Jessie is by far and away one of the kindest, most attentive, and passionate dog sitters weve ever met. She took care of our 3 dogs for over a week and we could not be happier. The dogs were well cared for and looked great when we got home. She even saved us with some last minute visits when our old dog walker couldnt handle our new GSD puppy. What's more amazing is how even our neighbors were impressed with how attentive she was with our dogs, playing and training them in our back yard. She would send us updates everyday with pictures and videos. And when we got home we found special treats and gifts for our pups courtesy of jessie. Above and beyond doesnt come close to how we feel about her services. Jessie is just outstanding, best decision Ive made for my pups.

Jessie was amazing with our dog, Jax. He’s usually very anxious when we go away, he won’t eat or play etc but when Jessie watched him none of that happened! When we got home he seemed a bit upset that it was us walking through the door and not Jessie I would highly recommend Jessie to watch your 4 legged fur baby, she’s wonderful!!

Amazing!! I asked a friend at work since she does a lot of pet rescue work, if she knew of anyone who could look after my four legged daughter while on vacation and she gave me Jessie's dogs. Jessie is amazing! She cares so much for all of her four legged children. I say children because she treats them as if they were her own children. From the moment i met her, I knew that maizie would be in best hands and spoiled. Jess knew that this was going to be the first time leaving her for an extended period of time that she sent text messages and videos every day so we would know she was ok and having a great time. You can throw your worries out the window when your loved one is staying with Jess. If you cant tell I would highly recommend Jessie's dogs.

Jessie is absolutely the best . She really knows how to interact and manage all different types of dogs . The amount of time she spends with them and to video and take pictures so she can share is above and beyond . I would only allow Jessie to take care of our Jaxie :)))

Best place for your dogs!! Whether you are boarding them overnight, for a few days or just a day for daycare.. your dogs will leave happy and tired :-) They have so much room to run around... and it's not too many dogs per dog attendants in the yard! Many places we've gone.. there are wayyyy too many dogs to keep track of. This place, not only has lots of room to run around, they always have different enrichment activities to keep your dogs happy. They offer so much for what you are paying for. Lots of different treats and services. My pups Chewy and Pandora are always so excited when we pull up. Love how the attendant know them to as they are pulling us in :-) They have great communication. We were in a different country when they needed to update us one time and getting in touch with them was easy. We highly recommend this place. Your pups will love you!

My pups stayed here for 2 nights in a flying solo penthouse to keep them happy as my one pup is dog reactive. I just picked them up and they are the happiest pups right now. I know they received the best care and were so loved while we were gone. The pickup time was SO well orchestrated. The workers all seem to love what they do and truly care. Thanks for everything!

I have been using Fetch for daycare and boarding since we moved to Pitman NJ. I’m so glad we found this place. My dog Buddy gets so excited once he realizes where we are driving to. They are very professional and run a very controlled safe environment. I feel very confident in the care they give my dog , and Buddy is our whole world and we don’t trust just anyone with him. I also like that they have fun holiday activities that your pet can participate in.

It was Jameson's 1st time boarding and he had an amazing time! The staff always kept us informed of how he was doing, sent pictures and report cards. Fetch is the only place I will board our pup Wyatt. Their care is exceptional! We loved getting tailored report cards and pictures every day while we were away on our vacation to ease our mind. Our pup gets so excited to go to Fetch as soon as we pull into the parking lot! We recommend Fetch to everyone we know for boarding and daycare!

We were very happy with Fetch Pet resort family and services. They took excellent care of our cat Suki and made her feel right at home . We were updated often of her well being and spirit. Will definitely use their services again.

Fetch was simply incredible with my Josie. I can’t describe how priceless it was to have peace of mind while I was traveling. I cannot wait to send her for day camp! Max had such a great time at his first day! He was knocked out all night from how much fun he had. The staff is so sweet and you can tell they truly care about you and your pup. I was hesitant to leave my puppy for the weekend because she has never been away from home in an environment like this. The staff is so caring and patient and made sure she had a comfortable stay. They provided updates and adorable photos. We had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands!

