Chloe is the sweetest little dog. I took care of her over New Years and had a lovely quiet time with her. Marsha and Paul have a lovely home and pool in a very convenient location on the Northside of Brisbane. Their house is clean and tidy and un-cluttered and I was very comfortable there. Marsha was lovely and welcoming and I recommend them as house sit hosts.
This was our very first house/pet sit and it was such a fun and positive experience...we'd do it again in a heartbeat! Darlene and Herbert made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home which is full of natural light with amazing views of the ocean and Vancouver Island. They were such gracious hosts and invited us a day early to show us the area, and to get to know them and their sweet Bella! This was so helpful to get oriented to their home and for Bella to get acquainted with us. All instructions/notes were clear and after reviewing everything we enjoyed a delicious dinner and evening with Darlene and Herbert...they are lovely people who shared some great stories about their travels and adventures! The next morning they took us out on one of the best trails that is basically right outside their door and goes down to the beach. The area is very accessible to several trails and we enjoyed taking Bella out for some long walks everyday. She knows the trails well and will lead you the entire way. A highlight of course was Bella who we absolutely loved! She is sooo sweet and smart!!! She was a little shy with us at first but after a few hours she became more playful and would go get her ball for us to throw. And she loves her walks, swims...and her treats!!!! During our stay we were only able to get a few glimpses of Abbie as she would stay by herself in the office or lower level of the house. But she was eating regularly and using her kitty litter so we knew she was doing well. We woud also find her string up on her cat tree where we would put out treats so it was clear she was quietly moving around the house trying not to be noticed. We also enjoyed seeing all of the hummingbirds at both the front and back of the house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to Darlene and Herbert for giving us this opportunity. We hope we get the chance to see them again in the future. We're definitely looking forward to more travel and house sitting adventures! Cheers! Ron and Debbie
I have been invited privately by Stephane & Verity to keep Quipu while they were in Spain for Easter. It was supposed initially to be a 4 days sit then they asked me to stay a day longer. It was easy for me as I live only 50 km further I warned Quipu’s owners their cat was meowing the first night of my stay in a way I thought he could suffer from pain, he tried often to pee without any result and the vet took him the following morning in emergency : he had a cystisis. Which implied a change of food, a change in his daily routine… I had to pay the bill 194€, but got the money back before leaving. Quipu is quite a wild cat, you don’t see him much during the day, he only comes back to take a nap (even in April, it can be pretty hot outside in Provence). It did not take him long to adopt me. To forget I had tried to pour some medication in his mouth, what he hated ! This charming tiny house is only 700 meters from Lourmarin, a lovely village, looking on a rather abandoned garden. The confort was minimum : only one pan, no microwave, no dish washer or washing machine, not even a tea pot, no deckchair, no tv or radio. One thing was really shocking : the filthy mattress (I badly noticed when I took the sheets away). This doll house is not Stephane and Quipu’s but even if they rent it, they could have bought a mattress cover for their guests.

Tracy and her husband took care of my cat for 5 days, and he absolutely loved them! He normally doesn’t like strangers, but he seemed to warm up to Tracy from the first day, and he was very happy to see her every day! It definitely allowed me to relax knowing he was being taken care with such great care!
Tracy looked after my cat and rabbits while we were away for 10 days. It was not ideal timing because we had builders there while we were away and my cat is very wary of strangers at the best of times. Although Tracy didn’t see my cat every day she reassured me that he had been coming in for food every night. She also did a brilliant temporary repair job for me when one of my rabbit homes developed a hole in the bottom of it. She kept in regular contact and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
We have two female cats with very different personalities and like any pet owner, we are anxious that they are fed, watered and cared for while we are away. This was the first time that we have used Maccy G Pets service and we can report that we are very happy with the service. Tracy visited us to meet our cats before we travelled which was a nice touch. We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.
Having Tracy to look after our Maine Coon kittens for a week meant that we could go on holiday without worrying about them. We had daily video updates to show all the strokes and attention they were getting! And they were bright eyed and bushy tailed happy kitties when we got home :) We would recommend Maccy G Pets without hesitation!
It was the first time we used Maccy G and they were fantastic We went away for a week and Diane was absolutely wonderful. Our cat Archie is very shy but Diane was so patient and managed to help him overcome his shyness and I could see from the photos she sent that he looked so happy and content. It took away all our worries about leaving him. They are wonderful and we will always ask them to look after Archie when we go away. We really would recommend them. 😀
Tracy is a very experienced and trustworthy person who has a real gift/talent in looking after pets. Everything from pre-visit to regular updates whilst on holiday was brilliant. The pets were extremely well cared for and we didn’t have to worry at all whilst away. We would highly recommend this pet sitting service.
We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.
Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. I felt super comfortable leaving my turtles in her care, she sent me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease while I was away! 💚 Cheap and friendly service that I will be using again!

