Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. This was my first Vacation with my Dog Buster, First time leaving him with a professional day care service. The experience was phenomenal. Highly recommended. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. Thank you so much Grammy and grandpa for taking awesome care of Nico !!!

We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

Universal Dog Care took amazing care of our dog while we were on vacation. They sent us multiple photos a day, showing us all the fun he had with new friends playing inside and outside. I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.

Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. They were quick to respond to messages and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone who has a small dog who needs care in Orlando to use Whiskers and Paws!

One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷

Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.

Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!

5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. Highly recommend, and we will be planning another visit to Whisker and Paws soon! Thank you guys for everything!

My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!

Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!

Ben and Reta are exactly who should be watching your fur babies. They love animals and are very thoughtful to our expectations of a caregiver. They listed to and honored our parameters. Since everyone has different framework for their pets, we really appreciate this. We got tons of pics and videos of our active puppies. They treated them so well we were worried they wouldn’t want to leave. We can’t say enough about these sitters that feel like fam. ❤️

Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Ben made our vacation by showing our pups love and taking great care of them. He sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pups during our vacation. Our pups love Ben and Rita! Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!

My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ben and Rita have cared for my pup for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care they provide for her. We’ve done both daycare and boarding due to travel. The attention is excellent and their services are outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional and take good care of our pet. We took our dear Olivia for a bath and to get her claws trimmed. She gets shy at first but then has an awesome time with the other doggies at the center. 🐾 Happy places make happy dogs! 🐶

If i could put 0 stars i would but, since they took my boy in last minute for christmas i guess they get one star. i dropped my boy off at a healthy 80lbs and he comes back with his ribs showing, noticeably smaller and immediately gorging down a bowl of food (he has never done this, he is a slow eater.) i only received back a few cups of food when he was sent with 8 cups a day and it seems as though he ate none of it. Pictures of my boy before and after. My boyfriend also told me when picking him up it reeks of urine in the building.

Amazing service. We dropped him off for daycare and picked him up with no issues. Staff is very friendly. Our dog did not get sick, when we have taken him to other doggy daycares he gets sick the following day. I absolutely love this place. 💗 🐶 thank you guys! …

Incredible, honestly. I made last minute plans for daycare for my service dog. He came back tired, happy, and thanks to a reasonably priced bath: clean. He was howling in every picture they posted so clearly he enjoyed himself. A literal vacation lifesaver and treated us like regulars. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I were traveling from out of town to go to Universal theme parks in Orlando when we learned that our puppy has some pretty bad separation anxiety and would not be able to stay in our hotel room unattended. Hounds Town was a huge life saver! They were able to schedule the puppy's evaluation for the very next day and we were able to leave him there after the eval. They took wonderful care of our boy and we are so thankful we found them. We are coming back in December and are looking forward to bringing him there again during our stay. I would highly recommend!

I have loved my experience bringing my dog, Zack, to daycare at Hounds Town! He comes home happy and tired. What keeps me coming back is the photos they post of the dogs having a blast at daycare! I love seeing that he’s happy and playing with his little friends.

There is so much I want to say I don’t know where to begin. Hounds town is an amazing place to leave your pet. This was our first time traveling with our pet and we didn’t want to leave him alone in the hotel while we went to the parks. I searched for doggy day cares in the area and hounds town listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered every one of my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and when I brought my dog in they treated him with so much care it was great! We will definitely be leaving our dog at Hounds Town again!! Thank you

We found this place on Friday. We had never heard of them and apparently they just opened 5 months ago. The staff were very nice and helpful as we filled out all the paperwork. They then tested our dogs with one of the dogs there and apparently they passed. We dropped them off. We called on Saturday and checked on them and then picked them up on Sunday. The dogs were happy. I took my dog out to pee and he went right back in with me with no hesitation. The dogs were happy but exhausted. They slept a lot the next 24 hours. We will be back to Hound town.

