My mom and I had a fantastic stay! Bonnie and Clyde are adorable and super low-maintenance - Bonnie did her own thing most of the time but was always sweet and affectionate when we did see her, and Clyde liked to stay nearby so that he could "smile" at us and get belly pats. Matthew and Madeline’s home is wonderful, equipped with modern conveniences and in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown and touristy stuff. We were exhausted from our drive from Chicago but the great hospitality, awesome pups and lovely home made it worth the trip!

How easy it is to fall for these two beautiful kitties, in such a sweet little cottage with an amazing local community in a truly beautiful part of Devon. I highly recommend this sit for anyone wanting to slow down the pace of life and enjoy a country getaway, with some amazing countryside walks right on the doorstep, and being central Devon, loads of day trips in all directions.

Alice and Piglet are just adorable in their own unique ways and so easy to look after, keeping their food topped and and giving them a good fur brush each day. And if you ever get to look after Molly (their daughters dog) then she too is super easy, good to walk off lead through the village and local fields.

The village is very caring and supportive of each other with an amazing local and well looked after "village green" for community events; everyone was very welcoming and I enjoyed a couple of morning coffee chats with neighbours.

Mary and Hug invited me for a day visit when we were booking the sit and also invited me to stay the night before they left. This was really helpful as it allowed us time to show me the cats and the garden routine and get to know the little quirks of their cottage, I would advice any future sitters to also make this effort as it made the sit so much easier.

Thank you Mary and Hug for a lovely sit and I will let you know if any of your future travels take place at the same time when I next travel to Devon.

Coming to Susan's was a real pleasure. We had an amazing time in Annapolis. The house is awesome and very close to everything. It is so quiet, located in a very beautiful area on the edge of the forest. The interior is spacious, very clean and arranged with great taste. Really very comfortable. The patio was perfect for dining and relaxing. Our happiness has been taking care of Ruby, Tasha and Scooter. They are extremely endearing companions, it was difficult for us to leave. What a warm welcome Susan had given us ! And what about those lasagnas ! She was very thorough with her instructions and also trusted us. We will keep an unforgettable memory and if possible we will come back with great pleasure...

Another great house sitting experience with two very happy, affectionate and easy to look after cats.

The communicationo with Sharon and Steve went smoothly, and they have also tons of experience with people staying at their place. The building itself is surrounded by a 30 acre gated park and is truly special and unique.

It was lovely to meet Sharon when I arrived, and to have a chat with Steve on the day I left.

I do highly recommend this sit and would love to return if our dates will align in the future.

Thank you for having me, and thank you for your trust Sharon and Steve.

My stay at Tash's with Marple was fantastic! Marple the cat is very easy-going - independant during the day, but then reliably comes in at night and will sit you on the sofa. Very chilled - a delight to look after. Tash's flat is also very cosy and comfortable. My whole experience was really excellent, and wouldn't hesitate returning if given the opportunity. Thanks Tash!

Amazing sit in Canberra : house close to main attractions in the city, easy communication with Yasmin and Joel who gave us lots of good advice on the area, and most important of all Molly is such a sweet and clever dog ! It was a pleasure to take care of her, and hard not to spoil her because she is so adorable and affectionate. Our kids enjoyed playing with her, and walks were never boring as she is an energetic dog.
