During the summer, we had Angel take care of our pet, Miko, and it was an amazing experience. Angel arrived a day prior to our departure, and we had dinner together, which gave us the chance to know her better. We felt confident and comfortable with her right from the start, knowing that Miko was in good hands. We were away for three weeks, and during this time, Angel kept us updated regularly. We had agreed to more frequent updates initially, just to keep us informed about how Miko was doing without us and how he was settling in with Angel. However, he adapted quickly, and Angel's updates became less frequent but still detailed and informative. She shared everything from his food and daily routines to his mood and behavior. We felt like we were right there with him. Angel was very professional, and she went above and beyond to take care of Miko. She even administered a drop in his eye, which was not essential, but she did it with patience and care, and it was a success. When we returned home late at night after our trip, we found the house spotless. Angel had changed the bedding in our kid's room, and she even left roses on the living room table and in the bathroom. It was such a lovely gesture, and we were grateful for her attention to detail. Additionally, she also carried out maintenance on our fridge, which was beyond what we expected. We would be delighted to have Angel take care of Miko and our home again in the future. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. As soon as I spoke to Bibi on zoom I knew she was the right person to come and house sit for us. She was positive and upbeat and very keen on helping us with our cats and fish. Communication was easy and timely and she asked sensible questions to find out what she would need to do. She arrived a day early so we could meet and show her around and I felt like I had known her for ages- she just slotted right in and the cats immediately warmed to her so I knew they would be in safe hands. I would absolutely recommend Bibi to house sit and hope our paths cross again.
David and Val are incredible warm human beings. We will forever remember our time at their place in Chertsey with Gus, Jasper and Rocky, and consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to meet them all. Gus is the sweetest dog we have ever looked after. He is well behaved, very smart and stole our hearts. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet too, each of them with very different personalities, but both very loving. The house is on a quiet street and is very comfortable, with fast reliable wi-fi, convenient location just a short Uber ride to a local station and then a 20-30 min ride to Central London. David and Val are super organized and made sure we had everything we needed whilst staying at their home, including a detailed doc which they kindly printed for us to have. Communication was clear at all times (both before and during the sit), and they made sure we had all the information we needed about how to do things, what to do in case something happened and how things work in their house. They have a lovely garden too, where you can enjoy a cup of tea. We can't recommend this sit enough to anyone considering it! The only downside we can think of with regards to this experience is that we won't get to spend more time with Gus and the two lovely cats Jasper and Rocky. We'll miss them dearly. We hope to see David and Val again. They've welcomed us in their lovely home and we have really enjoyed getting to know them. We miss them and hope to visit them again soon in the future.
