Tigger is such a sweet cat! She is clearly cared for very much by Michelle who has a very detailed welcome guide and written instructions prepared for when you arrive. There are quite a few instructions for her food but this isn't a problem as Michelle clearly explains what is needed. Michelle was great at communicating, both in the lead up to the sit and during the sit itself. The location is nice and there are some lovely pubs and a bakery nearby, as well as plenty of walks. I probably wouldn't recommend this if you need to work remotely as there isn't a lot of room for that, but if you are planning to explore the area then it's great. Thanks Michelle!
I think Janet and Andrew must be some of the kindest hosts I've ever had. They were super friendly and helpful with everything, and I'm so grateful for having met them. Guacamole was also a lovely little girl, always very excited to get out, cuddle up, or just generally bounce and spin everywhere. She was good off leash, always responded to commands, and loved to lead the way. We enjoyed multiple visits to the beach and local parks, and the only downside was having to leave her so soon :( Janet was amazingly helpful and great communicating, and their house is super big with everything you could need for a sit. The area is easy to get around, with large retail parks just over the road and major transportation links a short distance away. The area is also great for hiking with some great parks and trails a few miles away. I'd highly recommend sitting for Guac, Janet and Andrew if you get the chance, and can't thank them enough for choosing me :)
Cori has been an absolute pleasure to communicate with! She is very open and friendly. Her home is beautiful and well appointed. Nuni is a sweet, gentle, snow-white Jindo who enjoys walks, sitting near you, and experiencing the sights and sounds of her lovely pine filled backyard. She likes to smell your hands and loves her liver treats! It is best to have her sit when putting on her harness so that she feels calm and secure. I would highly recommend Idyllwild Regional Park for beautiful Hillside trail hiking and the Mile High Cafe for excellent service and food. Thank you, Cori and Nuni, for a relaxing and invigorating experience in Idyllwild Pine Cove!