We have been using ines and robin for approx 3 years now and without a word of a lie we would be completely lost without them! They give the best care, brilliant and mixed location walks, lovely clean house for them, lots of knowledge and always happy to help. With a rescue puppy lurcher we needed lots of that! We use them for daily walks, daycare and boarding and everytine we have to coach our dog back home! He absolutely loves them and playing and mixing with all the other dogs! Highly recommended!!
I couldn’t praise Ines and Robin more for how they look after my dog. He was a nervous puppy and I had tried unsuccessfully at other dog daycares as he hated it. From the start he has loved going for his stays there. He gets so excited and runs straight in. Makes me so happy knowing my dog is looked after with so much love and care!

She provides excellent value for money, is flexible with my shift changes and always there when needed. My dogs have stayed overnight on some occasions and it is so reassuring to know they are being cared for by Julie in her caring home environment.
Julie has looked after our Labrador since she was 12 Weeks old, taking great care of her 3 days a week whilst we were working, now retired our Lab still stays with Julie on odd occasions. We would not put her anywhere else, as Julie treats her like a family member. Our Lab has stayed with Julie whilst we were working and when we have travelled abroad, being with other dogs in her home, has I believe greatly improved her socially with other dogs.
Have been using Dogs Vacation for a number of years now for long stays & shorts stays. Our two Labs love Julie & her place. As soon as we pull up in the drive way they know where they are & cant wait to see her and all the other dogs that Julie looks after. While we are away Julie keeps in contact & sends us whats app pictures & videos of our two labs having fun or just sleeping after a busy day. My Jack Russel has recently stayed with Julie for our annual 2 week summer holiday. This was the 1st time he’s been away this long so naturally I was a little worried. Julie put my mind at rest with sending regular pictures & updates on how he was & what he’d been up too. Julie is a lovely person, with plenty of dog knowledge & I left feeling confident that he was in very safe hands.
Julie regularly looks after my dogs. She is incredibly caring with the best interests of the dogs in her care at all times. They love going to Julie's and I can see they are having great fun by the photos she sends me. I trust Julie implicitly with my gorgeous boys and wouldn't want them going anywhere else.
Julie has been looking after Pepper, our Labradoodle when we go on holiday for the last 4 years. We were lucky to find Julie over 10 years ago for our terrier Roxy and have benefitted from her professional, passionate and personal care ever since, both with her and another of her hosts when she was full. She now looks after Roxy and her daughter Coco and my mum’s saluki Tessy regularly and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. She is good value for a proper home experience for the dogs, regular exercise, cuddles and medication administration when needed, so our minds are at rest when we are away, especially for Mum who’s Tessy is of a nervous nature. Julie is friendly, efficient and very knowledgable and the quality of her care is excellent.
Alfie has been to Julie since we adopted him 10 yrs ago. He loves going to see her and play with the other dogs. Home from home, loads of affection, walks in the country, lovely garden to play in and competitive prices. Alfie also has regular baths at Julie's and comes home happy and smart. Jo provides a wonderful doggy daycare for our little cockerpoo. We were so worried about our puppy going somewhere when he was still young but Jo really cares and you can see how well looked after he is. Our dog has grown in confidence since attending and literally jumps with joy when he is collected for daycare and often tries to go back with Jo when dropped off! He always comes home tired from the stimulation and we can tell he has had a good day. Jo is very flexible and tries to help work around our rotas to provide care on the days needed. We are so pleased we found Jo!
Jo has looked after our dog Reggie for walks and daycare sessions regularly since last year. We know how much fun he has playing with other dogs in daycare and running around on group walks, he runs out the door with such excitement when she comes to collect him! Her being able to offer collecting and drop off is also really helpful particularly when we had been needing daycare or walks due to work commitments. Jo has always been friendly and professional and flexible with booking sessions. Highly recommend Poocheria, we feel lucky to have found her.
We started using poochrea a couple of months ago for our cocker spaniel puppy Sienna. She started at 4 months old which was a little scary, as she was so young but sienna has settled in so so well! Jo always puts us at ease by sending photos and updates each time she’s with her. You can see Jo really does care for Sienna like she’s her own. It’s such a relief to have found someone as amazing as Jo to care for our little girl. Sienna is always super excited when Jo picks her up and she then sleeps for the rest of the afternoon until we get home from work. Jo always replies to messages promptly and is willing to fit her in at short notice and swap days around which is great with work/holiday. We first met Jo about 8 months ago when we wanted daycare for our first puppy. Melody got on really well with Jo and the other dogs right from day 1. Fast forward to today, she absolutely loves going to Jo, she waits for her at the door and really looks forward to her day filled with treats, walks, cuddles and play with Jo and her doggy friends! Couldn’t recommend Poocheria enough!
We have been Poocheria for doggy day care once a week since July Our house move got accelerated and we had to find somewhere with short notice and Jo was incredibly helpful in arranging to pop over and meet us to discuss ours and Maggies needs. She has been super flexible with changing dates here and there and always responsive to messages etc The best part is the convenience, we leave for work knowing Maggie will get collected and looked after and then dropped back before we arrive home. On top of that pricing feels extremely good value. Maggie always looks forward to seeing Jo (we can see how excited she is every week on the doorbell camera!) and is absolutely knackered when we get home! I would recommend Jo and Poocheria for all your pet care needs!

