We had a wonderful time looking after Kerry and Karen’s 4 gorgeous cats. They all had different personalities and were a delight. Bella and George were a little timid, Luna was the boss and Archie was full of energy and mischief. They are very easy to care for. We had a great time exploring the delights of Belfast, with the public bus just metres down the road. Kerry and Karen were two of the nicest people you could meet. They were so welcoming and kind, fed us dinner on our arrival night and took us grocery shopping to ensure we were well set up before they left. We really enjoyed getting to know them and feel we’ve left having made new friends. A great experience. Thank you Kerry and Karen. We hope to come back some time.

I had an amazing experience sitting for Angie and Paul. The house is confortable, situated in a quiet area and close to the beach. They invited me to stay at their place before the sit starts. They are very kind and easy to communicate with, they gave me all the instructions I needed. I could use their car and electric bicycles, it was really nice to explore the area. Lily and Neo are adorable cats, very sociable, love to cuddle and very easy to sit. I'll miss them! I highly recommend this sit! Thank you!
We looked after Sidney for a week this May and our experience was fantastic. Sidney is such a lovely and kind boy - cuddly, very well-behaved, always up for a walk or a run, and perfect the spend time with. We absolutely loved him! Catherine and Steven are exceptional hosts. They welcomed us with a beautiful dinner and entertained with great chat. We also went for a walk around Saintes, when we had a chance to get comfortable with Sidney and learn a lot about the town (historic and pretty place). They also carefully explained Sidney’s routine to us and prepared a comprehensive guide that included details about Sidney and a house but also a lot of tips and events taking place in Saintes when we were around. They are very hospitable people and we could feel that they did everything to ensure that we had a good time - thank you very much Catherine and Steven! We really had a great time thanks to you!! When it comes to the house, it is such a comfortable and beautiful space. We had all the comfort that w e needed and more. We were quite unlucky with the weather but the house fully compensated for it. We would often go to one of the fabulous farmers markets and then use the fully equipped kitchen to learn to cook local dishes. Lovely lovely time!!! We had access to the garage (we came with a car) which was extremely helpful but Saintes also has great rail connection, which we used for several trips around the region. Overall, we had a five star experience thanks to Catherine, Steven and Sidney. We fully recommend the sit and we would love to be back. Had a fantastic time caring for Pickle and Pluto for Sven in sunny Fort Lauderdale! 2 super fun and energetic pups with big, easy going personalities. Max, our Westie, isn't used to being boarded. He stayed elsewhere once and got very sick. When he went to Out On a Leash he had so much fun, played hard and stayed healthy. I love that he can run around freely in a huge, safe outdoor space!
Great for dogs but if the owner does not like you for a misunderstanding she treats you horrible!! Her employees dictate who the like there and who they dont! Lost my business and sad because the customer should always be first and right. Misunderstandings do happen in Life!!! To get them to call you back is asking way too much !!
If I could give them a million stars I would. They have been so great with our two dogs, both of whom have anxiety in different ways. Highly recommended!!!

SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. She's quite social, so we wanted to make sure whoever looked after her would be able to play with her and make sure she got some attention. Sandy and Randall were great, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. SnR is very communicative and organized, which put my mind at ease while we were away. SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.
SNR was absolutely amazing: Pet sitting three cats and four hermit crabs is no small chore, but they knocked it out of the park! I already have them scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!!

Best dog boarding experience we have had. They are very good with our dogs and treat them as family. Dogs get plenty of love, attention, exercise and playtime with other dogs. They communicate often on how the dogs are doing and they are constantly sharing pictures. They did great with our high maintenance COVID chiweenie pup. She is used to tons of attention. Our golden retriever was happy and well cared for. Great experience!

Pretty awful to do this in your work van. Everyone knows what kind of people you are. These people of Horton's park in between two handicapped parking spots in Fairwood shopping center by Bartells. Don't even care that the handicapped people in those vehicles couldnt get out or into their cars due to blocking. Dont park on the white stripes between handicapped parking stalls!!!!!
When someone who takes care of your 4 legged child loves him as much as I do what else do I need to say. Our dog Tex loves it there and it is a fabulous facility.

Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.
Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.
LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.
Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.
My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.

Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!
I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.
Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.
Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her place is clean and comfortable and the dogs really are spoiled. She spends so much quality time with the dogs .I never worry one bit about my dog when she is with Kelly. The dogs are always happy and having a great time when I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up. When we are gone for an extended period of time we get pictures and updates. Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.
Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!
I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Luna was in good hands with Kelly. I would definitely recommend her, she's fantastic!
I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!
I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. We used Bellevue Per Sitters while I was in the hospital having my first human baby. We loved getting feedback after every walk letting us know how our puppers was handling everything. Our dog walker gave a detailed report on her visits with our dog, including photos for each visit. She even vacuumed in preparation for us arriving home! David does an amazing job with both our dog, Edison and cat, Mesa. He always makes sure to spend quality time with them, with lots of play and affection. He has fantastic communication and leaves daily updates on how the pets are doing and goes above and beyond with toys and treats. We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Our dog loves Janice’s Critter Care and she is very happy whenever she sees them.
Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice’s Critter Care! I trust them and wouldn’t ever use anyone else!!
Janice and Tim are top notch! We have trusted them with our 2 dogs and entry into our private home for years. They are also great communicators with respect to anything they see during their visit. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. Loved it! They were very accommodating and friendly. Our dog loved it and made a friend too. The space they have for the dogs is pretty big even for a big dog. We are using them again already for another trip we have planned! They will even send you photos of your dog if you ask how they are adjusting to the other dogs and space
Trusted our dogs with Happy Tail this past month and it was their first time at any kennel. Happy Tails did incredible! One of our two dogs has severe people anxiety but the team were positive, patient, and caring. They suggested a trial night and took their time letting ‘Z’ warm up to them in his own time. After the trial and the full stay, when we came to pick the dogs up, Z was wagging his tail, running to them, and just a happy guy. With the space to socialize safely with other dogs, run around, and generally be comfortable, our dogs basically had their own vacation! Thanks team!
First time dropping my boy off overnight. I was more anxious than my dog Spock (husky/shepherd) was. These guys know what they are doing! Ensured my dog was up-to-date all vaccinations and fecal tested prior to allowing him for test night. Dog was happy to see me and taken well care of. Will use Happy Tails for sure! ~ Greg LaMadrid
This is what a tired puppy looks like after a day at Happy Tails. Today, we introduced our seven month old GSP named Bullet to Happy Tails. We dropped him off in the morning... Paul took the time showing us his facility and operation. We had a very good impression and were excited for our pup to spent the day in doggy paradise . It’s great that the dogs get to play and socialize with each other all day in a wide range of spacious areas. During the day, Paul kept us updated how Bullet was getting along. After pick up, he gave us a quick recap of the day. When we got home, Bullet got a nice brush and immediately went into deep chill mode. A good dog is a tired dog! We’ll continue to bring our pup to Happy Tails. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Was a relief while traveling to have our three dogs here. They have huge fenced fields for outdoor running and play. We left our dogs here for about a week and they were great at keeping communication via text message throughout the stay. They also provided videos/pictures of the dogs. Our dogs are picky eaters and one started refusing food and they worked with us to adjust their feeding and try different additives and things to get them to eat. They play area is outdoor with some coverings but this is western Washington so they came back honestly cleaner then we were expecting but definitely don't expect them to be spotless. Be realistic with your expectations and know your dogs are in good hands. Would love to have our dogs stay with them again in the future.
The people and services at Happy Tails are both top notch. We've been a long time customer and have recommended Happy Tails to many others. They have been a trusted partner and truly care about the well-being of each of the dogs they care for. Their facilities and large yards are great for providing the exercise our little guys need, and they always come back looking happy and like they had a fun little vacation from their parents!
Excellent.! we have 2 Rotweillers and they treated them like they're own. Anyone who knows Rottys know they are not shy. And you would be able to tell if they didn't have fun. I think our Female would have stayed there if she could. She played with the other dogs the whole time. Our male likes people more than dogs and they knew that so he stayed with the staff. Most of the time. They know how to handle our pups. And they are better dogs from the experience. I would highly recommend them. And anyone who knows Rotweiller owners know they're not shy either. I had heard and read great things about Happy Tails initially, and was excited for our dogs to spend a week in their care; but unfortunately in our case the hype did not live up to it’s name. Paul and Tina were great on our trial visit, and the place seemed clean and we were happy with what we saw. Upon pickup however, the condition of our dogs proved otherwise. One dog came home with the goopiest, yellow eye infection that she certainly did not arrive with; so bad that one of her eyes was swollen and crusted shut. It was also clear that no effort was made to dry them off (they have long, wirey coats) after running around in the wet muddy yard, which means they came home with matted/stinky/itchy fur (I’m sure this probably contributed to the eye issue as well). I was disappointed that no effort was made to treat the eye problem, despite their claim to administer veterinary care should it be needed - the medicine was $20 and I would’ve been happy to reimburse. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.
After a terrible experience with hobodog in Bonney Lake I found Happy Tails in Enumclaw. Upon arrival to check the place out I notice large fields of grass for dogs to run and play in, nicely separated to keep the big dogs with the big dogs, and the little ones with the little ones. They were happy to show me the inside of the facility so I could see where my rottweiler Zeus would be sleeping. The inside was modern and clean. Each dog has a good sized kennel for when they're not playing. When Zeus stays there, one of the workers often times takes pictures of the dogs playing and posts them on Facebook. It's nice to see while I'm gone that Zeus gets to have some fun with other dogs. I can tell that the workers at Happy Tails are responsible people and love their dogs. I trust them with Zeus.
