From the very first communication until the sit ended, this was by far more than 5 star experience. Heidi and Bob are such welcoming, friendly homeowners, with gentle, lovely, adorable cats that will steal your heart easily on the first day. Heidi had thought of everything. Her home manual, is so thoughtfully done, it leaves no stone unturned. Their home is beautiful, in a very safe walkable neighbourhood, extremely comfortable and very clean. Feeding Sophie and Sydney, with easy pill pockets for their medicine, which they enjoy was easy. Topping up the bird feeders was a joy, as they have some beautiful birds coming to their feeders. The sunsets were amazing! Our room and bed were extremely comfortable and the bathroom lovely. We cannot recommend this sit enough, we have done over 50 sits, 45 via THS, and this sit was right in the top 3 level with 2 other amazing ones.. Finding a homeowner who puts herself in your shoes to figure out what she needs to write in the manual, and what you may need while there is so thoughtful and kind. Thank you so much Heidi and Bob, for everything, we are missing Sophie and Sydney already. We hope our paths cross again one day! Rose & Michael
Looking after Abbey in Mary’s gorgeous home was honestly such a pleasure. The house is comfortable, private and full of plants, art, and curiosities (Mary is an artist and collector/curator of lovely things). Abbey is adorable - very sweet and well behaved. All she wants is your love and fun times in the park, which is literally over the road. She’s easy to take with you to cafes, and even accompanied me to a couple of dinner parties! The plants are all easy-care as well. Clifton Hill is a great suburb, close to the city and really cute with lots of park and bush land and access to Merri Creek. Mary was wonderful to sit for - super kind, generous, relaxed, and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this sit enough 🌷
Our stay with Maria's kitties was last minute and because of great communication we were able to organise the sit easily. We arrived the day before she left and she showed us around and was very kind and helpful, she even did some food shopping for us and we were treated to take out one night from her! Her house is lovely and fascinating! There's everything one could need. It's close to shops and some great pubs and eats. The cats were the softest and cutest little kitties ever! We absolutely loved them. They'd wake us up with morning snuggles and curl up on our lap. And they very much enjoyed their time in the garden, as did we. We would definitely love to sit for Maria again if we're in the area.
Carlos the Talker and Sadie the Cutie! These pets were a pleasure to care for: they’re well behaved, super loving and always down for cuddles. Shannon was an easy person to connect with and she enjoyed the videos and pictures that I sent a couple of times a day. I definitely recommend this sit to others!
A lovely sit for Jessalyn looking after her 2 sweet kitties! They are both very affectionate and love attention and strokes but Che Che in particular wanted to sit on me all the time, he is a total softie, such a cuddly boy! I arrived the night before and Jessalyn was very welcoming, there was space for my things and she had videos of all the instructions so everything was clear and easy to understand. The location was ideal for discovering Milan and beyond. I had a wonderful stay - thank you!!
Staying at Tracy's home was a delightful experience. Her place is a colorful and funky oasis, making it a fun and comfortable spot to relax. The highlight was definitely unwinding in the hot tub under the stars - so serene! Tracy herself was welcoming and thorough, ensuring I knew everything necessary for a great stay. Her pets, Marble and Spoof the cats, and Luna the dog, were all sweet and a joy to be around. Luna's playdates with Keegan, the puppy, were a cute bonus. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly stay in a wonderfully unique home!