It’s so comforting when you find a dog walker you can trust with your best friend and we have found that with Poocheria. My dog Pip looks forward to her walks and is so happily exhausted when she comes back, which is the best testimony I can receive. Jo has been fantastic with our puppy Jenny who's been going to daycare now for about four months. Jen is a pointer mix with loads of energy. When there's lots going on around her she finds it difficult to settle and can be easily over stimulated/excitable. Jo and her daughter weren't phased by her puppy behaviour and have gone above and beyond to help Jen settle into daycare. Their experience with spaniels undoubtedly helps. They even reinforce the training that we're doing with her. I can't thank them enough for the care they provide. We couldn't do it without them!
Couldn’t recommend Jo enough! Her smaller dog walking groups have helped my pup build her confidence with other dogs, and Jo has always been on hand to help reinforce any training we’ve been doing! I’ve seen firsthand how wonderful Jo is with all of the lovely animals she looks after. She understands their individual characters and they get affection, attention and they’re entertained the whole time. I’ve seen dogs who don’t want to walk begin to run and jump and express new found joy after a few days. Definitely worth taking your pooch to Poocheria.

Took my 4 dogs to st mararets pet centre would recommend them they are very good with the animals my gsd is from a puppy farm and have issues with other dogs but people he loves they were very good with him and my other3 got delayed so had to leave another day picked them up and they were all happy and well looked after I gave 5 stars but would give more if I could rebboked in November plus my 2 cats thankyou for taking very good care of my 4 dogs thank you for looking after us Baxter Hugo Archie and Aggie x

Really nice experience, I'd never left my dog for this long before so I was a bit nervous but I won't be anymore! Located in the countryside not too far from my home in Norwich, it was easy to get to and was a bit of a holiday for my dog vs his usual urban environment. Staff are friendly, really listened about eating schedule as my pup can be a fussy one, was well priced and straight forward with no nonsense and clear but minimal paperwork. Would recommend to anyone, thanks team!
Booked my dog in for a week's stay unfortunately I had to cancel due to her being diagnosed with a large growth and made a decision to cancel holiday. I had already made up my mind that the centre was run by kind friendly people when booking, on cancelling they totally confirmed my opinion, they could not have been kinder, more understanding and spoke to me in a very sympathetic way, exceedingly lovely people, interestingly they even refunded my deposit, which was totally unexpected. I would definitely recommend this centre and make sure you visit prior to booking for a look round and a chat, it will certainly put your mind at rest and your pet should have a nice break away as hopefully you will.
So our big, softy bordeaux came here for the first time. Very friendly welcome, clean, tidy, nice set up, and professional. Our dog happily came in, and just walked off with the owner with out even looking back! He didn't even want to leave! Highly recommended plus will use again.

First time stay for our dog, so we were more nervous than she was. Mick welcomed us in and soon got her settled. When we picked her up she seemed really happy, and didn't want to leave. Will definitely use again, although book early as they fill up quickly as so popular!

