Suzanne was fabulous with Fritz and our home. She had just the right level of communication - daily pictures and updates. She was self sufficient, but was also good about asking questions when needed. Fritz is pretty low maintenance, but he can be particular and she seemed to find and lean into his preferences easily. Overall, Suzanne was wonderful and I would gladly have her back to hang out with Fritz!
Lilo was a lovely cat to look after! Lots of play and cuddles over the few days we spent together. Lizzie and Sam have a lovely home with everything you could think of included. They are very welcoming, communicative and friendly hosts. I would recommend this housesit to anyone :)

Great sit! Carolyn and Ben are wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating to my circumstances of international travel. Carolyn picked me up from the train (although the train station is a 5 min walk from the house), took me grocery shopping and maintained excellent communication during the sit. Tucker and the Barbaras were easy to care for. Tucker loves sniffing grass and flowers on his walks, he is very affectionate and would follow you around the house. The Barbaras are happy when their cage is placed near the window; they chirp along with birds outside. The house is big, clean and has everything you need. The back, front garden and beautiful parkway are a bonus! The location is very convenient to catch the train to the city (35-40 min ride) AND take a short walk to Lake Michigan. I had a great time and would love to sit for Carolyn again! Highly recommended!
Sue was a wonderful host and had prepared us a delicious dinner for our arrival! We arrived a day before her departure which was great as Sue was able to provide us with a rundown of how to care for Dottie and her home. Sue’s communication before and during our sit was brilliant which made for the perfect sit. Sue is so warm and friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming. In the area, a car is most definitely needed as there is so much nearby to explore between lovely villages, walks and all this part of France has to offer. As we had use of a car we were able to take Dottie everywhere with us. Dottie was a joy to be with, she very friendly and can run and play ball with never ending energy. We took her to all the villages, markets and restaurants and she is so well behaved, people just gravitate to her. We’d loved our visit in Condom and have made a new friend in Sue and Dottie and look forward to seeing them both again.
Ruby and I absolutely loved staying in your beautiful home with your gorgeous animals. Many thanks for having us to stay there over Christmas it was very special and memorable for us. Claire xx
I enjoyed this sit. Dixon is such a sweet dog, don’t let having to give him medications make you nervous. It’s super easy and he takes them with ease. Dwaine and Kathy were very responsive with any questions and so welcoming. They left detailed instructions which was helpful. Would recommend this housesit.
