Overall, this experience was disappointing. It felt like Taylor and Dustin prioritized their vacation over pet care. I understand that pet sitters may want to explore the area, and I have no problem with that. However, in this case, they were gone a disproportionate amount of time, leaving my dogs alone for extended periods. They would leave the house around 10 AM, return around dinner, and then go out again for several hours. When I expressed my concern, they essentially told me, "this is our vacation." One day, I had to ask a friend to feed the dogs when it was almost two hours past feeding time. To be fair, I take responsibility for not setting clearer expectations or asking more questions upfront. Had I known they would spend so much time away, I would have chosen someone else. There were positive aspects as well. Dustin diligently watered my newly planted trees every morning, for which I am very grateful. When they were home, my dogs received plenty of love and attention. Taylor was excellent with communication and coordinating the details of their travel. The house was left in good order, although I did have to do a lot of cleaning and laundry afterward. It saddens me to leave a less-than-positive review because I believe Taylor, Dustin, and Whitten are genuinely nice people. However, I cannot recommend them for pet sitting. The time I spent worrying about my dogs significantly diminished the joy of my time with my family.
I had a great time watching Rufus! Kirstie and Johan were amazing hosts who helped me get settled and oriented before they left on their trip. Kirstie made sure I was connected with local friends in case I needed anything and took the time to show me around town/the neighborhood. The area is absolutely beautiful and there's transit nearby to explore beyond the town. Rufus is as Kirstie advertised, an old man who likes his downtime but still loves to be with you. He completely transforms into a puppy again when you play ball with him - that was my favorite way to bond with him ;) Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend it!
Bella and I had an amazing time taking care of Steve and Sue's cats, Gracie and Charlie. We were fortunate to also have a bonus pup, Teddy their grand-dog. The kitty siblings enjoyed playing with their toys and each other, and were very affectionate. Teddy is the most gentle and loving doodle. He behaves very well on his leash and gets along with everyone else at the nearby park. Sue and Steve are wonderful and generous hosts. They organized a family dinner the night before they left where we met their extended family and ADU neighbor. We sat at the large table on the back porch, under the trees, with birds singing and doggies chasing each other. One could not ask for a better kitchen suited for a proper chef. If you're into coffee, then you will be in for a delight. The coffee machine automatically grinds the beans, and makes an assortment of beverages. We were left with plenty of food and drinks. Sue even left homemade lasagna and Hungarian mushroom soup for us in the fridge. We cannot say enough good things about this sit. If given the opportunity to care for these lovely animals, in this gorgeous setting, for this great family, do it.
I had such an amazing experience at Beth & Keith house. Their kitties are so friendly and playful, very well behaved and chummy. Already miss them and their morning zoomies. They always accompanied me everywhere I go ☺️The house cannot be described by just words, it’s full spectrum of emotions. Sleek design, panoramic views, spacious interior, and magical neighborhood🥰 The area where the house located is full of spectacular views and have bunch of hiking trails just 3 min away from the house. Beth is such a great host and made taking care of Gri and Cisco smooth and easy ☺️Thanks again for this opportunity! Would love to be back 🐈🐈⬛
This was a great sit. Charlie and Keezle are fun and friendly puppy dogs, and the apartment is in a convenient location. Julia and David made great hosts, making sure that I received a tour of the property before they left and were very responsive to my questions when they were out of town.
I had a wonderful time hiking with Roxy, she’s the best companion you could ask for. Roxy loves being outside, going on hikes, bikes, or just being in the car. She’s had no issues keeping up with me, honestly I had to keep up with Roxy’s running pace :) She’s very easy to work with, loves being by your side and is great off leash. Zeus and Emily were wonderful little coworkers to have at home, they loved asking for cuddles and Emily’s mission in life is to persuade you to give her more food. You definitely just fed her, but she will try her best to convince you otherwise. Kerri was a gracious host she makes you feel at home and I had a great time hiking with Keri and Roxy on my last day! Looking forward to next time!
Donna is an amazing host and Luna is one very special girl who immediately stole my heart! I arrived the day before Donna had to leave for her trip, and not only did she welcome me with open arms into her home, but she also made me a wonderful dinner and introduced me to the neighbors. She also knew about some upcoming travels I have planned and left me maps for those locations (she's traveled quite a bit!) to look through during my stay. Overall, such a warm, welcoming experience. As for Luna, or who I nicknamed Ms. Wiggles (she wiggles her butt like crazy when she's happy/gets excited), she is the SWEETEST lab around. She's great on and off a leash, listens to commands with no problems and is one big snuggle bug. I ended up taking her up to Cannon Beach one day to let her run around and she did great off leash! No issues with recall and stayed close the whole time. She really is a perfect angel and I miss her already!