Im new to Norwich and We Love Pets were recommended to me by a colleague, and now I recommend them to everyone! I was initially sceptical about using a company because I thought they’d be too expensive and I had an individual dog walker before. But their prices are really reasonable, and it means there’s never any last minute cancellations because of holidays or sickness. Steve and Jake are really reliable, flexible, kind and professional. I get regular updates and pictures from their walks, and my dog was so tired when I got home from work the other day he took himself to bed 3 hours early! I can’t recommend them enough.
I recently used Steve and his team for drop-in calls during the working day for our English Bulldog. Having never used a similar service before I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care given. They kept me in touch regularly and Calli thoroughly enjoyed all the fuss and attention. I will certainly be using their services again soon.
We have had an amazing experience today, which is all down to Steve from We Love Pets Norwich! We needed a dog sitter whilst we attended my son’s graduation at UEA. Our plans changed more than once but Steve was flexible and accommodating. We met Lyn and Keith today, and our Standard Poodle Phoebe had the time of her life at their lovely home for the afternoon! They also helped us to get to the ceremony on time and even gave us a cup of tea at the end of the day! I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people with regard to looking after dogs!
Steve is brilliant with our menagerie - dog, cat and chickens! Always sends pictures and a message when he visits, which is very reassuring, and is very punctual.
I cannot recommend We Love Pets Norwich enough! I contacted them at very short notice after being let down with my previous arrangements for my dog Sophie, and they responded immediately, came to meet Sophie, and established exactly what I required. Steve set up a WhatsApp group with the lovely young lady Sydney who would be walking Sophie so that I was in contact at all times, and Sydney kept me updated with plenty of photos and updates whilst I was away. Sophie was relaxed and happy when I returned, in fact I think she was disappointed I wasn't Sydney! Great service, great choice of services, and fabulous team! Thank you!!
Can’t thank Steve enough for taking great care of our German Shepherd. It was a one off as we don’t live locally, and it enabled us to attend a funeral. Great communication prior to the day, a quick meet and greet to fit our schedule, and then activities and care appropriate for the length of time he had her and temperature of the day. We used this home boarding service for the first time earlier this month when we attended a family wedding without our ageing two Jack Russells (both 14) In the end they had such a great time and were so well treated that they almost didn't want to come home. The couple with whom they lodged are in high demand so we're already planning our next break for 2024. Thanks to everyone involved.

Darcie is so well cared for with Steve and Anita.. have already done two years trips for vaccinations etc groomers and home visits and park walks with their own dogs. Darcie is getting lots of attention and socialisation which is great especially as being with me 24/7 during the recent lockdown and at home. I am returning to work albeit part time and was anxious about leaving her. Having lost my previous support I found We Love Pets and Darcie is happy so I am happy...very reliable and will always try to fit me in if an emergency. I get lots of pictures and videos too when she with them which is such a bonus as I know she is in safe hands. Can't praise them enough.
Laura has been absolutely amazing for us and our dog Marvyn, she was able to book us in for a last minute pet taxi to the vets. Very accommodating in emergencies. Such a friendly service, made us all feel calm, and our dog who is very anxious with vehicles, made him so he was safe and felt comfortable. Especially as he’s an old boy. I used Whitestone for the first time in July, when I had to leave my cats at short notice and couldn’t get them into my normal Cattery. I found Laura to be most helpful and took details of all my cat’s requirements prior to my departure. I came home to find them all relaxed and happy. I will certainly be using their services again.

in short: Laura entered my bedroom which i stated should not be entered. she fed my bearded dragon - which I had told her not to do anything with, apple (which made her sick as she has a sensitive stomach) without even calling to let me know. After I emailed to raise my concerns, she responded with a patronising argumentative email and called the RSPCA to report me about my dragon (presumably about her being skinny) and my ferrets (for an unknown reason) - the RSPCA have now closed the case and filed it as a malicious report. context: I had a very elderly bearded dragon who I’d noticed was losing weight due to not keeping food down. I was able to manage this by keeping her on a diet of particular bugs and greens which she was able to keep down. I felt more comfortable with a family member going into my room to look after my dragon who knew about her recent health problems and exactly how I was managing them. I also have pet ferrets, one of whom needed twice daily eye drops for a tumour, my family member wasn’t confident with holding and medicating him and so I found whitestone pet services. In the contract we had to sign it states that they will not enter any rooms that I have not told them they can enter… however my bearded dragon was inside my bedroom.. which I told Laura not to enter. When I got home, I realised what had happened and so sent a message to Laura asking why my bearded dragon had been fed against my wishes and why I wasn’t even notified about it. The response i received was absolutely disgusting, completely patronising and telling me how much of an awful job I’m doing, as if I haven’t taken care of happy and healthy dragons for over 10 years. I decided to leave it there and found another pet sitter for my next weekend I had to go away as I didn’t want to tear down a small business due to one bad experience, however when I received a card through the door from the RSPCA about my bearded dragon I was absolutely furious. The RSPCA could see how well loved and looked after all of my pets are and so they’ve closed their case and filed it as a ‘malicious report’. Now that the case has been closed, I am able to leave an honest review on this awful service! Rude, patronising and spiteful. I am not a confrontational person at all, but since I was upset with the service, I sent a polite email detailing my worries and concerns, but instead of an apology I got maliciously reported to the RSPCA!

