David and I thoroughly enjoyed our one night sit for Hettie. She won our hearts very quickly and was quite simply the most gorgeous natured little dog. We took her for a local walk around the adjoining fields and a call in to the local pub. Her manners were impeccable! She then travelled very well in the car to neighbouring Sherborne. Around the shops she was greeted by shop keepers with treats! In the evening she joined us for dinner at the local pub. Once again she was perfectly behaved. Quite literally Hettie became our shadow very quickly and even shared our nights sleep together. Teresa is the most wonderful lady who I hope we can now call our friend. She was so welcoming and a really genuine person. Thank you Teresa for trusting us with your beautiful home and gorgeous Hettie. We really hope we can return again one day.
Super lovely stay with Ruby at Jill and Larry’s gorgeous home in Lakewood. Ruby is such a sweetheart and loved going for daily walks, but was equally as happy to hang near me at home. She generally only eats once her caretaker has settled in for a bit, and then will do so happily. Otherwise she is very low maintenance! Jill was such a thoughtful host and the house very clean and welcoming. Her and Larry were quick to respond to any issues (like helping me troubleshoot some tech troubles, user error of course) and the neighborhood is very walkable and safe. Would definitely stay again!
Bindy and Rod are the perfect hosts and made us very welcome. The home and surrounding area is magnificent. We fell in love with the gorgeous well behaved 3 black labs and of course Misty. We found it very hard to leave. Thank you very much Bindy and Rod for sharing your beautiful pets and home with us. We really appreciate the opportunity and best wishes to you both
Anne & Carl are amazing people. They opened their home in Hilton Head for us to care for their adorable dogs, Charlie and Piper. We had a wonderful time walking with the dogs through the marvelous scenic southern landscape, hemmed into a golf course that in very early mornings provided a remarkable experience for us and the dogs alike. We wouldn’t hesitate to house sit for them again, so if you have the opportunity we highly recommend it !!
Lisa and Chris are wonderful hosts, and their house and pets are a dream to care for. Their home is close to hiking trails, pebbled beaches, cute shops, restaurants, and a quick ferry ride to downtown Seattle. Be prepared to have long cuddle sessions because their dogs are very affectionate and well-behaved. We loved caring for the goats and chickens as well—all very friendly, curious, and know their routines! Fresh eggs every day and playful goats to run around with when you’re not taking in the gorgeous views. Thank you for having us house sit! We’d do it again in a heartbeat 😊.
We had such a lovely stay with Sammy and Juno! They’re both super friendly, easy going pups, and made our stay really enjoyable. Rosie and Rob are lovely, and had great communication. The house had everything we needed, and is in such a great location! Would definitely recommend to anyone ☺️
