Alex sat for our three cats and many many veggie babies for 2 weeks. He is such a lovely guy and definitely is the most communicative sitter we have ever had - which was so great! From the moment I collected him at the station, we had so many topics to talk about, and we didn't make it onto our trip until quite a bit later tha planned because it felt like we could talk for ages. Alex' meeting with the cats was really good, even our grumpy cat licked his hand (!) - we definitely haven't had that before! We weren't out of the house for long when Alex already sent a picture all the three cats on the bed with him - and one of them on him. As the sit continued, we got lots of photos and videos of our cats and it was just so nice to know what was going on at home. He even managed to win over our grumpy cat and he actually came to lie on Alex' belly on the day before the sit ended which is a real first! He wasn't fazed by the amount of veggies in our house and gave them little sticks to lean on and even started to harden them off. When we arrived home, Alex had made us some gorgeous garlic-and-herb flat bread which was just perfect after a long drive. We were sorry to see Alex leave and very much hope that he will come over again in the future - for a sit or a visit. We can only recommend choosing him as your sitter!
Shirleen and Farzan were WONDERFUL!! They were great about communication and coming over to meet us ahead of time. They sent photos daily and left the house very clean. They were great about figuring out our unusual litter system and following very specific feeding and treat instructions. Our very shy cat even came out to say hello on their first day, so they definitely have a way with animals! We completely trusted them with our home and our kitties and look forward to having them back someday!
Cathy sat for us over the Easter long weekend. She was great. Our dog Stella was very well taken care of as was our home. She sent us pictures and updates on Stella while we were gone which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again if she's available. Anne