I would give zero stars if Google allowed it! Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this poor excuse of a doggy daycare! The service is absolutely deplorable, not to mention the manner in which they didn't mind sending my dogs home. Purely filthy as if they have been in a horse stable for several days! Accountability is not their strong suit and neither is taking care of dogs while they're under their care. Where do I even begin!?!? Let me Istart with the main issue which was they sent one of my dogs home with fecal matter embedded on his behind. They claim he had diarrhea on Saturday, but never told us about it or mentioned any issues with the dog upon pick up. Let it be noted that I have never seen diarrhea, thick and chunky like this ever in my life. It simply slipped their mind to tell my husband that the dogs were under distress and had diarrhea, but please bear in mind that they surely didn’t forget to collect the payment from us. What's most disappointing is when this was pointed out to them after calling on four different occasions, and sending one email through their portal in a matter of a day. They were unapologetic and simply didn’t care about any of my concerns and tried to say that the dogs were not friendly towards people which I know to be false when we have had them under the care of other doggy daycare's on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, the one the one we go to was booked for the time frame we needed, so which forced us to give this place a try. Once I mentioned this fecal matter, I was told they were also not friendly to the people there and they were scared to clean them. The next thing I was told is that they tried to clean them, but they didn't want to get bit. You would think I brought full grown aggressive dogs there. Please bear in mind that they are 8 and 35 pound cavapoos and we have never heard this from anyone a day in our life. They are sweet dogs that are friendly, and if they don't feel like being bothered, they stay to themselves, but never are aggressive in any manner. The next thing they went on to say was that they did not like the dogs and we're not friendly to them either. Once I mentioned how disgustingly filthy our dogs were, then I was met with oh they played with the dogs all day and that's why they were so filthy, when just moments ago, you advised that they didn't like any of the dogs and were not friendly to them. If you're going to lie, please remember your lies before you tell another one that totally contradicts the last one. Yes, the manager could care less, but these are the owners that I’m speaking about which is even more deplorable! It likely was difficult to remember since the entire time the owner was discussing and asking for insight with someone else while we were on the phone, as if she cannot speak on her own. Needless to say, my dogs will never be back to this facility and I hope to educate other people on this place and that is in their best interest to find somewhere else to take their pets while they're on vacation! I spent an hour and a half cleaning both dogs thoroughly and trying to get the fecal matter off of the one dog and used an entire bottle of shampoo. To sum this up, The Customer Service is poor, care and attention that they put on the animals is poor, the accountability aspect is poor and rather than saying, our dogs are not people friendly dogs, they should look at themselves because they are definitely not in the right business to provide customer service to paying customers and try to assist customers when they have an issue that their establishment caused. Just to give you a visual of what we experienced when we picked up our dogs, I have attached pictures. I'm sure anyone would agree that that it doesn’t have to be a baby to be entitled to a clean environment and a clean body. This is an extremely upsetting state to send a pet home in. They deserve to be treated kindly and taken care of while their owners are away. This was truly a disgrace and they are super unprofessional.

We recently started taking our yellow lab Bo for daycare about once a week. He LOVES it. He is so tired the next day he barely moves off the couch. He is so happy when we drop him off and pick him up. He’s been to daycare before but I really like this place so much better. They very clearly just love the dogs and I love all the photos they post on Facebook. I love that they are outside so much and they put the pools out for them. I love that we can call last minute and take him as well, very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

My dog Georgi was with Woof for 7 days and they took very good care of him! I knew from doggy day care experience that the staff LOVES dogs and they love on them and watch over them caring for all their needs.

We boarded our 12 year old boxer dog Zeke for a week while on vacation out of the country. Woof day care took excellent care of him and even sent us photos during the week. The staff there is truly special and clearly love all of their clients. I highly recommend them.

I have been a Woof family client for many years! My babies have always loved going to their overnight getaway while we travel. Woof is ALWAYS my first choice for boarding, and we have driven from out of state many times to bring our pups here before going on extended trips…..I trust Alexa and crew explicitly because they truly love their furry clients as if they were their own. They do not hesitate to contact us if they have a question, and have gone out of their way several times when I packed too lightly with food and supplies! I hesitate writing this review, because they have become so popular that reservations fill up quickly!!!! Thanks so much for providing me with peace of mind knowing my babies are so well cared for!

If I could give 100 stars I would! Everyone here is so lovely and kind. My dog loves it here. They constantly keep you up to date on how your dog is and they are beyond patient with all of them!

Our Dog Bentley S. absolutely loves coming here. The staff is wonderful and we will forever bring our pup here. When he gets home he sleeps for hours because he had a blast!

