Kristina was great with our three cats. They all warmed up to her and we were so glad to find her for our week long sit. She also made sure we came home to a clean home which we loved!

This was my first experience house sitting through this app and I cannot recommend this sit highly enough!

Nick and Sue were so warm and welcoming and really made me feel at home.
On my first night they showed me around town so I could get familiar with the area and they took me to the local cricket club and introduced me to some of their friends.
They also put together a very comprehensive welcome guide that had all the information I could possibly need regarding their home, available restaurants and supermarkets in the area as well as available transport options.

Nick and Sue were very honest and upfront about Frankie’s personality and needs so I felt well prepared to care for him.
Frankie is a little dog with a big personality!
He is very affectionate and loves his pats and snuggles but he also loves to play.
He has a toy that is essentially a rope on a stick that you swing around the yard and he loves to chase it, when he finally catches it he loves to play tug with it!
He enjoys a couple of walks a day and he walks well on the lead and harness, though do make sure to take plenty of water and treats with you because he likes to take little breaks and may need a little coaxing to get moving again.
One thing to note is that he isn’t fond of other dogs or of runners so if you spot either just reign the lead in and then distract him with a treat and he will move along without any trouble.

Overall I had a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to sit for them again should our plans ever realign.

We have just returned from our first house sit. What a wonderful experience! Sonya and Kev made us so welcome and couldn’t have made the stay easier. We looked after Blu, the dog who was very affectionate and a real character, Tiggy the cat who was very self sufficient but tolerated us in her home! George the Shetland is quite an old gentleman and just required regular feeding and a bit of attention. The chickens and ducks were delightful and provided fresh eggs. The house was lovely and homely and Sonya left us a fridge and freezer full of food and human treats! We loved spending time with the animals and enjoyed the magnificent scenery. Sonya and Kev communicated with us throughout and made the whole experience a success .

I really loved my weekend with Bella and Tonka! These two are such gentle giants and so easy to care for. We spent most of the days lounging in the backyard, soaking up the sun, and relaxing. The house was super tidy and comfortable and Jennifer was very responsive about any needs before and during the sit. I would highly recommend this sit if you are a dog person and can snag a spot before I take them all :)

Debbie
What a great sit. Driggs is a lovely town located in the most scenic mountain setting you could imagine. Debbie and Bob’s house is large, clean, beautifully situated to take advantage of the amazing views, and equipped with a remarkable array of conveniences and gadgets. And Finnegan is a total delight, full of affection and activity and play and fun. The two cats, who don’t live in the house, were nice too but didn’t interact much with us and required close to no care. Debbie and Bob are super hosts and were accommodating in every way. They provided a helpful packet of information and maintained excellent communication. There was lots of snow during our stay, but that wasn’t a problem for us because our hosts had made arrangements for someone to come and plow as necessary. In fact the snow was great, as we took advantage of the proximity to Grand Targhee ski area. We loved every aspect of this sit and would recommend it to anyone who would enjoy a lovable dog and a spectacular mountain setting.

Hattie
Otis is probably the most vocal and - good grief - HUNGRIEST cat I’ve ever looked after! He is also incredibly loving and gentle. I very much enjoyed lap snuggle time in the evenings and his little head nudges.
I was able to meet Hattie & Andrew before the sit started for handover, and their home is well equipped and comfortable (I slept really well!). The area is also a nice location and felt safe.
I was sad to leave and would very happily hang out with Otis again.