We took our very active puppy here once and he immediately loved it! He always loves visiting his friends at Hounds Town, and they always welcome him bright and early in the morning! I love being able to see photos of his day at Hounds Town, while I’m at work, and seeing how happy he is there! I highly recommend bringing any level of activity dog to Hounds Town! Can’t leave your dog at home alone all day while you’re at work? Hounds Town’s got you covered! They will make you and yours happy!!

Just want to say how incredible this place is, my dogs Mac & Miller will complete their month long stay on 10/1/22 and we have had nothing short of an incredible experience. The foster who was caring for my 2 pups abandoned them at the shelter without my knowledge, I was incredibly distraught not knowing what to do (we are in a temp living situation & couldn't have them) - I inquired here and they got them in QUICK! They are wonderful people and a beautiful facility! We finally get them back and move into our new home next week!!! I just love how active they are with posting pictures/videos every day, and the email communication is also top tier! I HIGHLY recommend them & will be utilizing this facility in the future 10000%!!!!

I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. Once, while I was away, Ruby developed a UTI, and they worked with my vet to get her diagnosed, medicated, and cared for until I could return. Their communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which made a world of difference. I’m so grateful I found V.I.Pet Resort. I highly recommend them—10/10!

We are Miami natives and took our baby snow here while we were at universal which is 10 minutes away and they were absolutely amazing! They sent lots of pics and vids, were very kind with her & us, groomed her nicely, gave us the sweetest report card etc. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the parks again! I have been bringing my dog Mookie to VIP for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have brought my dog to a few different boarding places over the years and they are by far the best, you can tell they truly care about the pets! Every time we walk in they greet Mookie by name, it’s such a nice personal touch. My favorite part is the pictures/updates they send!!

Our corgi had a blast at daycare and boarding! The staff was incredible! We got photo updates and notes on her behavior. It helped reduce our stress about leaving our dog while we went to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a friendly dog!

Our kids love coming here any time we are in Orlando. This Thanksgiving we made a point to come to Orlando for their 8th Birthday's Brother & Sister. Best daycare ever. Picture of them passed out in bed, after a full day of Vipet Resort Fun! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care our babies. They will be back tomorrow morning. Only place we will leave our kids.

The employees at VIPet Resort take excellent care for my fur baby. As a rescue dog, he was shy and aggressive in the first few weeks after adopting him. But now he loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with them which often makes for some good photos of him having a great time at daycare.

My Maltipoo pup Piper is a regular when we travel to Orlando. The staff is amazing! ⭐️ Kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to making sure it’s a great experience for your pet and parents. Plus the facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Play areas have plenty of room and experiences for them to have fun. I love the Champions Club for smaller breeds, Piper made some great furry friends there. Five Stars, yes!!!!

We had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly as well. My two cats, Noll and Mango, stayed here for the day in their own closed in space, which was just the service we needed while repairs were happening in the house. Thanks!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!

We have been taking our dog here since he was of legal age and vaccination to attend. It’s been over 2 years now and it’s his home away from home. The staff treat him like their own and he’s always so excited to walk in. They love him as much as he loves them and I can’t ask for more from a daycare facility. Excellent place to consider for your dog!

Love this place! The first time I used them for boarding, it was great. The second time I used them for boarding they did forget that my girls were supposed to be in the dog park that I paid extra for. We realized this after not seeing the girls show up on the outdoor play cameras all day. When it was addressed, they made it right by taking care of us for an additional day of dog park play for the girls. I still returned and used them again and would highly recommend their services. Their staff is very friendly and truly care and love the dogs. The facility is very clean and spacious and my girls always have a great time.

We love Pet Paradise! We travel to our Villa every few months and love to bring our dog to Pet Paradise while we go to the parks or run errands. Our dog comes home perfectly exhausted from his day at camp. We only wish you were open later in the case we wanted to stay at the parks later. Otherwise, absolutely awesome and would highly recommend.

