Alina and Lin were wonderful from start to finish. They were very responsive from the first contact! My cats, one of whom is very shy and timid, warmed up to them from the very first moment, which I think speaks very highly of Alina and Lin's affinity for animals! They sent me frequent photographs and videos of my fur babies, reassuring me that all was well! One of my cats requires twice daily eye drops and she and Lin were able to handle that without any problems whatsoever. Not only did they offer my cats all the love, attention and care that any pet owner would desire for their fur baby, but they kept the house in excellent order and I arrived to a clean and organized home with relaxed and happy cats! I would highly recommend Alina and Lynn to anyone who is looking for a house or pet sitter!
What an extraordinary and wonderful experience! The best sitters ever ! Claudia & Volker are just perfect, reliable, flexible and very experienced sitters. We can fully recommend them ! The pre-sit communication was fine (we had a videocall via WhatsApp) and easy-going as well as the first real contact on their arrival (they arrived one day before we left). We felt like welcoming friends, as if we have known each other for a long time. We trusted them immediately. Claudia provided us every day with lovely pictures, stories, videos and information about our four cats and 2 chooks. We found the cats happy and the house had never been so clean & tidy before 😉. We had a PERFECT holiday thanks to the loving care of Claudia & Volker. This means so many less concerns when planning a holiday.
