I am writing this review with immense gratitude for Michelle, who recently house-sat for us. From the very beginning, Michelle's communication was top-notch. She was proactive and kept us informed both before the booking and throughout her stay. During her time at our home, we encountered a significant structural issue—a pipe leak that led to flooding. This was a nightmare scenario, but thanks to Michelle's quick thinking and ability to remain calm under pressure, she not only managed to contain the emergency but also ensured the safety of our beloved dogs. Michelle's prompt actions truly averted a disaster, preventing further damage to our house. We cannot express enough how thankful we are that she was there during this unforeseen event. It's not every day you find someone who can handle emergencies with such grace and efficiency. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the situation, Michelle couldn't stay longer. However, we completely understand, and our priority was, of course, the safety of herm, our home and pets. In conclusion, if you're looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and quick-thinking house sitter, Michelle is the one. Her actions during our unexpected crisis demonstrated not only her reliability but also her dedication to ensuring the well-being of both your home and furry friends. We wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and are grateful for her exceptional service.

Helen
Helen and Dave were incredible hosts! We are so thankful that they gave us the chance to spend a wonderful week at their country house together with Bertie and Luna. Their dogs were just so cute and easy-going, we directly warmed up with them and taking care of them was a breeze.

Luna can be a bit picky from time to time, but makes up for it with cute cuddles and an exciting greeting in the morning. Bertie is always happy as long as he gets his food and scratches. They are very well trained and absolutely know their boundaries.

Our week at Helen's and Dave's was filled with long walks through the beautiful hills of southern France, chill afternoons in their huge garden with the dogs and long cooking sessions in the evening with fresh produce from the nearby farmer's market in Lecture. Our time there was just wonderful and passed by way too quickly!

Helen and Dave took their time to spend a full day with us to show us around, get to know us and treat us with their amazing cooking. It was just absolutely wonderful to meet you guys and we really hope to see you again some time!

Juliet
We truly enjoyed looking after young Spark while working from home in Juliet & Fritz's beautiful home while they were away for one week. From our first meeting and throughout the sit/stay, communication was great. They are so warm and hospitable and their house is so welcoming - super clean, comfortable and well organized. Juliet made sure we had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the guide she put together so we had all of the information at our fingertips. The instructions were very detailed and clear.

Spark is the best behaved dog we have ever had the pleasure of caring for. She has lots of energy and loves her walks and playing fetch in the back yard. Our walks went well. She remains calm when passing by other people and dogs and just loves carrying the largest stick she can find.

Ayala
Ayala and her partner are the most sweet and accommodating hosts! I was traveling before and after my housesit with them and they welcomed me to stay overnight the night before they left, as well as to stay into the afternoon the day I left although they got back the night before, so I didn't have to feel rushed. I felt so at home and Figaro is the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST cat. He was so sweet in how he warmed up to me. The first night he slept under my bed and got up on the bed to wake me up and snuggle. The next night he slept part of the night next to me on the bed. And the final night he was snuggled up right by my pillow all night. He is very vocal and will "talk" to you to let you know he's hungry or wants to "catch" his treats. All around such a STELLAR sit :)
