Lana was delightful and easy to communicate with. She and Dan were attentive to and loving with Buster, and she was great about staying in touch, all the most important things. There were a few oversights - uncovered raw meat left in the fridge, a dirty towel left hanging, the disposal jammed with coffee grounds (though Lana has said she doesn’t recall putting them in the sink, proactively reached out to let me know and did her best to address), and a closed door left open which resulted in an unfortunate dog poop incident that will be tough to clean. I’m sure those incidents are not on repeat for other stays and again the most important thing - Buster’s well being - was well attended to!
Michaela was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Her warm and calming nature made me feel confident that the sit was going to be a success, and I wasn't disappointed. She was meticulous looking after the house and the animals. I've a full house of furries but this didn't phase Michaela and nothing was too much effort. I got lots of lovely updates and was totally satisfied that everyone was happy 😊. Upon returning home the house was spotless, perhaps cleaner than i had left it?!! 😉 I'd highly recommend Michaela as a sitter and the dogs and cats all hope they get to meet her again soon. Thank you for everything xx
