Archie and I were delighted to have Elaine and Keith housesitting for us again. They are brilliant with Archie and he obviously adores them and is very relaxed and happy with them. I never have to worry; they send me photos and updates every day. They look after the house beautifully, leaving it wonderfully clean and tidy so that it is a joy to come back to. 5 stars all round, no question.

Jennifer has been very kind with our cats, and very reliable and reactive regarding the house. I felt confident knowing she had everything in hands, and will be happy to ask her back anytime.

Julian did an excellent job of caring for our pets and home. He took our dogs out on numerous long walks so we returned home to happy pets! His extra effort in planning travel arrangements which would ensure his on time arrival at our home amidst the transportation strikes affecting France was greatly appreciated as it meant that we were able to catch our flight on time. After my confirmed sitter had to cancel, Mairi jumped in last minute, arranged all her travel plans and got to Berlin with time to spare so that I could go on holiday as planned! Thank you Mairi for your willingness to take over when you were most needed. Mairi took excellent care of my home, my plants and of course, my pets. My older cat, who is usually cranky about having been left with a stranger for a few days, was not in the least perturbed and was very relaxed! I am grateful for that! My home was well cared for and neat and tidy when I returned. Mairi is easy to get along with , very respectful in her manner, and we had some good conversations in the short time we interacted. I can highly recommend Mairi. Thank you again for everything!

As first time users of the service we were nervous of strangers looking after our furry family, however Halley and Michael were brilliant to the point where our two Collies were wanting to go home with them! They were really considerate of the dog’s needs, taking them on long off the lead walks. We received lots of updates and photos, which completely put our minds at rest. Would absolutely recommend Halley and Michael as dog and cat sitters. We would welcome them back anytime.

Anita was such a great sitter for our two Labradors. She arrived on time, was completely self-sufficient, and we came back home to two very happy and contented dogs, and a clean and tidy house. Anita even took the dogs running, which I'm sure they absolutely loved. In fact, I don't think they missed us at all! We were lucky to find Anita, and would highly recommend her looking after your pets. She'd be welcome back any time!

Zoe took good care of my cats Pumpkin and Shadow. She was able to follow their meal routine and kept them on their medicine. She sent lots of great videos and photos daily while I was away which I appreciated.

Francesca was a fantastic sitter. She communicated regularly about the pets and wasn't afraid to ask any clarifying questions. My neighbours all liked her as well. She left the flat very tidy, and even put fresh sheets on the bed for me. It was the perfect surprise after a long and tiring business trip. I'd definitely recommend her.

Laura was such a fantastic sitter! She arranged to collect the keys before I went. which was great as she could meet Luna. She sent regular updates whilst I was away and I feel completely comfortable. I came back to a spotless flat and a very happy and relaxed cat. Would definitely recommend and she is welcome back any time :)

Leni, was an ideal pet sitter. She is a compassionate, responsible, loving person for both pets and humans. She communicated very well. I had a bereavement while on holiday and had to come home after only 4 days into Leni's 2 week sit. She was so understanding. I told her she was under no pressure to move out, however she found herself a place until her next sit. She kindly made my bed for me for when I arrived home. So grateful for having met Leni. X

This was our first time and Olivia far exceeded our expectations. Excellent care of our 2 dogs and our home. On return the dogs are happy and relaxed and our home is immaculate…. Excellent in every way… I hope Olivia will stay with us again 😊

Katie exceeded our expectations. Katie shown nothing but love and attention to Leia and her needs. Katie kept in regular contact with us telling us what Leia had been up to and also included plenty of photographs. The house was left for us exactly how it was left for Katie, bed was stripped and washed etc. On our last day of holiday we had the unfortunate news that our flight home was delayed by 24 hours, Katie was more than accommodating when we passed this news to her! Nothing was too much trouble. Leia had a great time and even won 2 rosettes when Katie took her to an event and entered her into competitions! Very happy with everything Katie done for us and Leia......top marks for a top sitter! Hope to see you again in the future Katie!
