Dog Sitters in Bat Cave, NC

We had a wonderful experience with Cassidy. She had quick, helpful communication, was flexible on timing (it was a last minute stay), great with Teddy, and left our home clean and tidy. She came with her wonderful pup, Vissa, and this was an added bonus as Teddy got a playmate for the week. We happily recommend Cassidy :)

Grayson and Megan took loving care of Winston, leaving our home exactly like they found it plus so delicious potato salad!!

It was a real pleasure it was to have such a trusted person stay in our home and care for our furry children while we were on the other side of the country! We had the opportunity to meet Cara, her daughter, and her sweet terrier before they actually took care of everything for us, so we had complete confidence in her abilities. What we didn't anticipate was how much dedication she put into her care! One of our doggies is a ten-month old puppy, who can be a "handful." Cara gave the puppy training exercises to restrain her jumping behavior, and taught her "lie down" commands, and to stay in her crate in the morning until she was calm -- rather than unleashing her pent-up energy at full force. So, we had a trainer, as well as a sitter! She even gave written suggestions for follow-up work! In addition to her loving pet care, Cara was responsible about every aspect of daily home maintenance. Our house was clean, everything was in its place -- Cara was warm and welcoming. Cara and her husband are looking for a new home in our area, and I have the feeling that this house sitting time will lead to continued friendship and shared experiences. We feel lucky to have found Cara. We could not have asked for a better care-taker!

Mary bonded with our dog Walter immediately which honestly has not happened that fast with any other dog sitter. He trusted her from the beginning even though in the past he has taken a few days to be that comfortable with someone new. She walked him every day and sent pictures of him with daily updates. She gave him meds that he needed and understood all that we asked of her in regards to Walter's care. We felt so relaxed on our trip because we knew how well he was being taken care of. Mary was very willing to care for my vegetable garden while we were gone so that was a big plus.too. It could have gone down hill in the time that we were gone but instead I came back to a beautiful exploding garden!! Mary is welcomed back to our house anytime. She is kind, intelligent, and is truly an animal lover. You will not regret choosing Mary as your pet sitter.

Rose was a great house sitter. She managed a challenging situation with my cat who had some significant medical issues while I was away. Rose was very creative and resourceful in her care for Alan (cat), and took him to the vet a couple of times. Additionally, she was extremely helpful when I needed to extend my trip, including orienting new house sitters in my absence. I would recommend Rose without reservation for house and pet sitting.

Elizabeth came with her family and I appreciated all the wonderful care for our home and animals the yard was cared for too how I wanted. She sent pictures and communicated while also not bombarding with questions. She figured things out and I would ask her again.

Ali and Brad were Awesome! My dogs were so loved and well cared for they were very upset to see them go! Ali was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when my travels extended from April 8th to the 24th. Brad had to return home but Ali stayed the extra weeks, totally self sufficient and can handle anything that comes up. She outfitted her travel van herself and is super handy! She kept the house in perfect condition. It was as neat and clean, as I left it. Great communicator and followed all the instructions for one of my pups who has a rare disease. I felt totally confident leaving him in her care.They sent me great photos every day and were such a pleasure to have stay at our house! I would rate Ali at the top of my list as a super sitter and hope she can sit again in the future.

Elijah did a great job of consistently keeping in touch about the needs of my kitties Buster and Maggie. He asked questions when needed and had a wonderful demeanor. I'm grateful for his attention to my kitties and the clean condition of my home when I returned! I definitely recommend Elijah for future housesits.

Amanda and Zane were wonderful sitters for our dogs. They kept us updated throughout our trip and we came home to extremely happy dogs. They left the house clean and as if they were never here, which was great to come home to. We would love to have them again and I know the dogs enjoyed their company as well.

Louisa is the best sitter anyone would love her to sit for your dogs. My dogs love her and love her attention. We also love her!

Ally and Peter were caring, responsible pet sitters. They took the time to clearly learn the routines for our pets, asking pertinent questions prior to the sit. Their experience and loving care were evident. Milo, Shoop and Charcoal were quick to settle in with them. We appreciated the numerous pictures and communication while we were gone. Ally and Peter were a pet-sitting team that allowed us to travel feeling secure that our pets were safe and sound. Our home was well-cared for, too. We would highly recommend them.
