Claire and Rosemary were perfect! Given that I had had a very bad experience with housesitters a month before their sit, I was more apprehensive than I've been. But from our initial interview I knew they would be great. I feel badly that I left the house in the handover in slight disorder, with the festive season and packing to go abroad as well as cleaning up from the privious housesitters who did a lot of damage, I wasn't able to handover to Claire and Rosemary the way I would normally do so, with a full guide and instructions written out, a spotless house etc. But with all of that and given the sit wasn't very long, Claire and Rosemary did incredibly well! I managed to run through everything the morning I left with them in person, they were communicative and helpful, gave me regular updates and left the place clean and the animals well cared for. I felt relieved when I got back, it was a very nice feeling. I highly recommend them, I'm sorry we didn't get more time to chat and get to know each other, the fesitve season was particularly chaotic this year. I would gladly have them back if they were available!

Tim and his sons were amazing houseguests. They took great care of my pups and treated my home as if it were their own. Definitely recommend.

What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

It was a pleasure for Bill and I to have Daria take care of our golden doodle, Bentley. Daria was punctual and very friendly upon arrival. Bentley warmed up to Daria immediately! Daria is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. We felt very comfortable to have her stay at our home and sit for Bentley. While we were gone, Daria updated us with a couple of pictures of Bentley, and, also took him on a walk. This was the first time Bentley has had a sitter, and Daria’s calm and easy going personality made it an easy first time! We came home to a very relaxed dog. 😊 The house was in perfect condition upon returning, as if she hadn’t even stayed. Please do not hesitate to have Daria take care of your pets, you will be very happy you made the choice. We totally recommend her. 5+ stars for Daria! Thank you! Linda & Bill

Shannon was perfect for a long weekend sit with my dog Lou. Great communication before and during the sit and she was flexible when my departure plans changed sort of last minute. Lou seemed happy and well cared for when I got home :)

Viky is an excellent petsitter! She sent plenty of updates about both my cat and my dog so I was confident they were being well taken care of while I was away. She is very responsible and reliable with both the pets and the apartment. I would definitely recommend Viky for your housesitter needs!

Jen was here for 4 weeks. She went above and beyond, handled a major irrigation leak and helped in the repair. I came home to many outside projects done. Pool, "she shed" clean and organized - such a great surprise. Not to mention happy dogs and chickens. Happy to have her sit anytime. Safe, fun travels Jen.

Hashir was a great pet-sitter! He was very respectful with my cats when he met them and both cats liked him a lot. Hashir was very organised and capable. He followed all my instructions and reached out when something didn't seem right. He also answered all my questions about the cats fully and promptly whenever I reached out for updates. My home was tidy and in good order when I returned, and most importantly, my cats were happy! I would be glad to have Hashir look after my cats and home again.

Sofia was an amazing house sitter for my cat, Fiona. She was very independent and self sufficient, Attentive to detail, took amazing care of Fiona, and left my house spotless. I would not hesitate to have Sofia stay at my place and take care of Fiona again. Thanks Sofia! 🤍

Amazing experience! Gus and Rosie were exhausted when we came home and adventured every day. We hope Kristi can come back again soon!

Laura and Scott were the best pet sitters you could ask for! Communication was great from the time the sit was confirmed and thru out the sit. Laura sent me daily photos and texts. They did everything we asked and then more! Highly recommend and hope that they will come back and do another sit for us sometime!

My dog Teddy loved being with Theresa. She was organized, self-sufficient, and very personable. Even though she does online Yoga via Zoom 4 days a week, she took plenty of time to throw Teddy his beloved balls, snuggle and go on walks. She sent me updates and pictures. Teddy and I would definitely love to have Theresa come visit again.