My wife and I live in south Florida and travel to Disney World often as we have annual passes. We have used Rover in the past as we wanted our dogs to be able to stay in the comfort of their own home. Though we felt bad as they learned to know when we would be leaving for our mini vacations as we would grab our suit cases and our dogs would get visibly upset. So we decided to take them with us on our last trip to Disney and have them stay at Pet Paradise. We can not say enough about how good this dog resort is. My wife and I love that they have live cameras that we can check in on them from time to time and see them playing in the court yards or indoor play areas. Our dogs were exhausted when we came to pick them up. From playing so much. The staff there were amazing in their care for pets. We will continue to bring our dogs here in the future when we do our trips to Disney World.

We were vacationing in Orlando and planning to go to Volcano Bay the next day. Last min we thought of a boarding place for our two mini Australian shepherds. Around 7am the next day I called some places and they were either unresponsive or way to pricey. I found Pet Paradise and first thing I did was read the reviews, and they helped me make my decisions, so I would love to do that for someone else. I called them and let them know I had two mini Aussie that were both not neutered. She told me that wasn’t a problem at all. I made an appointment through their app which was really easy to do. And just had to email them my dog medical records. And just like that I was having so much fun in Volcano Bay and not worrying about my dog in a hotel room. I got pictures sent to me of my dogs and watched them playing with the staff on the live camera they had. Overall my dogs had an amazing time and I did not have to worry about them. Since it was their first time, it was free for them which was amazing. We just paid $10 for pictures of our dogs while they were there. We definitely recommend Pet Paradise!

Awesome Experience!! We boarded our golden doodle Duffy for 9 days at Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista. This was his first time going to a pet hotel. I did a lot of research back-and-forth touring different boarding places. I’m so happy that I chose Pet Paradise at Lake Buena Vista! For the very beginning, touring the facility and drop off everything was seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and tentative to Duffy’s needs! A shout out to V who gave Duffy lots of love ! April also did also an amazing job with Duffy’s grooming.. Super clean, beautiful new facility, tentative staff. Highly recommend! Thank you 👍

I brought my dog for the first time, and I was watching on the cameras how they were trying to socialize him and they were very careful. He failed at this time. However, I might look into the training that you also offer. Kyle, The manager was very very nice and even though I had a free day I still tipped them $40. for my appreciation

The staff is incredibly patient and flexible. Our dogs are very skittish and hesitant when it comes to new people and environments, and even though one of our dogs showed some resistance at first they still allowed them another opportunity and they eventually settled in and had a blast.

The staff was very nice and the facility was very clean! They will give you a tour if you ask. They have online cameras you can watch your dog play at day camp. You don't need a login (as of now), so you could go on their website and see how they interact with and watch your animals. Day camp also has different tiers. Dolores goes occasionally. She enjoys the pool in the morning with the other k9s and a hybrid indoor outdoor place. Play all day and a place out of the sun to rest when she is done. The staff seem attentive, and it seems like a good environment. The first time she went to camp, she had so much fun running on the turf that she got blisters on her paws. They put some stuff on her paws and monitored it the next time, and she has been fine since. They also have different classes of pet hotel stays. Only the top level one has a camera to check in on your pup. It's generally sort of expensive, but Dolores loves it (So, does my wife. It is sort of cute). Dolores is always so tired from playing all day!

Took my dog here on our trip to orlando. Advertised great things, however didn't receive any of those amenities. Never was able to see my dog on the camera. Called multiple times to see what was going on and was left on hold for minutes or didnt get an answer at all. Had to end up going up there to check on my dog, and they said he was getting only 2 hours of outside time a day, even though he was staying for 4 days and 4 nights. When I picked him up, I informed them that I still never seen him on the camera, and the very nice worker told me he only went outside 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the afternoon. They left him boarded and caged up for the rest of the day I assume. They advertised plenty of play time that my dog didn’t receive. He also came back smelling like pee, and with dried up boo-boo stuck to his bottom.

