We hit the JACKpot! Where to start? Most importantly, Birdie was so well cared for, with love and lots of attention. Due to travel circumstances, we ended up spending a fair amount of time with Jack, who was delightful company, in addition to being super smart, trustworthy, responsible, and maybe just a little OCD, so the house was immaculate when I returned. Not to mention the delicious cake he made with apricots from my tree. We were really lucky to find Jack—if you can convince him to come to your house, do it!

Dawn was an amazing house sitter. She handled issues that arose efficiently so I didn't feel I needed to "fix it". She communicated as needed and replied to any inquiries I made promptly. She left the apartment spotless. A great sitter.

Grace was an excellent sitter! She was very organized and communicative up front and responsive while we were away. She sent cute pics, too, so we were assured our pets were happy while we were gone.

upon our first meeting with Rebecca we were confident leaving her in charge and we weren't disappointed. she communicated well and sent pics often. we definitely would have her back.

Stephanie is fantastic! Our pets and home were well cared for. She was great at checking in (sending photos) and our household of 2 dogs and 3 cats loved her. She stayed with us a few days after we returned - she is a wonderful person - one of those good people that we will stay friends with for years to come. I highly recommend her and hope she can sit for us again in the future.

Liz and Jose are the perfect pet sitters! They communicate well, are personable and clearly know and like dogs. We came home to happy and relaxed dogs and a spotless house! We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.

Kate and Benjamin were awesome! They definitely allowed us peace of mind to enjoy our extended holiday trip because we knew our boys were in safe hands. They were communicative, self reliant, and had the place very tidy for us when we got back. Totally recommend! :)

This was Christian's 4th sit for me. What more can I say? Obviously I like him since I keep asking him back!

We are new to zeewoi and our first experience with Ellie was outstanding. She had clear and concise communication, was very self-sufficient, and followed the pet care routine flawlessly. She provided updates and a photo, just the right amount of contact to know the pets were in capable hands. Upon our return, we were able to meet Ellie in-person. I was impressed that she understood our pets' personalities. Our anxiety-prone dog was calm and happy as were the cats. The house was tidy and clean. Lastly, I was happy that Ellie enjoyed some of the sights and local eateries during her short stay. We will gladly welcome Ellie back for future sits!

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

So thrilled to have had Teresa back for a second sit! Our boys were stoked to have her back again. Like last time, everything was perfect and we came back to a spotless house. Looking forward to seeing you again, Teresa! Thanks so much!

Kate was amazing with our pup, Daisy. Daisy requires medicine and extra care, and Kate was wonderful. While Daisy was happy to have us back home, I think she misses Kate! Kate also helped us water plants and get our mail as well as other household chores. This was very helpful as we were gone for so long overseas. We would not hesitate in recommending Kate to serve your sitting needs.
