Tim and Jo were excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. They have an elegant home and spacious garden and gave us a choice of two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Its surrounded by leafy parks and there are lots to see and do. Zelda the cat was an absolute joy to care for and very affectionate. Leo the dog was so lovely and friendly too. We would highly recommend Tim and Jo's home/pets to other sitters in the future.
My son and I had a wonderful stay at Greg's home with Einstein, who is the cutest little thing. Greg was very helpful and welcoming, and great with communicating. Einstein is adorable, loving and playful, and it was so fun watching him and my son play happily together. The chickens are super easy to care for, and there is an abundance of fresh eggs. It is a fantastic, large home, with everything you need and the best kitchen to cook in. And such a beautiful area to explore, you won't need a car, as there are amazing places within walking distance to explore. Would definitely recommend this house sit. Thanks Greg for sharing your home.
Alex and Charlie are the loviest house owners. Generous and great communicators. The house is super comfy and very comfortable. Teddy is an absolute lovable and highly intelligent dog, Jazz is a cat in a dog's body, Bella is a Houdini, and Joe is very independent. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.
What a fun sit in Astoria with miss Gandalf! She’s a shy girl that eventually will become your best friend. Lindsay’s home is extremely spacious for an nyc apartment and so quiet. She is also an awesome communicator and always made sure we were okay. If you’re thinking of doing this sit I highly recommend. Miss Gandalf is low maintenance and once she warms up to you she has a high level of love. Thanks Lindsay I hope to be back soon 💞
We had a very good time at Fernanda’S flat and with her dog Lolita. She is such a beauty and loves to be around people. She is very easy to take care off, we took her almost everywhere without any problems. Fernanda was always reachable and very helpful. We love our 3 weeks there. Thank you for choosing us.
Verity and Bo were terrific hosts, so welcoming and generous. I had met them a couple of months before when I had a sit nearby, then I arrived the day before they left at which time we went through the house and pets routine, detailed instructions were also provided which I found super helpful. They have a beautiful home and the land surrounding it provided so many fabulous photo opportunities, seeing the deer was a highlight. Their dogs George and Mildred were very well trained, loving and endlessly entertaining, each with their little idiosyncrasies, they were a real joy to look after. Taking care of the ducks and chickens was very easy, they seemed well trained also! I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks with the gang, I had the best time. Thanks Verity and Bo for being such fab human beings and creating such a special place.
