I met Darlene before I left and really enjoyed her company. Making arrangements was easy and Darlene responded quickly to any messages. She provided excellent care for Budleigh who was very happy when I got back. The house was clean and tidy and the bed sheets had been washed. I'd definitely ask Darlene to look after Budleigh again.

Michael

Michael and his partner looked after our pets while my husband and I were away on honeymoon. The communication before, during and after their stay was superb. Felt very grateful to have such great folks looking after the fur babies so we could just relax and enjoy the honeymoon.

Tiffany

Tiffany had a longer stay at my house this time and did a great job throughout. The cats were happy when I arrived home, and the house looked just as I left it!

Not only did he take great care of my dog but also went above and beyond and took care of the plants and other things that happened including a sick chicken. Hes always welcome back

Charley and Joana were amazing in all areas of the sit. They were super good and caring with the dogs and gave the food and medication precisely as required. I was so happy when Guiliana and Adam applied to housesit and now I know why. They are so well organized and provided top notch care to my dog, Willow and Oli, my cat. It's always a good sign when you get home and they are happy to see you, but not overly because they were so well cared for. Everything went seamlessly well for both the pets and other overall care of my apartment and plants. It was very clean when I got back, which was nice after a long time away. Guiliana even provided a google doc to make sure there was no room for error or forgetting to feed the pets between both of them, an extra layer of assurance that nothing fell through the cracks. They provided great updates and the cutest photos of Willow on her many great adventures as well as Oli, Guiliana's work assistant. I hope to have Guiliana and Adam back for another sit in the future and enjoyed meeting them.

Ryan

I unfortunately did not get to meet Ryan in person, as I had to leave before he got to my house and he had to leave before I returned home, but we met virtually before and he is very personable and self sufficient. I can tell Ryan and his friend took great care of Archer, they sent me videos and pictures of their adventures together and Archer was incredibly happy. Also, the house was left clean and tidy, and my bedsheets were even changed. Thanks Ryan!

Victor & Ciel

Victor and Ciel were beyond expectations! they sent us updates and pictures of the cats every day and were very comunicative. They are super responsible, my niece came to catsit after them and they left her great instructions and spoke to her to make sure everything would be fine with the house and cats. They gave attention to the cats and I could be calm that they are being taken care of. Ciel knows alot about cats and has a great attitude with them, he even helped me understand a health situation of one of my cats. They are very clean and tidy! They left the house alot cleaner than it was. I highly recommend Victor and Ciel, they are my first experience in the application, and I couldn't be happier.

Kateryna stayed with my Noa for three weeks and was an amazing sitter ! She updated me daily with photos and videos and even adjusted the flying schedule to when I would be returning so that Noa wouldn’t be alone for a long time ! The apartment was very tidy up and clean and she was super sweet

Susan and Chris came to sit for Buddy - it was great they could visit us before the house sit,  just so we could all meet. Felt very relaxed leaving Buddy and our home in their hands, Buddy seemed totally happy with his new friends, everything went well and we could have a relaxed break away. We also got a couple of updates over the phone photos etc which was lovely and Susan and Chris really seemed to take to Buddy he had a great time. Grace and Yamid watched our furbabies for two days over a weekend. We appreciated that Grace & Yamid were accommodating, arriving the evening before my trip to review the pet care plan in detail. This allowed us to ensure that our pets' needs were clearly understood. They both were personable and quick to learn about our furbabie care routines. We were satisfied with the house and pet care they provided. 

The only issue we had was their departure from our home earlier than they had agreed to. While we hoped Grace and Yamid could stay till the evening, they mentioned they had to leave at Noon. We understood and made arrangements with a neighbor to check on our pets as they can’t stay kenneled for longer than six hours. However, our Ring security system notified us that they left at 11 AM, an hour earlier than they had agreed to. Clear and accurate communication about their departure time would have been appreciated.