I want to start off saying my experience with 2-3 other pet paradise locations (two in Jax and one in Orlando) has sadly not been good. Honestly I think I had a string of bad luck with the locations before. Every time I would pick up my dog he would have either a cough, some kind of eye funk, & once - giardia. This would all set in 24-48 hours after leaving pet paradise, which in turn meant a vet visit. Therefore costing a pretty penny and poor Teddy not feeling his best. My luck changed for the better with this location! I kept wanting to try a second location in Orlando on one of my next trips down there. I did a little research to find one I thought might fit, and this was it! I had Teddy stay not one, but two days in a row for day camp and he came back with zero reason to go to the vet once back in Jax! I really love that you can tune into the live doggy cams and try and spot your pet throughout the day while they are in camp - what a nice feature! I was given a tour of the location on my first visit (eventhough they happened to be short staffed that day and it took awhile to be shown around) the friendly staff was so patient to every customer! I didn’t feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. They even had free treats at the counter, And Teddys first time coming to this pet paradise was free! We loved our experience so much the first day we opted for a second day. This location in Orlando is so professional and caring; I’m happy to come back anytime and let my pet stay here.

Michelle and her team at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care were a lifesaver for us and our 2.5-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Otter. We were at our wit’s end when we found Michelle, as Otter had begun displaying aggressive behavior, severely biting us without warning. We had already spent thousands of dollars on numerous vet visits, including a GI specialist and a veterinary behaviorist who prescribed a variety of anxiety and sedative medications. We even tried working with a fear-free trainer, but nothing seemed to help. It was heartbreaking to see Otter so unhappy, and we felt completely lost. Michelle was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her, we felt heard and understood. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, cried with us, and showed us and Otter the utmost respect. Michelle’s compassion and expertise were evident from the start. We were literally a day away from the heartbreaking decision of behavioral euthanasia (this was tearing us up but we were under the impression it was the only option), as Otter was so fearful that he wouldn’t even be in the same room with me without growling, barking, and charging. It felt like my best friend had suddenly turned against me, and we didn’t know why. Nothing had happened that would justify his behavior. Michelle helped us discover that Otter had numerous food allergies, which were likely causing him immense discomfort and triggering his aggressive behavior. With her guidance, we were able to wean Otter off his anxiety medications and sedatives, experiment with different diets, and introduce CBD oil and probiotics. The transformation was incredible. Otter graduated from a board and train program with Michelle at Pluto’s Pals, while we attended her first weekly dog psychology class to better understand how to communicate with Otter in a way that is natural for dogs. Despite our initial apprehension, given the amount of money we had already spent on various treatments and trainers, we are endlessly grateful that we took a chance on Michelle and that she took a chance on us. She truly helped us rebuild our relationship with Otter. Otter has come such a long way. He’s no longer fearful and aggressive; he’s the smart, sweet, and feisty dog we always knew him to be before his aggression started. He even allows us to groom him again, something that had become a huge issue due to his discomfort. We cannot thank Michelle enough for her patience, understanding, and dedication. She has given us back our best friend, and for that, we will be forever grateful. Mr Giggles LOVES Michelle and his pack at Plutos Pals! I wish I would have called a year earlier because it was what I was looking for all along. He gets training, gets to play outside in the spacious area where he can run, play in the water feauture(which he loves), play with his pack, so he has a balanced, structured day. I was hesitant in the beginning due to the days, hours, and all-size dogs together, but I made the adjustment because he is happy, learning, and she is a trained handler with dog pyscholgy experience. He has never been excited about daycare, but I love the fact that he beats me to the door. And he asks Michelle for cuddles and gets them while he is there which makes me so happy. I've also learned a lot from Michele and grown as a dog owner which has improved our relationship because I understand dogs more now.

