Michael is most definitely a Dog Whisperer! I have two puppies under one and that are very strong and opinionated. From the first time the puppies met Michael they could tell he was a good person they could trust. Since Michael has been walking them (and training the humans) everything has changed for the better…the puppies are easier to walk and everyone is much calmer! I had another “trainer” but nothing changed. Dogs know instinctively if a person is good and Michael and all he provides your animals is outstanding!

Michael did an exceptional job taking care of our two dogs over a long weekend. He was able to establish a good rapport with them and really put them at ease. It made our time away much more enjoyable knowing our dogs were in such capable hands.

Michael has been a Godsend. We are so grateful for him and he has quite a load here with 3 dogs 2 cats and 5 chickens. Always on time, professional and my dogs instantly were drawn to him. The daily videos we get are hilarious and heart warming. This experience goes far beyond that of a pet sitter, Michael is a pet Angel.

We recently started using Michael to walk our dog Scout. Let me start off by saying that I am an extremely picky dog mom when it comes to who takes care of my sweet boy. Scout is “literally” our only child. Michael has been nothing short of excellent! He is extremely easy to work with and schedule visits, has always been prompt, as well as very communicative about how the visit went with pictures and videos. All of this definitely puts our mind at ease that our dog is in great hands while we are away. Most importantly, Scout seems super happy on his walks with Michael! Michael is awesome!!! We booked the wedding package with him and the entire process was smooth and worry-free. He picked up our loving Corgi at the Airbnb before the wedding, he brought him to the venue and stayed with him until his big reveal during the ceremony, and then escorted him around to see friends and family during cocktail hour until we wanted the pup in pictures. After that, he took him back to our Airbnb just like we asked! Everything went exactly to plan and it’s pretty easy to tell that he’s really good with dogs because our pup followed him around, listened well to him and seemed to really like him. I’d highly recommend Michael for any services he offers, but even for a big, stressful event like a wedding, he went above and beyond!

Alexis watched our 3 month old golden retriever puppy for a long weekend along with my boyfriends families cat and 1 year old golden retriever! She was so communicative and made us feel super comfortable leaving the pets in great hands. She also offered us a ton of tips that we still utilize today - she’s super knowledgeable and sweet! Alexis stayed at my house for a weekend to watch my sweet pup Miller while I was out of town. She did an incredible job & I could not be more pleased! She texted throughout the day(s) to update on how Miller was doing & shared lots of photos! Alexis is THE BEST!!! There’s very few people we trust to watch our “baby” Loki, our 3-year-old German Shepard. We can always count on Alexis to give us complete peace of mind when we travel. Alexis was an incredible dog sitter! Our dog Bella was the happiest that I have ever seen her when we returned. She sent us pictures of Bella relaxing at home and out on walks. Alexis cares so much about her charges, and is especially good for those pets who need a little extra TLC. She is totally professional, and nothing- not holidays, not Covid- gets in the way of taking care of the pets. Her online communications platform is superb for keeping in touch, no matter where you are traveling. Alexis commits all the way, is completely reliable, and is particularly good at improvising to meet the needs of the pet(s). For example, our pets arrived just before we had to travel. It turned out that we were not well set up for their care and feeding, and Alexis had both the initiative and expertise to source the things we needed- ones that we are still using and appreciate. Her experience with high-need pets really showed, as she had the patience, perseverance and experience to help our pets with some major adjustments. We came home to pets who were in better shape than we left them!

We had Alexis stay in our home, and pet sit our little dog Pinot for 5 days..Alexis was Amazing… She took wonderful care of our Home & Pinot. Alexis sent pictures & updates daily.. Pawsatively Golden Pet Care is an amazing pet service! Our dog, Mac, has epilepsy and requires constant supervision. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were also very understanding to his needs. Crystal and her team SPOILS him. Your pet would be lucky to have them!

We had a great experience with MaKayla and Nikki taking care of our three cats! Our cats are super spoiled and get wet food three times a day (plus they are used to my husband working from home - which is also why we can normally feed them during the day with no problems). When we go out of town, we feel bad about how much it disrupts their schedule, especially our older 14 year old girl. Both Nikki and MaKayla gave super thorough updates for each visit with tons of pictures and info about all three of them. Crystal, the owner, was really helpful when we had questions about charges and pricing. Everyone seemed professional at every step! It's the best pet sitting service we've found in Wilmington, and we've tried more than a few. We have already reached out about our next plans to get on their schedule. We will definitely use them again!

We had a great first experience! From start to finish they were thorough and detailed. They came for a meet and greet where we were able to explain everything and ask questions without feeling rushed! Our dog has epilepsy and this has been the first time since it started we feel like we can relax while going on vacation. They sent frequent communication and sent a pic and message each time they gave him his meds so we could be assured he’d received it on time. We came home to a happy and healthy dog and a clean house! We have already booked them for a weekend trip and the holidays coming up.

I came up from Florida for my son’s wedding and was staying in an AIRBNB, so I needed a pet sitter. I got the Royal package and it was worth it. Crystal and her team has helped care for my little zoo for a few years - including exotic, fish, and reptile care! They've cared for my Great Dane, chinchilla, koi pond and bearded dragon. I inquired about pet care during Christmas but they were booked up! However, I’ve been keeping up with them and I’m very impressed with the education they provide to the community and their clients! I would definitely trust my fur babies in their care!