Laura walks our rescue Sharpei and has been amazing with her and brought her on so much. She is brilliant with dogs and has offered us so much advise, our honey adores her.

Laura and Jack at Whitestone Pet Services looked after our two cats for two weeks while we were away. They took excellent care of kitties, sent us regular updates and photos and brought our key back after we’d got safely home - just in case! I highly recommend Laura and Jack! ☺️
Moving into a new country, we were faced with a number of challenges- both personal and professional. Add to the that mix taking care of our furry little one and leaving her alone when we both went to work-it really was messing up our mental peace. Laura and Jack (along with their lovely little daughters!) have always gone above and beyond what we have asked of them. We have been terribly indisciplined and have made literal last minute requests (a habit that we are really trying to change!) , yet they have always been there for us , no questions asked. They are ever so pleasant and our dog gets along with them superbly! They are kind, honest, trustworthy and responsible - something that I have come to realize not only because of my professional interactions with them but also through the conversations I have had with them in past few months. I don't know what we would have done without them. Bless their hearts!

Took our cockapoo here as there was a very long waiting list at our usual groomers.Our dog needed to be cut very quickly as was overgrown and Sally managed to book him in the very next week. She was very polite and friendly to talk to and our Archie came home happy. I have provided photos to show other potential customers the results please bare in mind we did ask Sally to Shave our dog low for his spring summer coat cut (I have provided one photo so you may see how overgrown he was prior to having Sally groom him). Lastly very reasonable affordable prices so I'd definitely go back in the future if our wait time for our usual groomers was rather high again plus very handy if you are on a budget ,Thank you Sally
Sally helped me achieve a lifelong dream of owning a dog my yorkie/jack cross has been looked after by sally and her lovely caring family for 3 years- since he was a puppy on the 3 days a week I work, it also really helped with his puppy socialisation she treats him like her own and he practically pulls my arm off in the morning to get to sally and her dogs alfie and molly (gorgeous west highland terriers) cos he knows it means playtime.I have also put Harry into her home boarding for our weeks abroad holiday with no problems.She is professional and fully insured,oh she has also helped me when my relatives taken to hospital at short notice, she even lent the cool jacket in the photo -for harrys very hot camping trip last year. She also now is qualified dog groomer so you could also get that done.Give her a call and meet shes super friendly and will always pick your dog up.Very reasonable rates call her 😀 you wont be sorry.

I took my Cavapoo pup to Sally for a hair cut and she did an amazing job! Cut exactly as requested and she managed to fit him in the next day. Have already re-booked for his next trim. It’s obvious how much Sally loves dogs and I had no worries leaving him in her care. Would highly recommend.. Thank you very much :)
Sally has been looking after my dog for over 6 years, since she was a puppy. Sally is very friendly and passionate about looking after dogs. I know that my cocker spaniel is looked after and has a great time when she is with Sally. Also use boarding services at times, which have been brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
So happy with the service we receive from Sally, she has groomed my 2 cockapoo’s since they were pups, she always does an amazing job and covers all things included in her price… trims nails, cleans teeth, checks ears etc, other groomers charge extra for these things… The groom she gives is terrific and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the dogs, often offering advice on things not groom related! The dogs are so happy to see her and I feel relaxed and happy when I leave them in her hands. Sally even came to the rescue when my 2 got covered in burs from head to toe! In their eyes, ears, paws… everywhere! I was in total panic mode but sally took them in and calmly removed everyone! Amazing service and I would highly recommend.
First time using sally as recently moved to area,took both shih tzu to her,very happy with the results as our female dog can be difficult. Will definitely use sally as our regular groomer.

Stanley loves seeing Sally for his grooming. Sally is obviously a true dog lover and I’ve always been very happy to leave Stanley in her care for grooming. He always comes back looking lovely and with a waggy tail! Definitely recommend. 🐶🐾🐾