My dog Maggie was almost 9 months old when I got her from a rescue. She was wild and wiggly and had no understanding of any commands. But I figured as she matured she’d settle down and I would have a handle on her. After 3 months passed I realized Maggie needed more than I could provide her when it came to helping her reach her full potential. At home she was fairly calm but if I had visitors or took her out in public things would quickly escalate. She is a social butterfly, not aggressive but hyper. She approached everyone with an enthusiastic jump nearly knocking them down. She had rude social behavior with both people and other dogs. Walking her on a leash was difficult as she pulled hard in every direction. With her constantly jumping on people, tugging at their clothes, biting them for attention and ignoring my commands I was at a loss as to how to stop her awful behavior. I became mentally & physically stressed always trying to control my dog and living a life of chaos. But then, I met Michelle and EVERYTHING changed! I enrolled Maggie in the 3-week boot camp at Pluto’s Pals and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dog! From my first conversation with Michelle I knew she is genuinely invested in every dog she works with. She took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain her approaches. Not only does Michelle have extensive quality training but she has a true understanding of the reasons behind a dog’s behavior. She holds the keys to changing that behavior and bringing out the very best in a dog. Not only did Maggie emerge as a shining star after training but we as dog owners benefited as well. When I say Michelle is one in a million, I mean it. She will always put your dog first and educate you on how to enhance your pup for a better future. Bono adores going to Pluto’s and I LOVE when he returns as he is normally bouncing off the walls, but instead returns home to me well mannered and sleeps for a day! You’ll see the confidence in your dog soar and learn instinctive skills our modern lifestyle inhibits. I board and daycare Bono without hesitation, knowing he is able to socialise all day unlike other boarding facilities that isolated until a 30 minute play time is due. From zooming in the yard, stomping his paws on pack walks to splashing in the pool and cooling off in the house on the tile or sofa. They are monitored 24/7 and have freedom to roam, socialise or crate themselves for alone time whenever they want. (Plus Michelle monitors when a nap is needed for Bono as he would play all day!) It’s the closest if not better than home as he gets to snuggle with all his pack pals. Seeing Bono be a confident, sociable pup around balanced and beautifully mannered pack members is a feeling I don’t tire from. Nothing but an amazing experience so far with Pluto’s Pals! When moving to the Orlando area we were recommended to check out Pluto’s Pals by our dog trainer, and spoke with Michelle on how to get the dogs to become part of the pack! We have done both pack days and overnight boarding, & we normally do just 1 pack day a week for the two pups. Everything is extremely organized and a lot of care and thought is put into everything. From making sure the dogs are all healthy and vaccinated, to getting them adjusted to all the dogs in the pack! My dogs are big barkers (dachshunds are very loud hahah) but they were also dealing with insecurity and nervousness. Just bringing them once a week into a calm and structured environment and introducing them to new dogs has improved both of their behaviors tremendously! They can walk with and near other dogs and strangers without reacting, they are much more polite with strangers, and their confidence has skyrocketed. Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. Our greyhound, Dana, has attended Boot Camp and is a regular pack day participant. Before her training began, she was the most fearful dog we have ever seen and rescued. Michelle took her under her wing and sent her back a different dog. She is now very outgoing and much less afraid of noises and people. Thank you Michelle for hosting my sweet girl, Sophie for 3 days! I would give 10 starts, but Google won't let me. This pet company is amazing, I don't have enough compliments in my vocabulary to say about Amanda and Savanna. I was 2.400 miles away and this was the first time I had my dogs alone in many years. My plane got delayed for 7 hours and Savannah immediately answered my call and found a solution. Amanda was so caring and took care of my doggies, and I think they miss her. Everything was perfect, punctuality, feeding, updates, the pups spent time outside, they were so happy. My small Yorkie is old, but she did so well in Amanda's care. My boy had a soft tear on his leg, and Amanda kept me informed about his issue. He is doing so well now, probably wondering where is the very nice lady who gave him the best belly rubs. I am beyond grateful that the best pet service company helped me when I needed someone to watch my sweet dogs.

I think my cats LOVE Nora and Hannah with The Saavy Sitter more than they love me…lol. They play with cats, take great care, follow all the crazy instructions, and most importantly love on my two fur babies when I travel. I am so grateful for their care and service. As our dog, Blue has gotten older, going away has become something of a challenge. After he came back traumatized from a place we had boarded him many times before, we decided he might be in need of a different kind of care the next time. With their help, we were able to leave Blue for a 4 day trip in surroundings he was familiar and comfortable with. He got the personal attention and walks he needed. We got daily updates with photos and piece of mind. That helped us to be able to enjoy our trip and we came back to the same happy doggo we left. No anxiety. Just a wagging tail. We have used Savvy Sitter several times since last year to take care of our kitties. Savanna has done an excellent job watching over everything during our trips. There are several options available through the Savvy Sitter. Savanna obviously cares and is very knowledgeable about each type of pet. After each visit she sends notes and checklists from the visit. She also sends pictures of the pets too. We feel very happy and confident about having our pets in her care while we are gone!! We definitely recommend Savvy Sitter!

