Jessica and Steve fit right in with our 3 pups. They were attentive and shared pictures with us while we were gone. We had some problem communicating with them because we were out of the country and the communication was spotty. However, we were never concerned as they continued to share pictures and texts and emails with us when we could pick them up! We appreciated Steve and Jessica finding solutions efficiently to minor problems that occured while we were in Europe. They quickly solved a key fob failure and corrected a problem with our weather station. We were pleased when Jessica introduced home nail care to our Lexi. We are grateful for them sharing our lives and home. We'd love to have them back!
Lori and Jack were lovely to meet. Lori was a strong communicator, timely and self sufficient. She sent lots of updates and pictures of my dog and cat which were always appreciated. They both went out of their way to help with things around the house, even contributing payment to my regular scheduled house cleaner which was certainly not asked or expected.
