I had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved dogs, Dora and Suki, to Lesley's care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I met Lesley, it was clear that she is an animal lover through and through. Lesley's dedication to ensuring Dora and Suki were well taken care of was evident from the start. She made a point to understand their routines, preferences, and any special needs they might have. This attention to detail was incredibly reassuring and set the tone for a positive experience. One of the standout aspects of Lesley's service was her commitment to keeping me updated. She sent regular updates, complete with photos and descriptions of their activities. Siobhan, Sam and their most adorable children Indie and Reuben did a long housesit for us. They are friendly, great communicators and totally reliable. We initially had some reservations because our cat Maui is not used to children, but she immediately “adopted” the kids 🥰 and has been excellently cared for. They all took superb care of Maui and the terrain. Our house was impeccably well cared for. Unfortunately they didn't have the nicest weather, but they had a great time and kept us well informed. We certainly hope that they will be willing to come back again and we can highly recommend them without any hesitation. What a lovely family! Aimee and John came with their beautiful children Jake and Ruby. They love dogs- their own dog staying at home being treated by granny. They sent lots of photos showing Bluey having lots of cuddles. They also left our house in perfect condition and even a gift and card for us! We were very lucky to have them and hope they have lots of holidays near and far. They would be welcome back at our house anytime

This was the second time Shona has stayed with Mabel, so I'll start with the basics: excellent communication, respectfulness, friendliness, caring, and trustworthiness. Now for the detailed review. Shona and Adam are absolutely wonderful people. Mabel was so excited to see them both, and we left with complete confidence that she would be well cared for. We received numerous updates and pics that allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our holiday without worry. When our return flight was delayed, they stayed to ensure Mabel was okay, demonstrating their genuine understanding and care for pets. We were extremely grateful for this. Additionally, the house was left even cleaner than when we departed, prompting us to consider inviting Shona and Adam to stay on a regular basis. We couldn't ask for better house and dog sitters. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Cassandra and her partner Martin were the ideal house and pet sitters and really helped me when I was away, it was fantastic, they were very flexible, thoughtful, the animals were really happy and I got lots of communication and updates. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would have them back any time! Thanks so much I really appreciated it!

India and her brother Roman were just the perfect house sitters. There was a slight concern when she applied that they might be too young and not have the experience of being in charge of a house and our two aged dogs. No concern necessary. The dogs were loved and cared for, the house was spotless when we arrived home, they had dealt with the new washing machine being delivered and installed - really we could not wish for more from a house sitter. I have no hesitation in recommending India to others.

Amanda, a cat owner, was my perfect choice for looking after my cat whilst I was away on a short break. Amanda arrived early so we met before I left. I was updated with a brief message and occasional photo during my trip. I felt very assured that Dainty and my home was well taken care of by a responsible person. My home was left clean and tidy, bed linen on the line, plants watered and Dainty very happy.

Alan and Emily ensured I came home to a happy dog! Bloo took to them straight away and along with updates they sent, this meant I was at ease while away. Alan is a good communicator, he was very responsive when we were setting up the sit, and as a couple they are reliable, punctual and really pleasant. Upon my return Bloo was calm, happy and in good spirits so I know he'd had a good time. I'd definitely recommend Alan and Emily and would be happy to have them return.

Hannes looked after our pets really well, the dog loved him, they had some good walks together. He was easy to communicate with, reliable self sufficient. i would recommend Hannes as a house sitter.

Linda was a very loving catsitter, helped me feel safe when abroad, gave loving attention according to what Kami needed, really tried to find out about the animal. The contact between us was always quick and complete. I loved it to find Linda at my place, waiting for me to come home. Thank you Linda, all the best for your future travels!

Elaine is a five star sitter! She was great with Bixby from the beginning and kept me updated with photos of them out on walks and having a play. Bixby really enjoyed Elaine and she was great with communication. Bixby is a bit of a handful, but Elaine was amazing with him and they got along splendid. Also, Elaine also left everything clean and tidy! I would highly reccommend her and wouldn't hestitate to have her sit again. Thank you so much Elaine!