Savanna is brilliant and I can highly recommend her and The Savvy Sitter. She coped with 3 Ragdolls, 2 Ragamuffins and an adolescent Cavalier King Charles who had all just arrived from the UK ,had jet lag and the grumpies - until they met Savanna who charmed them and looked after them brilliantly. Finley - my 18 month old cavvie now thinks of Savanna as his second Mommy and loves her to pieces.

We've been taking our pets to Best Friends for a while now because the "dog friendly" hotels at Disney are no where close to as good for pets as the ones at Universal (to be fair, Disney made their hotels dog friendly after the fact whereas Universal built their hotels with the pets in mind.) Bacini has stayed in each level of the suites. We like the fact that the suites come with cameras so that we can check on him day or night and get that peace of mind. We also like that we can come by at any time (day or night) to take him outside for a walk and to spend time with him. On our most recent stay we also bought the "bed time story" upgrade, and as you can see from the photos, he was a big fan! Nothing but praise for the staff at Best Friends.

The entire process from booking the reservation to pick up was seamless. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My puppy was well cared for and happy. They kept me informed as well. Biscuit was groomed. Elana was patient and cautious with Biscuit as she was a very nervous puppy. She looks great and is happy.

Molly stayed for 5 nights and played with friends, both canine and staff. She was treated wonderfully! We came twice during our Disney stay to see her and play with her. Prior to departure, she had a bath and looked wonderful when we picked her up. Some of the staff caring for her were Niles, Doreen, Rachel and Rachel S. The facilities are amazing and the staff is great! Highly recommend!! Thank you all for a great experience!!

Great set up! Nice to have someplace to leave the dogs while we visited Universal and Disney parks. The dogs were well taken care of and we not nervous or anxious when we took them the following day. Good hours and great prices!! Will definitely be using them in the future!

I have to give an honest opinion of this place. I took my boy Rottweiler there, he is a year and 6 months old and is not neutered yet due to a heart condition. They met him and things went good until we put him in the room. He was in a room that had dogs that were really loud and not happy sounding. He was left there and we were called to be told that they couldn't get in the room to walk him and do play time. This was his 1st time being away from us and his 1st time in any sort of kennel, which we explained to them in great detail. We go back and find that they now say he is aggressive for jumping when they come to the door. He goes back the next day, has a female and a larger room in a quieter section. He did great that time, no issues at all. Next day back into the loud villa side and he was a nervous wreck. More "aggressive" bs. Next day, back in the other side and did great. This place says they deal with dogs and even train them. No thank you. I feel like it is a place that takes the dogs in and they don't give enough attention, they sure as he'll don't listen to basic info and they are not as wonderful as they look. We will not be going back. Today I took this "agressive" dog to the beach in St. Pete and he met lots of people and had a blast. As we drove closer to the exit where this place is, he started shaking. The people are nice enough, but I don't feel like they put real time into the animals. For 140/150 a day, it was more than my hotel room and was only for 6 hours a day. Not worth the cost and animal distress it caused.

Eli had the BEST time! The staff took great care, from the time I checked him in- making sure his dietary schedule and toys were logged accurately- until I picked him up, and they said that everyone loved him. His report cards from Stay & Play were adorable and I learned that he actually *does* enjoy playing on playtime furniture (the jungle gym)! I had no reservations about keeping him there while I was at Disney because my sister had taken her dog many times. But it was when I picked him up and saw how much the other dogs coming in for daycare were *so excited* to join their friends and see their day camp counselors that clinched the deal. Whenever Eli comes with me to Disney, I will happily bring him to Best Friends for his own magical adventures!

