This was a really enjoyable house sit for us, a peaceful country place to stay and a very entertaining little dog called Max who made each day a joy. The accommodation was fine, and the village was quiet...fortunately with a good Pub which did excellent food. We are sure that other house sitters here will have a lovely stay and we wish GG and Chris (and Max) all the best for the future.
We had an amazing few days with Sophie at Heathers beach home. Soph was a sweet dog who loved bum scratches and being around you. Our morning beach walks always were a great start to both ours and Sophie's day. She really loves her colourful ball. Heather was amazing and showed us around the place before she departed. Her home is in a great neighbourhood only steps away from OB town and the beach. We will miss Soph and would recommend this sit to anyone
Bulle was a wonderful destination for us to sit. There are plenty of things to visit on its surroundings and if you are a nature lover like us, you’ll feel in heaven walking through the hills in the Gruyère region. The flat is located in such a convenient location: close to public transport, supermarkets, city center… and, on top of that, stunning views of the mountains from the living room! Mila and Lapo were too much fun for us. While Mila needs her time and space to adjust to people (but acted more and more friendly each day!) Lapo is such a sweetheart. He wanted his “morning kisses” from the first day and he was always willing to play with us. It was so cool to know their personalities and to spend so many moments of playtime with them. We miss them! Concerning Irene and Marco we don’t even have words...They were the most AMAZING hosts ever. From the very first moment they made us feel home, as if we were part of their family. They were extremely kind and helpful in every possible way: picking us from the station, giving us tons of information about the area, sharing dinner and breakfast with us and worrying about everything we could need during our stay even before arriving! We feel extremely thankful and lucky to have met them and shared time with them. We recommend to sit for them a million percent!
