Miles and Kayla were a very sweet couple who did an excellent job of making sure our 2 dogs were very well taken care of. They watched our 15 year old border collie and a new to us 10 month old border collie. Although the older dog Maya, is very easy, our new dog June, makes up for it. They were great about walking her and playing with her as her energy level is quite different from Mayas. We were very happy with them. They communicated with us once a day usually.
This was my first request for a dog sitter through TH and so I had a lot of concerns, firstly about a stranger taking care of my dog and also having someone in my home, that I had never met before.Everything could not have gone more smoothly. From the first response from Pat Wilson to receiving other requests over the coming days, I felt hugely relieved. As soon as I had read Pats profile and references, I knew we were kindred spirits. We communicated all our plans ahead and had a skype call to reconfirm flights and other travel and meeting up arrangements. Everything went exactly as planned out between us which made my first trip abroad in years’ complete worry free. I hadn’t wanted my ten-year-old pup to go to kennels. Pat could not have taken better care of my Doodle dog. As soon as they met, I knew it had been the right decision. He was completely at ease like he’d known Pat for years. I left two days later without worry. Pat communicated regularly with me while I was away and I returned after two weeks to a beautifully cleaned house, and gifts of Christmas plants in my window cill! What a wonderful person Pat is and I hope we will remain in touch in the future. Thank you Pat Wilson; your arrival allowed me an extraordinary trip to Bolivia. Doodles and I appreciate your wonderful care.
Hope was incredibly responsible and communicated well. She reached out appropriately during the stay with questions about taking care of our pets and home. She is clearly an animal lover and took great care of our pets.. We also really appreciated her flexibility with regard to our return date. The house was immaculate when we returned. We found Hope to be gracious and considerate and would highly recommend her.
