Lovely lady who took brilliant care of my cat and my home!

It was such a pleasure to meet Karen, and we were very happy to leave our little oldies in her care. She kept us up to date with everything whilst we were away and the house was immaculate when we returned. The dogs missed her! An absolutely lovely, very interesting lady and very much a dog whisperer!

We were incredibly pleased with Jake, who looked after our cats, Orchid and Wednesday, while we were away. From our first interview and after seeing his outstanding 5 star reviews, it was clear that Jake maintains high standards in caring for pets and treating the home with respect. One unique aspect of choosing Jake was ensuring we could provide high-speed internet, given the nature of his career, but that was no problem for us, and we were happy to accommodate. It also allowed him to seamlessly balance his work while caring for our cats. Throughout our trip, Jake kept us updated with adorable messages and pictures of our cats, which brought us so much joy. He was excellent at problem-solving and always proactive in communicating with us, even with the 6-hour time difference. We appreciated his professionalism and the peace of mind he gave us while we were away. Jake is a truly trusted sitter, and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him back in the future. We wish him all the best and highly recommend his services!

Fiona and Martyn are a wonderful couple who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for thoughtful and reliable house/pet sitters. The house was beautifully clean and tidy (Martyn had even cut the grass) and although I was initially worried they were “cat people” they had obviously built a great relationship with our dog, Norman. in just a few days. There was one incident when they had only been in our house a couple of hours… Norman got locked in their car (with the car keys inside). It was a very hot day and the AA could not guarantee to get there quickly. Fiona was worried about Norman overheating. They both stepped up and managed the situation carefully and efficiently finding first covers for the car, then decided to smash a window so found tools to break the glass and then clean up all the broken glass; materials to patch the window temporarily and then arranged a new window to be fitted the following day. Norman was fine but I thought they handled what could have been a difficult situation incredibly well 👏👏 Thank you x

Matt and Emily did a great job looking after Bungo & our house while we were away. Great communication with us before the visit and they kept in touch with updates and pictures. Bungo was very settled when we came home :) Even our neighbours commented on how lovely they were. Thank you E&M!

Helen & Ara took excellent of our cats and house. They followed our instructions to the letter and left the place spotless. We were sent regular updates and the cats seemed very happy and content in their presence. Would reccomend!

We confirmed Susie quite late as we’d not been sure of dates but she was great - really good at communicating and allowing us flexibility to change plans. The dogs loved her and the house was lovely - we hope she might come back again another time.

**Review for Rachael and George on zeewoi** I was initially nervous as this was my first time using zeewoi, but from our first video call, it was clear that Rachel and George were charming, lovely, and incredibly mindful of looking after the most important thing in my life—my two dogs Alfie and Lara. Communication with them was excellent throughout the process. They arrived on time and attentively absorbed the various tips I gave them about the house, the dogs, and making the most of the local area. Rachel and George treated the house with the utmost respect and, more importantly, seemed to have a great time with the dogs while exploring the beautiful area of Somerset. I found them completely trustworthy, and the house was left in a cleaner state than when they arrived—in fact, you would never have known anyone had stayed there. There were no issues whatsoever, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel and George. They are trustworthy, diligent, tidy, and wonderful people to share your home with.

We cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care Dita and Tamsin provided for our very precious animals. Rosie, our usually shy cavapoo , adjusted so quickly in their care and absolutely fell in love with them. It was heartwarming to see how spoiled and happy she was. Playing with them, going for lovely long walks and happily sleeping in the room. Our cats were equally well cared for and seemed genuinely content in their company. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care Dita and Tamsin gave, and for leaving the house exactly as we left it. Thank you so much, Dita and Tamsin! We will definitely be in touch with you again in the future.

Daniel and his partner Novita were just the kind of sitters you'd hope for. They were accommodating, mature, hands on and reliable. Twigs our lurcher loved them and so did we. I wish them every success in the future and hope we can use their services if the opportunity comes around again..
