This was the first time that we had used zeewoi and the first time we had left Archie, our cockapoo, with anyone outside family for any length of time. What a find Rachel and Den were! Such a lovely couple! With regular updates, videos and pictures, we had no worries about their care of Archie and that he was very happy with them. He loved them! The fact that we came home to a really clean house, a watered garden and a meal was a bonus. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the exceptional support and care Natalie and James provided to my puppy and home whilst I was away on holiday. Communication throughout the process was excellent and they sent me lots of photos and videos and provided updates on how he’s doing. This being my first experience with zeewoi, their attention to detail and the evident bond they formed with my puppy left me feeling really confident about the care he received. When I returned, it was clear that my puppy had a wonderful time with them… he was sad to see them leave! Highly recommend Natalie and James for their outstanding service and genuine dedication.

Jackie and Dean were just terrific house sitters from the moment we started corresponding with each other. They put us totally at ease leaving our 5 month old puppy with them . They looked after her brilliantly and the house and garden 🪴. We would recommend them highly and indeed hope they will return ! Thank you

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Sophie, Rikki and their adorable little girl, Nellie into our home. They are the perfect housesitters, capable, caring, thorough, organised and just very likeable people. From the initial video call with Sophie, I got along really well with her and just knew that she would be brilliant. She identified that it must take a huge leap of faith to hand over your home and your pets to almost total strangers and go off on holiday for two weeks! Her empathy meant a lot to me. Nellie is a delightful, gentle and sweet little girl and she was very good around the dogs. I believe she and Darcy formed a strong bond. Communication with Sophie beforehand and during the sit was excellent. We had a brief in person hand over before we left and both Sophie and Rikki asked how much/how often we wanted updates, photos, etc. Sophie's updates were thorough and reassuring - detailing how the dogs were eating and sleeping etc., and in particular regarding Elvis' well being/appetite. It can be a challenge balancing the needs and differences between and older, infirm dog and a younger more playful one. Sophie and Rikki managed this well and with kindness (and patience!) towards Elvis. They were diligent about following the dogs' routine and even created their own more concise, easy to use version of my rambling notes on what happens when with each dog. I shall be keeping and using their version for future sitters. Needless to say, we arrived home to an immaculately clean and tidy home and got to spend a little time with Sophie and Rikki and Nellie before they headed off. Do not hesitate to take that leap of faith with this lovely family - they are the safest pair of hands you could find. I hope they come back to us one day but in the meantime we wish them well on their travels. Gary and Rebecca xxx

We enjoyed meeting Suzanne and Michael very much. They were fantastic with Spikie - she accepted them as her own immediately. She was well looked after and got lots of walks. And we got lots of updates and pictures. I couldn't recommend Suzanne and Michael highly enough and would love for them to come back.

Peter and Vivien sat for us when we were away, we had taken our dogs with us so only the pigs, ducks and our tortoise for them to look after and that they did. All animals very happy well fed and watered. Thank you for leaving the house so clean and tidy, and also for watering the plants in the greenhouse, garden and house.

I was very impressed with Thayna and her partner. They looked after my two young German Shepherds which is not an easy task; my dogs do require an experienced sitter. Thayna and Vince managed both dogs extremely well and have clearly created a strong bond with both animals. I was also incredibly impressed how clean and tidy they have left my property - I came back to a spotless, immaculately clean house. I can only highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy, and experienced sitter.

We were so lucky to have Christine and her daughter Emma looking after our cat Lily and our house for a week, and would absolutely use her again for future sits! She was super communicative, arrived early for a walk-through and meet-and-greet, and kept us in the loop every day on Lily's doings. She was a lovely guest and our house was spin and span when we arrived home!
