Carrie and Dom were wonderful at leaving detailed instructions for their fur babies. I was very grateful for all of their notes and the open lines of communication we had while they were out of town. I always like to leave a place better than I found it, but it was hard because their place was so wonderful, clean and welcoming already. Fitz, Little, and Pigeon are the sweetest kitties I’ve met in a long while and were such a joy to come home to after an afternoon of hiking and exploring the great state of Utah. Isabelle was very sweet and had these adorable spurts of energy around dinner time after her evening walk that had me rolling! 😂 All four of this cutie crew were the best of company and I can’t imagine having better travel buddies when in an unfamiliar area. Their affection and love made home feel not so far away. 💛 I would visit them again in a heartbeat!
Ana was amazing and welcomed us very well. The dogs Lua and Soona was very cute, and well behaved. They listened when we talk to them and the walks were awesome. The dogs get along with Bella (our dog) too, they were very happy when Bella was walking too.
In a word: YES! Karyn and Ginger are HIGHLY recommended. They were a dream to work with. From the moment we met Karyn, we knew she was a wonderful person. We really admired her calm and friendly demeanor. She was communicative and welcoming. She constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. I sent her almost daily reports and photos, and she in kind thanked me profusely. Ginger is a doll. She is a bit shy, so you will need to be gentle and thoughtful with her, but she would appreciate knowing you are a leader. She loves to play ball and go on hikes and walks. She is a fabulous traveler. She is a sweetheart. Their home is beautiful, spacious and immaculate. It was very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, we spent most of our days on the back porch reading and watching the birds. We saw a DOZEN cedar waxwings at the water bath one morning! Everything in Bend is conveniently located about 15 minutes in any direction from Karyn’s home. We took Ginger on some spectacular hikes on the rivers nearby, all with easy access. Shopping too, is just 15 minutes in any direction. If you have the opportunity to sit with Ginger, consider yourself fortunate. Alan and I are so happy to have met Karyn and Ginger. Karyn, it was an honor for us to stay in your beautiful home and hang out with your sweet pup. Thank you so much for the opportunity. We had a mini-vacation to explore the spectacular Bend locale and visit with family. Giving us a dog-love experience was icing on the cake! Ginger was a doll. It is our pleasure to have met you both.
