We loved our time with Yara, Nutmeg, and Mishu! They are sweet, snuggly, fun and easy to care for. We enjoyed walks in Eve's lovely neighborhood, and there is a great dog-friendly park in easy walking distance. Eve made us feel very welcome and well-prepared. If Eve and her daughter need a pet-sitter again we would definitely go back.
Otis is a delightful, loving, happy little dog. As a recent rescue, he is still in training and is smart and eager to learn. He's very easy to walk. He is an affectionate snuggler and slept with me every night, joyful when I woke. Max spent a lot of time outside, avoiding Otis, who is still learning about cats. He is sweet and affectionate. Lisa is a lovely host, generous and easygoing. She kindly collected me from the closest Metro station and left me lots of wonderful garden vegetables. Her large and cozy home is professionally cleaned and comfortable, full of beautiful art and antiques. The stately neighborhood and nearby Rock Creek Park are shady, cool places to walk. This was a relaxing and peaceful sit and I would love to return. Highly recommended.
Had a great time with Jellybean and Pancakes for a short sit 1 day sit !! The dogs have such bright personalities and were truly a joy to spend time with. The house was immaculate and had a beautiful screened porch that we really enjoyed. Thank you again for having us! We would love to come again.

Pembi goes 3 times a week and LOVES it. She comes home exhausted but happy so really you're getting 2 days for the price of one as she sleeps for a lot of the day after. I'd highly recommend Megan and her team.

Max, our Westie, isn't used to being boarded. He stayed elsewhere once and got very sick. When he went to Out On a Leash he had so much fun, played hard and stayed healthy. I love that he can run around freely in a huge, safe outdoor space!
Great for dogs but if the owner does not like you for a misunderstanding she treats you horrible!! Her employees dictate who the like there and who they dont! Lost my business and sad because the customer should always be first and right. Misunderstandings do happen in Life!!! To get them to call you back is asking way too much !!
If I could give them a million stars I would. They have been so great with our two dogs, both of whom have anxiety in different ways. Highly recommended!!!

Horton's House has it all. Excellent, experienced training & care givers all at an outstanding home-like doggie retreat. The Horton's House crew is skilled and accommodating. Best place for our best friends for extra play time and when we travel.
Best dog boarding experience we have had. They are very good with our dogs and treat them as family. Dogs get plenty of love, attention, exercise and playtime with other dogs. They communicate often on how the dogs are doing and they are constantly sharing pictures. They did great with our high maintenance COVID chiweenie pup. She is used to tons of attention. Our golden retriever was happy and well cared for. Great experience!

Pretty awful to do this in your work van. Everyone knows what kind of people you are. These people of Horton's park in between two handicapped parking spots in Fairwood shopping center by Bartells. Don't even care that the handicapped people in those vehicles couldnt get out or into their cars due to blocking. Dont park on the white stripes between handicapped parking stalls!!!!!
When someone who takes care of your 4 legged child loves him as much as I do what else do I need to say. Our dog Tex loves it there and it is a fabulous facility.

SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. She's quite social, so we wanted to make sure whoever looked after her would be able to play with her and make sure she got some attention. Sandy and Randall were great, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. SnR is very communicative and organized, which put my mind at ease while we were away. We got daily check-in photos and updates as to how our cat was doing. Thank you both for taking such good care of her! If you need a new pet sitter or care taker, look no further! They are fantastic!
SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.
SNR was absolutely amazing: Pet sitting three cats and four hermit crabs is no small chore, but they knocked it out of the park! I already have them scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!!

Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.
Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.
LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.
Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.
My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!
I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. When we came back, he was anticipating her visits to continue and was a bit sad when she didn’t come back 😊 Thank you Linda for taking great care of our little guy!

I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.
Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.
Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her place is clean and comfortable and the dogs really are spoiled. She spends so much quality time with the dogs .I never worry one bit about my dog when she is with Kelly. The dogs are always happy and having a great time when I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up. When we are gone for an extended period of time we get pictures and updates. Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.
Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!
I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Luna was in good hands with Kelly. I would definitely recommend her, she's fantastic!
I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!
I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. This is the only place I would have my dog stay. Thank you Kelly's Creature Comforts Team.!!!

I have used KCC several times to board my dog and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facility for the dogs and I know Kelly will treat my pup with great care. She loves to romp with other dogs and KCC gives her all that and more. Cage free fun!

