimming and having a pool nearby is amazing, whether the outdoor pool in Wolcott or the indoor pool in West Hartford, we love it all.
Went to a dock diving try it session. We were a little concerned because our dog loves swimming but doesn’t love jumping. The team there was great. They were very patient with Mando but also gave him some tough love when he needed it. Will definitely be going back.
Extremely Disappointed with Negligent Care and Poor Communication Our recent experience has left us deeply concerned about the well-being and safety of the pets under their care. When we picked up our dog from daycare, we immediately noticed he was limping. We immediately called and the staff at the daycare said they noticed...but did not notify us about the limp or any incident that might have caused it. When we spoke with the manager instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, we were met with evasiveness and a complete lack of accountability. He will most certainly not be going back. He would also come home disgusting (smelled like pee, chlorine, and sweat) and thirsty. I wish he never went to that place. We had to bathe him after every daycare visit
I brought a dog to/from daycare occasionally, so my experience is limited, but by all accounts seems like a great facility with great staff. They know the dogs by name of course, and you can tell that they've all developed a unique connection with each animal. They offer half and whole days and have very workable hours for all clients. I recommend!!
I find their online system confusing and difficult to book dock diving sessions. Last time we went they messed up our reservation time and asked me to change my time and I did and they said they would give it to us for free but then charged us for it. Today I tried to book my dog and they asked me to bring in a rabies vaccine, and I found that it expired literally yesterday and she canceled our appt. I come here when I can’t get out to K9 Dock diving in colchester, it is not my first choice😒
My dog seen in the picture below stayed at the west hartford location from 8-12-21 to 8-14-21. He is an 8 month old Rottweiler who has never stayed at any kind of boarding facility. When my pup came home from his visit Saturday evening he was not himself. I called and emailed less then 24hours from the time that he was picked up to inform staff that he most likely has kennel cough. No office manager ever called me back. When I called back not to long ago, I informed staff of what the vet said all I got was what do you want me to do. I will never visit this place again. I will upload pictures of all the dogs he was in close contact with. I am also going to report their unsafe practices to BBB. The facility seemed to be understaffed compared to the ratio of human/dog contact. Never again!!!
Clean facility and helpful friendly staff! I brought my dog here for a private swim in their indoor pool and couldn’t have been happier, nor could he.
