Dog Sitters in Bardney

I am unable to thank Elaine and Danny enough for the care they took of house and fur babies, especially the care of Willow. I was worried about leaving him as he was a bit poorly, but Elaine and Danny cared for him so well and I was able to enjoy my holiday without too much worry. Elaine updated me each day with photos and info on how much Willow had eaten. It really put my mind at rest knowing how well he was being cared for. On my return, the house was immaculate and there was a thoughtful gift left for us as well as milk in the fridge. I can’t thank them enough and I do hope they will come back for another house sit in the future. Big thank you!

Deb and Mel were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent at all times and they clearly bonded very well with our three dogs - I suspect the dogs did not want them to leave! The house was very tidy when we returned and to top it all off, they had left us a with delicious meal which was very tasty and welcome after a long drive. We hope they can come back and help us again and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Another wonderful sit with Claire and Joe. My dogs are always so excited to see these guys again as they always know there’s lots of fun in store! One of my dogs is almost 14 now and Claire & Joe came up with a creative way to help her enter the back door without slipping, which we have decided to keep in place permanently. When you have two dogs at different life stages, it can sometimes be a challenge but both dogs’ needs are always fully met - long walks for the younger one and short ones for the older dog; patience when the older one climbs stairs, and preparation of softer food for her ageing teeth! Our house was pristine as always when we returned and we shared a lovely meal together. The flowers were a lovely surprise too! We consider Claire and Joe to be the best of the best and we look forward to future sits with them. 100% recommended!

This is the second time that Becky and Chris have sat for me. The dogs were very relaxed when I got back, and it was great to know that they were in safe hands, especially as I was in an area of the Lake District with no mobile phone signal. House was immaculate, bedding stripped amd washed. Heaven! Thank you Becky and look forward to you coming to stay again in the future.

Amanda and John were delightful guests. They asked loads of questions in the run up - things I’d never considered to ensure a smooth handover and happy dogs. They took the dogs on great walks, even finding a dog agility course for them. The house was immaculate on our return. We, and the dogs, look forward to having them back! Alison

Wonderful caring couple. I would not hesitate in snapping up Debra & Chris. One of our cats went walk abouts and they went out of there way to find him. House was left spotless and they watered our indoor and outdoor plants..

Anne was brilliant! She is a lovely very friendly helpful person who clearly loves animals. From the get go she got on with the cats and took on all the responsibilities. She kept me informed daily and I came home to happy cats and a clean home. Couldn’t wish for more!

Sheila & Alan are very nice couple, looked after our home and pets very well, they don’t like to worry you with messages while your on holiday , but did contact us when we had forgotten to explain how to operate something. A mistake on our behalf 🙃 Really appreciate them helping us, and look forward to seeing them again. Unfortunately the bad weather stopped them from enjoying as many walks as they were hoping to enjoy, but hopefully the animals gave them lots of love instead. Thank you Sheila and Alan for keeping everyone happy and well.

Alan and Tracey are friendly and nice people whom we were pleased to have met. They were good at keeping in touch before the sit and during it and sent us pictures of our spaniel Joe Cocker having a good time with them. Joe took to them as soon as he met them. They were practical, relaxed and very self-sufficient. This was a short notice sit and we weren’t very organised about information, but Alan & Tracey just took everything on board about dog and chicken care and got on with things. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you both for making our Christmas trip possible.

Martin was an excellent house sitter. Ollie loved him and they went on many adventures together. Martin sent daily photos and updates which was great. I’d definitely recommend Martin and hope he will come and Ollie sit again.

Lee and Leah came to sit for us at very short notice. They were really accommodating from the start getting to us an evening before our holiday started so we could meet and go through everything they needed to know and more importantly meet our three dogs. We went away feeling the house and dogs were in safe hands. We were in regular contact with photos and updates and came back to a beautifully clean house and three happy and well walked dogs. I highly recommend Lee and Leah who obviously love the company and welfare of our four-legged friends.

We struck gold again! What a gem - thank you, Sarah for looking after Dasher and our home so wonderfully. Sarah’s communication before and during her stay was excellent. She is a calm and gentle lady - she understood and met Dasher’s needs and he was very chilled when we got home. The house was immaculate on our return. We are very happy and highly recommend Sarah to others.