I can not put into words how grateful we are to have found Claudia and her company Love 4 Paws. We have been using Love 4 Paws services since our 4 yr old Rhodesian was a 12 wk old puppy. She is not the easiest dog - timid with strangers and in general very shy, but she LOVES Claudia. I never have to worry when she is in Claudia's care. We have used the walking, dog boarding, and home day care services. Claudia is an excellent communicator, sends photos often, and is always willing to help with a last minute request. Claudia is the best person to take care of your pets. She is super caring and responsible. She has always treated my furry babies as her own and Boss is actually the best assistant she could wish for. He is always willing to play with other dogs and even when my very loud chihuahua bothers him, he is always patient. I feel like she always comes back better behaved after staying with them. My dog is very anxious and doesn’t like many people so we were worried about boarding him. To our surprise he loved Duke Paws from the very beginning. I think this is a testament to their good nature and excellent care for the dogs. It was reassuring and nice to check on their Instagram stories and see Willie out on walks with the other dogs while we were away. We will absolutely be sending him back and would recommend them to anyone who needs any service they offer.

We had an excellent experience with Paws n Tails professional in-home pet sitting. Our dog cannot be boarded at a kennel due to extreme anxiety, and we required in-home service. Harry Tawil worked with us and our dog Sunny for 3 days. He was punctual, attentive, kind, trustworthy, and dependable. We experienced great relief knowing that our dog was in good hands with great care during this time. I highly recommend Paws n Tails as a professional and reliable service to all families with pets. We will work with them for all of our pet care in the future.
Left our fury family member there for a weekend. She had a great time with all the other dogs. No crates all the dogs out playing and socializing all day. It's a perfect cage free environment. Everyone at Waggle Bros were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of with and app that you can download and check in on your little pup. Our little cupcake didn't want to leave but came home clean and happy.
I brought my schnauzer in for a hair cut. A schnauzer cut. They (Danny) did a wonderful job. I took him back the next time and was told that he had (2) small matted areas and needed too have the hair cut short in that area, but could still get his schnauzer cut. When I went to pick him up the owner was not there and I was given him by one of the persons that work there who spoke VERY little English. My dog was cut NOTHING like a schnauzer! I telephoned the owner and she gave a dry apologize,but did nothing more than that. Mind you they did such a good job the first time I pre-paid for his SCHNAUZER cut. But that’s not what I got. I then asked her so how much is a shaved down cut like what was given to him and she said “oh it’s the same price”. Needless to say I took him back again to give them another try. This time he had a cut on his heel. They messed up his beard (it was one sided) and they COMPLETELY shaved him down like a grey hound! The owner pretended to be this super nice person in the beginning, but I’m finding out something different. I asked her how much for the hair cut because it was not a schnauzer cut and again she said &75. The price is the same. I will never take my dog back there again! If she would have been apologetic and adjusted the price, ( mind you this is the second incident) I would not be writing this. Consumers need to be aware. Business owner’s need to realize that the same service they expect when they become customers, is what their customers want too. Accountability, a sincere apology and a fair and honest resolution. In life the same way we treat people is how we will one day be treated…. Don’t take your dog here,