Unfortunately this didn’t work out for my dog. We traveled long distance and had plans for daycare. My dog isn’t good with heat and the dogs are outside most if not all of the day in 80 degree weather. She couldn’t seem to get enough to drink when I picked her up. She was also too scared with so many dogs around her. Within a couple hours I was told to pick her up. They said they would try her in a separate room inside but when I arrived she was still outside with about 25 other dogs. I was told then that they couldn’t find a free space. I had a mixed impression about the staff. One lady was friendly, one was disconnected from customer experience and the other was just to the point. Possibly more dog friendly than people friendly but in this case that would be a plus. If it had worked out for my dog, I am not sure if I would recommend it or not. My concern was that my dog seemed dehydrated and no one noticed. Other people I met at the facility loved it for their pets so it seems to have a good reputation. They did try to fit my dog into the schedule at the last minute so that was nice and I am glad that they had enough concern to notice my dog wasn’t fitting in well. I ended up bringing her to an indoor facility which had other dogs also. She was much better off.

I have been using Woof for years, but last week they really went above and beyond so I had to write this. My 11 year old Cavalier needed urgent surgery a few days before we were scheduled to leave for a big trip out of the country. She was scheduled to board Woof for 9 days. Post-op she required several medications and 4 different eye drops three times a day, as well as needing to wear a cone. I was beside myself at the thought of leaving her like this. Woof confirmed they could care for her, and they did amazing. Alexa sent me texts with updates, or if she had questions. She reassured me that the dog was fine and that she was being well cared for. I never asked for updates, I know they are busy, but boy did I appreciate it. I was able to enjoy my trip and when I came home she was fine. They took such good care of her and I appreciate them so much for it!! I don’t think there are many other kennels that would do all of this! Thank you Woof!

Michelle is easy to work with and very flexible with her scheduling. She treats my two lap dogs with kindness and love. When she finishes walking or dog sitting Chloe and Coco, Michelle will update me on how their time together went. When I tell my babies that Michelle is coming today, they get excited and always wag their tails. Michelle handles my babies like they are her own, and I truly appreciate that! Our first dog was Lady who was diabetic and required shots, which Michele was excellent at and Lady loved and trusted her. I have someone real close to our house that hires teenagers to do the work for her. I don’t want strangers in my house. Michelle does her own work and I really trust her.

This was my first time using Michele for my cat, Flynn. She was good with him during my vacation. I appreciated that she sent me pictures of Flynn each day she was with him. She followed my Instructions and left my home in good shape. I'll use Michele again for future trips.

Michele was great! We needed a pet-sitter for about 5 days to take care of our troubled child-a black, feral cat with anger issues. She braved morning and evening rush hour traffic in order to give him 1/2 hour feedings twice a day, change his litter, and attempt to play with him. Unfortunately, he was often hiding when she'd come. He, also, attempted to bite her a couple of times, and growled quite a bit, but by the third day, her warm ways began to coax him out into the light. She sent us photos, so that we could see his progress. When we arrived back home, the house was in great shape with no destruction, and Batman was just as we left him, and maybe, a little less troubled. If you're looking for an exemplary pet-sitter, Michele at Tailwagger's Pet Sitting Services is the best, and she's beyond trustworthy. We'll definitely be using her again,, if she'll have us. P.S. Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. Lorraine is a very caring and professional pet sitter. She took care of our 17 year old cat in our home. Lorraine visited Spec every day and made sure all her needs were met. Barbara came out to our house to meet Roger and do an initial assessment. She took notes about Roger's feeding routine, litter box needs, etc. She informed us about the app they use, "Time to Pet" and gave us instructions on scheduling visits. Roger had two different pet sitters, Amber and Michele, who were both excellent. After each visit, we were provided a brief summary and some photographs in the app. When we returned home from our vacation, Roger was a happy cat and our house was in great shape. Barbara and her team do a great job with my little Leo. They are reliable, trustworthy, and have made themselves available even when I made a last-minute call to them. They always leave a personal note after each visit and I really appreciate that! Sometimes Barb even snaps a photo of her playtime with Leo, and again, I appreciate that so much. Kat is the best! I have four dogs (no easy task) and Kat took the best care of them while I was away. She kept in contact and sent many photos; no need to reach out to her first because she was on top of it! On Capt'n Jack first visit to Kat’s Puppy Paradise. I got very good vibes from Kat (the owner) who is very friendly, approachable, a good listener also Kat does try to accommodate you if there's a change in your plans. Kat's Puppy Paradise is neat, clean and smells fresh, safety proof, escape proof inside and outside. During the initial "getting to know you visit" Kat and I exchanged questions and concerns to confirm Capt'n Jack will be a good fit with the other Guests. Kat texted me pictures 2-3 times throughout the day of Capt'n Jack and his socialization with the other Guests. Yes, I can honestly say it was a paradise experience for Capt'n Jack!!

