This was a fabulous stay. Lily was such a pleasure to care for and such a sweet little kitty. She would come over to sit in my lap and the purrs would commence when she got her brushings and pets. She has a meditative effect… kind of a magical being:) Marsha was a great host with a lovely home. It is full of light with a deck in the back and garden out front. The bed was extra comfy and I got excellent sleep througout my stay. The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful, with multiple small parks and rose gardens, cafe’s and restaurants. Highly recommend!
Don’t heaistate if you have the opportunity to watch Lottie, she’s an absolute angel. She was really low maintenance during my sit. She loves cuddles on the couch and isn’t afraid to let you know when it’s time to shower her with love and affection, which isn’t hard to do! The apartment is great too, personally I loved the location it’s great for exploring East London! Thanks for having me!
I enjoyed the sit so much! Chino is a very sweet cuddly dog, it took 2/3 days for him to trust me but after that it was very easy to take him out and play with him. We played with his toys a lot, he really loves his toys. I gave him lots of attention and he was extremely happy with positive vibes. Rae and Harry house is located in a very good area of Victoria, near the famous Craigdarroch Castle and Government House with extremely beautiful gardens. It was nice to walk Chino there. Communication with them was perfect, The instructions were very clear, They actually invited me to come over before they left so we got to know each other a little bit, they introduced me to Chino. I would like to thank them greatly for their hospitality, it was extremely nice to stay in their place. I highly recommend this sit.
Shari and Sky were an absolute pleasure to work with. Had a very thorough packet on their pets, as well as useful info for the house like WiFi and community amenities. I was able to meet with them before hand and they are just such kind people. Very communicative and easy to get hold of if I needed something. Beautiful space, so calming and relaxing for my stay. The fur babies are super well behaved, cuddly, and cute as can be. I would definitely work with them again when visiting family in Florida.
If you love dogs and beautiful scenery you're going to LOVE it! Yes 6 dogs can sound overwhelming but unless you're put off by being loved to death, it is not a problem at all. Iris's dogs greeted us warmly and it only got better from there. After their morning meal, our routine was to take out Ruben, Lucy and James for their walk. The country roads around the house are very quiet so they are perfect for walking the dogs and being in the midst of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. When we returned home, Asia, Emma and Zara would join us all in the larger garden for a stretch of their legs and a play before the inevitable nap time. In such lovely surroundings and even better company, it's very easy for entire days to disappear but at the same time there are so many great places to see in the area. During our sit we went to Siena, San Gimignano, Empoli, Barberino Val D'elsa, drove the "Chianti route" and visited Florence 3 times which we thought wasn't bad considering the number of Christmassy lazy days we had! Iris and Jibril made us feel very welcome and any questions we had during the sit were answered virtually immediately. Recommed this sit? Yes - definitely!
I really enjoyed the pups and time with them. Emmy is a special puppy and has lots of energy and big personality! Oscar is a very smart boy and so loving. The home was a in a great location with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much and hope to help you all again in the future!!