She gets excited when we get close to Sharon’s and always comes home happy and tired. I know my dog is cared for and loved and gets plenty of exercise. I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. Kelly is great with communications when she has your dog, and is very good at making sure your dog is the right fit for her place. She's definitely made it a home away from home for the dogs that visit.
I just can't say enough good things about Angela's Pet Care, so this will be a long, detailed review. Angela made twice-daily visits to our home for more than three weeks, during which she provided complete care and loving human companionship to our two cats. I can truthfully report that our male cat is IN LOVE with Angela. Our little female cat would be a challenge for any care-giver, because she has medical conditions that require three medications daily, and on top of that, had seriously injured an eye (just before our trip was to begin!) - so required two additional meds twice per day. We were very concerned about leaving that kitty in anyone's care. Angela relieved all of our anxieties by giving all five medications every day, right on schedule, plus she paid close attention to the eye and kept us informed about everything. Giving that many medications to a naturally shy cat might be expected to cause some trauma, but remarkably, we came home to a cat that was trusting, outgoing, confident, and with a healed eye - all a testament to Angela's gentle, able, handling of her, and the special effort she made to cultivate trust and playfulness. (Thank you, Angela!) Angela's Pet Care sets the highest possible standard for reliable, compassionate pet care. Angela has a calm, competent and confident presence that made the cats (and me) very comfortable with her, and was 100% backed up by her actions. She is highly professional and diligent; showed up at consistent times every day without fail; provided all the cat necessities along with brushing, play, and litterbox maintenance; watered our plants; brought in packages; and emailed us many, many visit reports that included photos that put us at ease during our time away. This was the best care imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations, and we're very grateful.
I can't say enough about Angela. She has been caring for our 2- year-old small dog named Titan for 11 months now (2 days a week). Angela took extra time to make sure he would be a good fit to play with the other dogs she cares for before taking him on, which we really appreciated. He is always so excited to see her and the other dogs each morning we drop him off. She has a huge fenced in yard for them to run around in, and let's them hang out in her house and takes them on a walk. Titan is always very tired when he gets home, so we know he gets lots of exercise there, which is great because he is a high energy dog living in a small condo. In a few months we are taking a 9-day trip to Mexico and Angela will be watching him. We know he will feel right at home with her during that time. Angela is also a great communicator and even sends us pictures every now and then. I'll post a few:-)
We are so thankful to Angela for the care and attention she gives our dogs when we need to travel. It eases our minds knowing they are in a loving environment getting a lot of attention from Angela and the other pups with her for boarding and/or daycare. We love that there are other pups there, but not too many like a lot of the other boarding/day care places we've tried in the past. The space the dogs have to explore is secure and safe and inside, the pups are treating like family members! Angela's service request system is easy to use and she is super responsive to questions! She came highly recommended to us from a very picky, zoo keeper friend - so we knew Angela must be good - and she is!!
So glad we found Angela's pet care! We've used her twice so far for weeklong trips out of state. Both trips had flight changes and she was so accommodating by adding or removing scheduled visits. Angela is the best dog daycare we have found since getting our girl almost 2 years ago. Once I met her I knew I wanted her to watch my Daisy full time and eventually brought her from her original daycare over. I haven't encountered anyone who has been so considerate of the needs for my specific dog, who actually requires special care around meal time. On her own Angela has made the effort to help train our girl in so many different areas helping her to behave socially in a way that actually let's her share how sweet and loving she is. I can't say enough good things about Angela, truly. 15/10 highly recommend!!
Angela was the best day care provider for my dog, Honey! She gave lots of loves and walks. She was attentive and took care of all Honey’s needs while in her care. Bellevue petsitters are the only ones I trust with my weird little dogs. They really took the time to get to know me get to know my house and get to know the quirks and needs of my little chihuahuas. They've come out on short notice when there was a family death and I can't thank them enough. We used Bellevue Per Sitters while I was in the hospital having my first human baby. We loved getting feedback after every walk letting us know how our puppers was handling everything. Our dog walker gave a detailed report on her visits with our dog, including photos for each visit. She even vacuumed in preparation for us arriving home! David does an amazing job with both our dog, Edison and cat, Mesa. He always makes sure to spend quality time with them, with lots of play and affection. He has fantastic communication and leaves daily updates on how the pets are doing and goes above and beyond with toys and treats. I have used Bellevue Pet Sitters for 2 years in a row when I had to travel out of state for 2 weeks and each time I was pleasantly surprised to see how well my kitties were taken care of by June. Everyday June sent me a pet journal and photos to let me know they are doing fine. The best part of it was coming back home to a clean home and happy babies. I would only trust Bellevue Pet Sitters with my four legged family.
Emma at Bellevue Pet Sitters took care of our cats when we went on vacation with daily house visits. I cannot recommend them enough! They were wonderful to work with, Emma sent us daily notes and pictures.

When we arrived home after our vacation everything at the house was in good order and the cats couldn't wait to play! Everything went swimmingly and I must say that my husband and I are very very happy with the Bellevue Pet Sitters care for our cats. This is the first vacation we've been able to go on without our male cat having a urinary tract infection when we got back (from stress). We definitely plan on using their service again. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

David did a great job, keep me updated with emails and spent some quality time with my silly gato. Bellevue Pet Sitters is the only service I will use when business takes me out of town. We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.
We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. We have been using Janice's Critter Care since we moved to Federal Way earlier this year. Janice is very responsive and flexible with our changing schedules. Christine always takes excellent care of our pup and makes sure he gets long walks while we are at work. We have had poor experiences with Rover in the past so we were thrilled to find this company. Thank goodness for Janice’s Critter Care! This family business has been part of our family for the past few years taking care of our Goldadore Lucky. This team is trustworthy. They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice’s Critter Care! I trust them and wouldn’t ever use anyone else!!

This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs.
