Erie and Gillian were lovely people. They seemed to really enjoy the dogs. They kept in good contact and the place looked great when I returned.
Great house sit looking after Magnus and Sparks- both are friendly and easy going and happy to be with you; Magnus was especially sweet and affectionate and I'll miss him. Communication with Alistair was easy and responsive, we had a video call and swapped messages before the sit; he and the family were very welcoming and hospitable and ensured I had the opportunity to meet prior to the sit. The home and garden is peaceful and quiet, and St Albans is a lovely city. The house is within easy walking distance of the cathedral, shops and restaurants. There's also a good local bus service. I'd definitely recommend Alistair to any housesitter and would happily sit again.
I did my first housesitting with Anita but I am almost sure it couldn't have been better. Anita is super organized and gave us a manual with every piece of information we might need. Found is the sweetest cat I have ever met, we had a great time together and I miss her already. Also location was perfect, just by the metro station but in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommended
Copper stole my heart! He is the biggest cuddle bug who was always super excited for attention or walks. Megan was amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood has lots to do and the parks were perfect for walks. Loved this sit! :)
Let’s just keep it simple… I would do this sit again. Tito is a lover, fun and energetic dog and we had great runs and walks together and he snuggled up with me as I worked from the house. Nancy left clear instructions, responded quickly to questions and we worked well together!💕💕💕
Sitting for Matt and Jeannie was an incredible experience. First off, Beau is amazing. Such a well mannered cat with a great sense of behavior, he’s so nice to have around. The house offered more than enough space (and incredible Mountain View’s) to relax for hours, just soaking it all in. Nederland is such a cool town to explore during the day as well. Matt was easily accessible for questions and information at any time of day if we needed it. Unforgettable experience overall.