My wife and I cannot say enough amazing things about Bee and Hannah and the love they have for our boys Gino and Enzo. They always greet them with happiness and a smile and the boys love it when they are there to take them back to camp. We have had our boys for over a year attending Best Friends and without a doubt, it has been the greatest experience and it’s because Bee and Hannah go above and beyond. The last thing I will say is that each Monday and Friday we take the boys to camp we tell them they are going to school and Bee and Hannah are waiting and they lose it and jump in the car to go so we know they have the best care they possibly can and our special thanks to both of them for loving what they do, their excitement in seeing them and for being the boys’ Best Friends!

I literally could not recommend the Best Friends Pet Hotel more! Every single day my two dogs were there were beyond perfect. They are incredibly excited to be there and they are just as happy to see me when I come to pick them up. As far as a doggy day care goes, this place is tops. It's also opened before and after every park so you can plan accordingly to have a blast in Disney at the same time your pets are!

Took great care of my Mya. I was very hesitant leaving my girl as I’ve never used a boarding care place before but they took great care of her! They obviously love our pets as much as we do!. We will be back!

This was a life saver. Last minute trip to Sea world and found out about the pet care center. Very easy process, low cost. the kennel was clean, staff very friendly and I was able to bring whatever was needed to make my pup comfortable. Note: call ahead of checking on your pet and checking out to give staff member time to meet you there.

Baxter stayed at Paws and Play during Christmas time. He is shy and had back surgery two years ago. Therefore, he has to be careful when not at home. Baxter loved being there. They held him, gave him lots of loving and played with Baxter. They groomed him before picking him up, per my request. It was so nice to pick up a clean and happy dog. So happy we choose Paws and Play when boarding our baby Bella who is only 4.5 pounds. Although I was Leary at first, we were so comfortable and happy after her first stay . They treated her like a little Princess and took the time to give her love and affection like we do at home . I definitely recommend this place the the girls are all young and have lots of energy to do what they have to in order for our babies to be cared for while we are away . Thank you

Our Nakita loves to go to puppy daycare! They have reminded us in past and included Nakita for special parties so she doesn't miss out! She now only goes once a week. We just booked our first boarding stay and for some reason I didn't receive an email for prepayment on boarding. I received a text a few days later for a reminder of this task- I was so thankful! Destiny made sure to resend this and we didn't lose our boarding days. Thanks Destiny and team for making sure Nakita is always loved there! We know she is a hyper girl and she can be a handful! Paws and Play Ocoee, FL is the best over night stays and/or stay for the day to play for our dogs. Our pups have been attending Paws and Play for almost 6 years. They truly care about our dogs and their individual needs. Our pups know as soon as we pull in the “barking” lot (let the fun begin). They pull us to front door and come home exhausted. The facility is clean and inviting. Grooming is fabulous. Destiny is super knowledgeable with training, nutrition and overall pet care. 5 stars!!!

Staff always treats our little fur baby like part of their family. We love that he’s so happy and well taken care of. The groomers do a wonderful job pampering him before he comes home.

I have been taking my fur baby to the resort for over a year now for daycare and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Benny gets excited to go play as soon as we get in the parking lot. I know when I leave my little guy he is living his best life playing with all his friends! I’ve never been very trusting leaving my dog anywhere as I have had a past issue with him getting loose for almost 5 hours!! I recently moved to Florida and quickly found Paws & Play and immediately felt like my baby was in good hands. The constant pictures being sent while I’m away, the way he comes home so happy and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot warms my heart and makes me feel so comfortable. I’ll never take my boy anywhere else!!!! If you want your babies to have the best time and love as if they were the staffs personal dogs, I highly recommend them!!!

So far we have had no issues. We actually have been bringing our dogs to a different place down the street but they always have something go wrong and our dogs either eat the wrong food or skip meals after we brought enough for their entire stay. Paws & Play is very welcoming and they really show us that they love our pups. Our dogs show excitement when we walk in and they are not always excited to leave.