Staff is very friendly and handled my dog very well. Love that you can see the dogs on camera in all the different areas and the little ones hang out behind the front desk. I can tell they really love dogs and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them for boarding.
My dog (a picky client) LOVED this place, she’s now been groomed with 2 different people and she looks adorable every time. She actually gets happy when she walks in, which says a lot!
Everett and his team at Waggle Bros are amazing! We've been taking our basset hound Lucy there since she was a puppy - both for day care a few days a month and for boarding when we travel. Lucy absolutely loves it there and comes home happy and exhausted after each trip to Waggles. The staff has an obvious love for the dogs and we are confident that she is well cared for. The webcam allows us to check-in every once in a while to see her playing with the other dogs. Waggle Bros delivers a great service and we're thankful to have them in the neighborhood.
I was very weary of leaving my dog anywhere, as it was my first time in 9 years of owning my dog that she could not stay with a family member. I really loved that I could log in at anytime and look at one of multiple cameras to see what she was up to and know that she was being well cared for. Waggle Brothers was absolutely amazing and I recommend them to anyone I meet who has boarding needs.
TERRIBLE.If i could give 0 stars I would.I went to get my 2 dogs a short puppy haircut, bad customer service from the workers,very rude,although the owner herself is great. It’s been about a week and I’ve noticed that my dog was scratching himself a lot so I took a look to see what happened, and what I saw was shocking, on his neck he had a big scab with dried blood, and on his tail he had cuts and dried blood, the cuts Where obvious and they at least should have told me what happened but they just gave me my dogs and charged me $20 extra because my dog had knots in his hair which I understand but when they came back they still had knots and they where extremely cut. I usually check my dogs afterwards but I didn’t because I had trust from former experiences. They also had a couple of long hairs on their ears and they didnt brush their teeth. Very shocking because they always did so well , but I will NEVER take them there again.
I have always had a great experience here. Maria is amazing, she is always available (day, night and weekends) on her cell to answer questions and concerns and she accommodates every dog's need on a case by case basis. We had a very sick german shepherd who needed medicated food, daily meds and daily subcutaneous fluids. Maria sat with me for at least 45 mins to go over every detail of her care and then sent us daily updates on her status during our trip. Our dog didn't necessarily like being somewhere strange as she was very very shy but we knew she was in good hands here. Our new puppy is now fully vaccinated and we can't wait to have him come and socialize at Waggle brothers :)
Jonathan has been our go-to dog sitter for over 5 years now. I couldn't imagine anyone else ever taking care of our two little fur babies. He loves what he does and it shows in the level of service that him and his team provide; they get a lot of love and he stays in touch daily and sends photos/videos via text or email to let us know that they're enjoying their stay with him and that means the world to us. We always feel at ease going out of town knowing we have Jonathan doing such a great job taking care of our cat. He sends photos of each visit which is nice to confirm your pet is comfortable. He also is great about taking care of not just the litter box, but also watering the plants and keeping the house nice for when we return. We don't need to ever worry about leaving town knowing the cat is in good hands is a great feeling.
I never post reviews but I had to come here to say Four paws is hands down the best service there is. My cat is very shy and usually hides from strangers but he took to Jonathan immediately. Jonathan's animal loving heart shines through the moment you meet him. He is very professional as well but makes you feel like you've known each other for years at the same time. Apparently this is the part I'm supposed give a slight negative but there really aren't any negatives with this service. Highly highly recommend this company.
Best pet care service in Miami! The moment you meet Jonathan you can tell he truly loves animals.My Dachshund is nervous around most people but she loves Jonathan. Not only does he walk her, but he also trains her to not pull and do other commands. I feel at ease when I'm working knowing that Bella is in good hands. He is also great at sending you pictures and videos of the walks. So glad to have found him!

It's never easy trusting your household and specially your children (dogs)! I never really hesistated contacting Jonathan since he was very well recommended by 2 trusted people... I was very happy that he exceeded my expectations! Not only was he able to acommodate me on a short notice since I was travelling out of the country, he also sent me a video or picture of every walk!!! My doberman emmediately fell in love with him!!! The dog walkers/pet sitters of Four Paws are incredibly professional and have a great ability of bonding with my dog Marley. They keep you posted with videos and pictures, so you have a great sense of relief that you're four legged buddy is well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

Florencia truly loves dogs and the animals in general...she takes such a great care of them - at her own house - so I am never worried if my dog is sad or lonely. All the dogs adore her, owners too. So happy that I used The Dog House for my Bentley. He is a very active boy and I know that he appreciated the large outdoor play area and socializing with other dogs. I'll definitely be back.
This was our family’s first time boarding our German Shepherd and I must say we were very happy with Florencia and all her services. Most places make boarding super complicated and expensive, she made everything simple and had reasonable prices. I feel comfortable leaving our pets with her in the future, she's very trustworthy and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. HIGHLY recommended.
Great Service! Florencia is a friendly and professional person. She treats the dogs like a family. I've tried her services many times. She is good in grooming and she is able to meet your needs for example hours that sometimes it's hard with other big grooming companies. She is always a courteous person and able to manage more dogs at the same time. I tried also boarding with her and my dog had a lot of fun there with her and other dogs. What I like most is that this boarding is what I was looking for, is a house where pets feel like they are at their house. Other places around Miami are like zoos where dogs are treated as a number end they spend a lot of time in the cage. Here, with Florencia, pets are free and safe at the same time.
Let me start by telling you that the best part of my 2 week’s vacation, was coming back home to pick up 2 happy dogs. It was a truly peace of mind knowing that my babies where safe, they enjoyed their time so much, they played and socialize and had so much fun, We did took advantage of the full spa service and boy the looked and smelled so good after their bath. Conclusion l: we picked 2 happy and very clean pups. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my babies.