Kat was amazing with my Pepsi! She sent me pictures everyday (sometimes several times a day). I have never left my dog with anyone before and she was so patient and has such a great vibe. I knew instantly she was the perfect person to care for my doggy. I would recommend her to everyone and i definitely feel relieved to have found someone who is trustworthy, clean and super caring to watch Pepsi! Now i get to plan more vacations!

Katherine was a great pet sitter for my two yorkies; I meet her when booking her yard on Sniffspot (which is a great yard btw) and I immediately felt this good vibe from her; you can tell how much she loves and cares for all the pets. I would definitely recommend her; she is really good at sending updates of your pets and even gives you a day report. I will def book her again!

Kats Puppy paradise was great! First time sending my miniature poodle for 3 days. I had no complaints. Katherine was awesome, home was very clean, she was very responsive and professional and kind. She took good care of my Chloe. I will definitely let her watch Chloe again.

Kat took such good care of my baby. I’m a very nervous dog mom and she really made me deal at ease. Deuce loved being in a home setting and having someone there to give him attention and even made a new friend. Our Home Dog Boarding is the best "cage-less" kennel care your pet will receive. I boarded my dog with one of the sponsor families and she was absolutely wonderful. The process is easy. Steve will set you up with a meet and greet with the family who is approved by Steven himself, if all goes well you set the date and drop off your dog and his/her things to the host. I've boarded my dog several times and have never had an issues at all. Such a great concept and very affordable.

So very highly recommended. The personal attention and care Stephen and his team of people (especially Diane) that open their homes to my dog is above and beyond expectations. My dog has fairly severe separation anxiety and Stephen has the patience to understand him and our situation and accommodate and care for him in so many ways that make him comfortable. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is with people that understand, appreciate him and work hard to make him as comfortable as possible. He and his team are true dog lovers and understanders; consistently and thankfully accommodating to my and my dogs personal situation. I very highly recommend!

I met Steve Linn when I had a rather old, very sick Brittany. I had previously used Lakeside Kennels for years, but I did not want to leave him there to go on a long vacation when he became ill. I saw a business card that Steve had posted on a message board at my gym. I called him and started interviewing some of Steve's dog hosts. We found a perfect place with a host who did older dogs and took them on many short walks a day and spent the rest of his time at home with all the dog beds lying in front of him. It was the perfect place for my dog. Unfortunately Zeke has gone to the rainbow bridge. Now I have Elvis a 2 1/2 year old Brittany. I have left him with two different hosts at Christmas and have been very happy with both experiences. I wouldn't consider leaving him anywhere else. Now Steve is making mailboxes with your dog's face and body surrounding it. This mailbox is a big hit with my family and all my family and neighbors who have seen it. I am sure you will find a picture of it on Steve website. It is the one with the gorgeous orange brittany on it.

I cannot say enough great things about this service. Dianne (Grandma) was fantastic. The fact that a meet and greet with your dog before you leave them is very comforting as it gave me peace of mind knowing ahead of time that our Maggie would be happy there. The process from start to finish was easy and efficient. Did not have to wait for responses to inquiries. Just wished Grandma lived next door, such a lovely person.

Both Rhett Butler and I are thoroughly enjoying your service! I can see the difference in him when I pick him up from the boarders (Kim and Diane). He is carefree. In the past as much as I liked the service I used; when I picked him up he was anxious and it was apparent that he'd been over licking his forearms. When I travel I don't even worry about him now. I have peace of mind. Thank you!

About five years ago, I received a recommendation to use Shawe’s Paws. I had just rescued my dog Charlie and needed a dog walker during the days. Jenn at Shawe’s Paws was there from Charlie’s first walk and is still walking Charlie today! Not only is Jenn friendly, reliable and loves Charlie as if she was her own, but she knows how to handle Charlie’s quirks and personality. I feel 110% comfortable using Shawe’s Paws, they are trustworthy, dependable, flexible and I know my dog is always well-taken care of during her mid-day walks!! ❤️❤️❤️

Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!

Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Jen and her team at Shawe's Paws! When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. They send photos and updates during the walks, they make scheduling so easy and they are very accommodating! We have also had positive experiences with a few other members on her team! Everyone at Shawe's Paws is reliable, trustworthy and they all just love Dogs! We would recommend their company to everyone!

I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members.
