Great people, nice home, and Luna and Golfhino were both a delight to take care of. Highly recommend the sit.
A magical place in a relaxing and comfortable guest annex with one of the absolute sweetest dogs I’ve ever met! You will stay in a self-contained apartment attached to the house that has all the modern conveniences. The yard allows place for plenty of play or just relaxing. You’ll be surrounded by the beauty and view of Holy Loch. There are friendly farm animals and friendly neighbors galore. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Millie will melt your heart. She is smart and funny and affectionate. She wants to play in lieu of work. Being a border collie I think she feels under utilized since she doesn’t have animals to herd! Very obedient and a well trained dog. Do your soul a favor and stay here if you get the chance.
It was really lovely to meet Ruth and her little companions! She had a delicious meal ready for us the night we arrived, and even put together a little welcome pack, which was so thoughtful! Percy was quite affectionate and vocal when we first met him, however he did become more hesitant after we roused on him for meowing in the middle of the night. Sorry Percy! Norah is a little ball of energy. She loves to play tug of war with you, and will want to be as close to you as physically possible at all times. Even though she was only 10 months when we came to stay, she was quite obedient as well and very easy to keep happy. It is easy to get groceries etc nearby and a short bus ride into the heart of Oxford as well. We would recommend this sit 😊
We had a wonderful time looking after Zuzu and Dug! They are such friendly dogs and it was a real pleasure getting to know them. Shelley and Arch were phenomenally welcoming and we were made to feel really at home. The cottage and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much!
Excellent overall experience. Both Vera and Opal were entertaining and affectionate. Great home in a great location in a great area of New England. We wish it had not ended!
Elizabeth's place was the best! We felt super comfortable and relaxed and the location was amazing! Clover was an absolute sweetheart and her pet needs and medications were extremely manageable. We toured the surrounding towns and I even went surfing in Pacifica. I highly recommend this sit!