I have 2 bengal cats, and honestly I’m so happy that i have found waggy tail to care for them when i go out of town. The waggy tail team is amazing. They are animal lovers. I love the app they use, you can log in and see all your scheduled visits, they also write a short summary and take pictures of their visits everyday. Michelle is a dedicated business woman who runs a top notch operation. Her crew looked after my two dogs 24/7 for three weeks without missing a beat. Her workers are delightful, polite, on time, and helpful... can't say enough good things... I came across her in 2016 on the Sunset Islands and have used her since.

Waggy Tail has been taking care of my cats when I travel for a long time now, they provide excellent, prompt service, and send you lovely updates with photos of your pets and a checklist of the tasks that have been taken care of. I always come home to happy cats, and their service allows me to travel without worrying about my pets.
I was nervous to leave my cat alone for the first time and wasn’t sure how to start with finding a cat sitting service - I am so grateful that I came across Waggy Tail! I truly felt like the sitters treated my pet as their own. I got the impression that they do this work because they love and are passionate about animals, and that it is not just a job. After each visit, I received a report with several photos and I have never seen my cat this happy or comfortable with new people! The process for booking and coordinating was also very smooth as they use an app where you can schedule services, pay bills, and communicate with quick responses. I am so happy that I found Waggy Tail and will no longer feel nervous about traveling knowing that they are taking such good care of my pet.
I've been using Waggy Tail for over a year for walking and boarding. I originally wanted a service to walk my older dog while I was at work, (since he looooves walks) and for overnights, because I travel for work. He loves all of the Waggy Tail walkers and is so relaxed and happy when I get home! They are also great with my new puppy, even cleaning out her crate when needed! I know there are lots of options in the MB area, but I'm really happy I chose Waggy Tail. They genuinely seem to care about my pets, the walkers are all super friendly, and their interface is easy to use. Plus, they send you a cute report card with photos and notes to let you know how your pet did on the visit!
My Scarlet had the best time with Lee and SouthBeach Pets! Lee kept me informed with great photos and text messages! They literally took care of my fur baby like she was one of their own. This is not a SERVICE, but a BLESSING!
Nobe dog boarding is fantastic! They love and care for my fur babies as if they were their own. Lee and Amit are wonderful. They have been boarding them whenever we travel for over a year and a half, and they walk them daily during the week while we are working. They’re punctual, conscientious and trustworthy. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to take care of my fur babies, and they can be a little rowdy. Lee’s calm demeanor sets the tone and their behavior and socialization has improved. I almost don't want to leave a review because my pup (Nala) and I want to keep to coming back to Lee and don't want him to be booked. However, I can't not leave a review. I found my pup 7weeks prior to Lee taking care of her. Knowing she's in a good, safe, loving home while I travel is seriously the best feeling ever. Nala was not only well taken care of but loved -- Nothing better than that.

We moved from nyc last year and had no idea who would groom our dog, Gustav. I asked around, but he’s extremely large (110lbs) and was always put on a waitlist. I finally got an appointment on Lincoln rd and it was HORRIBLE. We already knew Valentina from the neighborhood and Gustav loves her, maybe more than me. I begged her fit him in and we’ve never looked back. I drop him off in the morning and he has the BEST day at her house, playing with all the other dogs and getting groomed. It’s always a full day because of his size, but she never complains and drops him off in the evening. She’s honestly the best in Miami. She also boards dogs, which I haven’t done, but she’d be the only person I’d leave gustav with!!
Valentina is awesome. We trust her with our dog when we are away. You can tell how much she loves dogs and how much the dogs love her. I feel at ease knowing that our dog is with her. Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin?! Valentina has been helping my dogs since they were a couple months old. She is simply the best in Miami. She boards them, grooms them, and helps train them to be better dogs. She can seriously do it all!! She’s always available to text or call. She seriously cares about your pets like they’re her own, which is why I will always only have Valentina watch them!!! I love going on vacation knowing my boys are taken care of. She updates you all the time on their wellbeing! We just love her. I would recommend her 1000000x over! :)
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Like many, I rescued my pup during the pandemic. When I returned to the office, I was so overwhelmed about what to do with my dog on those extra long days and thankfully found Valentina's company!! Valentina and Giorgia took the time to come meet my dog and answer any/every question I had. Giorgia walks my pup and is AMAZING with her! Even with pouring rain, I can count on her. My pup isn't always the easiest, especially when you first meet her and can pull your arm off sometimes when walking, but Giorgia is just the best walking her. She also sends me an update on how the walk went with pictures and videos. Helps so much!! Highly HIGHLY recommend :) And you can see some of the pictures I received from Giorgia during my pup’s walks :)

