Rachel and June looked after our cat and house absolutely beautifully. Rachel sent photos and updates to us regularly. They also watered our garden and left the house clean and spotless! Would highly recommend.

Jerry and Michelle are so great! From viewing their profile and reviews, I knew our dogs would be in great hands while we were out of town. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout the whole process, from the initial zoom to when we made it back to our respective homes. During the house tour on the first day of the visit, we were very comfortable and got along great. We received photos of the pups each day, usually with funny captions and usually with the dogs under their blankets. The house was super tidy when we got back, and we appreciated the fresh sheets after our 9-hour drive home. We would not hesitate to have Jerry and Michelle come back again - hopefully with nicer weather next time!

Jenna was excellent! She took great care of our pets and went above and beyond when she had to help us coordinate with some contractors coming to the house and some other tasks related to our work. She was also flexible when our schedule changed and we had to come back a day earlier than we initially posted. We appreciate her great communication and attentiveness.

Linda was amazing! She treated my dog like a king! Everything was perfect when we got home, I would love to have her again!

Sara and Patrick were AMAZING! I am so grateful that they wanted to stay in the Hamptons and take care of my dear fur ones, while I visited family and worked in Europe. Sara sent me daily updates, which was comforting. Their dog came for the last week, which Dylan loed. He did get some stomach issues the last week, but Sara kept me in the loop and handled everything perfectly. They fell in love with the calico (everyone does!) and both of the cats coats looked gorgeous when I got home - they were so well brushed and purr-happy. The house looked like my maids had just left, it was neat and tidy. This trip was the reason I decided to try Trusted HS and I am so grateful to have found this community of animal lovers. Sophie is fantastic! I had a number of unexpected occurrences while she was here and she handled everything with aplomb! My house was spotless when I returned, my animals happy, and best of all, she had made my bed with clean sheets so I didn't have to do it at 3 am!!!! Sophie is perfect.

Jan and his family were simply amazing. They are a lovely family and watched our home and pets without any concern. Our house was spotless and they went the extra mile to make a meal upon our return. Our pets was well taken care of and happy. They are always welcome back and I wish them well.

I truly can’t rate Kelsey and her fam high enough - I could give them ten stars if it were an option. Kelsey was so kind, attentive, and loving to our pup and home - I would honestly feel comfortable leaving my two children with her and her family! She loved on our dog so well and left our home clean and stocked with lots of goodies for a soft landing back after a week away. We had the gift of spending time with her and her family when we arrived back home and I’m so thankful we had that opportunity - she, her partner, and kids were absolutely lovely. I really hope to see them again sometime in the future!

Kristen was great! Communication was wonderful and her care for our home and pets was top notch. We highly recommend Kristen to sit for you and we'll certainly reach out again when we go away again.

Callie was wonderful! She took such great care of my home, pets, and plants. It is so nice to know that someone is watching over your place with respect and care. I highly recommend this great communicator and admirable lady to keep your home in excellent condition and care for your pets with love and compassion.

This is the second visit here for Sarah. She was an excellent sitter, who paid lots of attention to our kitties and left our house very tidy. It was so nice to have her stay at our place once again, and we hope she will come back in the future!

Super communicative and took great pictures. Also left things very tidy for us when we got home. Would recommend!