Valentina is EXCEPTIONAL! She took care of my parents difficult & spoiled English bulldog with kindness, thorough attention, and patience over a long weekend. Valentina has known theo since he was a puppy over 6 years ago. Theo loves and respects Valentina. When we travel, Theo stays with Valentina and we know he is in good hands. Valentina is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. We can call her anytime and she always has the answer to help with Theo. Every time I travel for long periods of time South Florida Pet Sitters is my number one choice for boarding and sitting. I have peace of mind that both my dogs and cat are loved and well taken care of. Every time Lucky and Guiness see them they greet them so excited and even forget I'm around. Seeing how happy they are to see them makes me so happy too. I highly recommend them!
So I moved to Miami March of 22’ and was looking for a dog friendly property for my two dogs and it was extremely difficult after 8 months I was able to find a place and South Fl took care of my babies the entire time. I highly recommend their services. My fur babies had only ever stayed with close family members outside of me and 1 sitter I found on rover that didn’t go well. It was important to me that they weren’t locked in cages all day and had a similar schedule to what I provided at home and South Fl did just that I am beyond grateful for the care and stay they provided for my babies.
Kern and his team did an excellent job caring for my dog long term (7+ days) He made sure she felt welcome and cared for so she was able to continue to be her expressive, happy self. He was also patient and disciplined with her as I would be to make sure she stayed on her schedule and within her boundaries. Kern is great to communicate with, coordinate with, and have take care of your fur baby.!!!!!
Have been using this group for boarding for a couple of years now. This team is amazing. They are organized and prompt. I know I can rely on them to take care of my bulldog and Great Dane. Also, my dogs are always excited when they show up which is kind of weird, but makes me glad as well, since it’s obvious they like Kearn and have a good time. Would recommended to anyone looking for a great place to board their dogs. Usually dogs have their own rooms and areas which is great for my dogs as they come as a pair and my bulldog has some breathing issues. The rates are clear and reliable and no hidden fees or scary unexpected bills. Thanks for all you do! We are glad to have found such a great team!
My shih tzu Polo goes to daycare twice a week and he is ALWAYS way too excited when Isiah comes to pick him up. They are super friendly, great to communicate and coordinate with, you can really tell the dogs are loved and pampered while they are there. The daily pictures and videos are a great plus!! It feels like a personalized service, not like you are dropping your dog off with 50 other dogs and hoping it goes well like in other places. Would 1000% recommend this place to everyone who wants their dog to be loved and taken care of.
We left our pup with the South Florida Pet Sitter team for 3 days. We were nervous at first because we have never been separated. They sent us multiple pictures of our pup while we were away and she was having such an amazing time! We will definitely bring her back next time we leave town. They are trustworthy, quick to respond, and it’s obvious how much they care!!! 10/10 highly recommended!
I was stressing when my last pet sitter moved away but luckily I found South Florida Pet Sitter to watch my 2 pups! I don’t trust my dogs with just anyone and Kern and Isaiah have both been amazing with them. It gives me such peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands and being well taken care of, plus I love that they send me updates and pictures while they are there.
My dog Apollo loves coming to day care and staying over night. Literally pulls me to the door when I get there! And he always comes home a happy healthy dog. I like that they have their own rooms to sleep, not cages, and can play in the backyard. We live in an apartment so he needs that outdoor play. Highly recommend!
I've entrusted my rescue lab Murrow to the South Florida Sitter team for years now. My dog is special needs & can be kind of a handful, but these folks are pros! Murrow is so happy when he sees them and when he comes home. They provide a loving active space & have vast knowledge of caring for all kinds of dogs. They respond to me when I have questions regarding health & behavior even if they're not sitting for Murrow at that time. They are punctual, fair & always on point. I highly recommend these guys!
Kern and Isiah was fantastic with our elderly American bulldog. She’s both easy and difficult, as she needs to be rolled around in a wagon most of the time. They were patient and gracious with her, even with her uncharacteristic accident in his house. And we feel like we got a professional photographer with the start, with how beautiful his daily pictures were.