My wife and I have just returned from a two week trip to the UK and are so lucky to have left our dog and two cats in the care of Pawsatively Golden Pet Care. We don’t like to board our pets so having PGPC come to our house twice a day has been ideal. We couldn’t have asked for better care to be taken of our pets. We received twice daily reports of the visits (as well as photographs) which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. PGPC went above and beyond by bringing in our mail, taking the trash out and leaving the house exactly as we left it. Our pets seem better behaved than when we left! I cannot thank the PGPC team enough and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional pet care.

Amber made our recent trip out of town so much more enjoyable as we knew our senior pup was in good hands! Amber sent timely updates and plenty of photos. Lola & Company will be our go to per care service for all future travel!

It took me almost 9 years of no vacations and running home during lunch breaks before I finally broke down and gave Amber a call. I have trust issues, especially when it comes to my dogs! Since then, Amber has been coming by everyday to check on my Butters 🐾🩵. Although timid and shy at first, he is now warming up to her and I feel less stressed and guilty about caring for him. Lola & Company (Amber) has been pet sitting for us since we adopted Bentley almost 3 years ago. She takes such good care of our fur baby! Our experience with Lola & Company for cat sitting was fantastic! Amber is professional, reliable, caring and kind - definitely an animal lover. We were away for about 10 days and returned to find our cat Joey to be very healthy, happy and well-adjusted. We appreciated the pics from each visit!

Kris and I whole-heartedly recommend Amber for pet sitting! She is the best of the best in Wilmington. Our dog, Bear, used to be nervous when we'd leave town. Now that he knows Amber takes care of him when we travel, he's relaxed when we leave and relaxed when we get home. This alone says so much about Amber and how much TLC she shows the animals in her care. The app used for scheduling, payment, and updates is easy to use and keeps everything well organized on both ends. Amber updates with photos included at every visit. And best of all, she offers over-night pet sitting. You can't get any better than that! Two thumbs up and five stars!

Amber was absolutely amazing. She accommodated all of our needs for our dogs. She was very friendly and even took the time to get one of our dogs who takes a minute to get used to new people extra love and time. She gave them treats and took them for walks. This place is AWFUL!!! We brought our dog here twice and the second time they did not remove his e-collar or prong collar the entire week that he was there. When he came home, he had two large holes in his neck from the e-collar as well as a huge hotspot on his chest. Both were already infected. My wife had to rush him to the emergency vet, which cost us $800! When I called to speak to a manager, I was told she was on the phone with another customer but would call me right back. I have not heard from anyone in the past 12+ hours. Our dog is now sitting on his bed, whimpering in pain. Please for the sake of your dogs safety, DO NOT BOARD THEM HERE!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I know Bella is in good hands while she is there. I check her occasionally on the cameras and love seeing her interacting with the other dogs plus seeing the attention she is given by the attendants! Whenever she goes to daycare she comes home exhausted so I know she gets lots of activity while she is there.

WOW WOW WOW! All of the staff was super amazing and super friendly!!!! They sent pictures and videos! They loved spending time with my dog, and one of the employees even gave me a harness because mine broke?! Like what?! Kindness goes such a long way, and they have all of it! I will recommend this place to everyone that has a dog and I will absolutely be back there and that’s saying a lot because I’m very particular and don’t ever like to leave my dog but I had to and it was absolutely worth it! Thank you so much there you guys are the best keep up the amazing work!

My dog got bit by another dog, we had said he could not be around other dogs due to his previous owner allowing him to be attacked by their orher dogs. He gets scared of other dogs. So he should not have been around another dog to be bit at all. Our dog never ever eats away from home. We brought dry food and a can of wet for him to eat the second day. When we picked him up, the wet can was returned, no dry food. We asked about it, they said he ate all the dry food. I can say with 1000% certainty, we were being lied to. There is absolutely no way he ate all that food, or any at all. We didn’t expect him to eat, that’s just the way he is and we know that. It was the lying that was really concerning. But that isn’t all. Within a week of boarding he was at the vet with a respiratory infection. Ten days of lots of meds and rest he was better. A few days later he develops a yeast infection in his ears from the antibiotics. So a $120 boarding visit for a weekend turned into $670 and some sleepless nights.

My girls loved their time here! It was pretty pricy at the end of a 9 day stay but I've never seen my dogs more happy while they were away from home. How do I know they were happy? I got updates (report card) from the kennel while I was away. Included pictures, how their demeanor has been AND how they've been eating. Awesome facility and great staff!! **one staff member told me she loved my dog so much that she wanted to take her home!! thank you guys for taking such good care of the girls! ❤

The staff took care of my pet and ensured he was happy. I was kept abreast as to how he was doing. The cameras worked well and seeing my pet interacting with the staff made me smile. When you are out of town and miles away it’s comforting to know your pet is being well taken care of.

Amazing. I came to Wilmington and didn’t realize that the time had expired for dogs to be allowed on the beach that I went to. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get in anywhere as it was Memorial Day weekend, but this place was five star from the moment they picked up the phone and let me know that once I completed the intake process, I could transfer to another pet paradise in Austin where I live and I will be doing so… also considering getting dog training there. My dog was super happy when I came to pick him up and I could tell that the employees really loved spending time with him and put a lot of care and detail into the Pet report. If that wasn’t enough, they offered me a complimentary first time visit so I paid $0!! If you’re in Wilmington, don’t sleep on this place. I would definitely bring my dog back here; absolutely worth full price. 10/10

We love Pet Paradise, and our dog does too! The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating, and wonderful to our furbaby, emailing us pictures during his lodging stays and giving us a detailed update on him when we call to see how he is doing. He is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot and runs right to the staff when we enter the door, which lets me know that he is treated extremely well. We have used their services for lodging and daycare for over 3 years now, and Pet Paradise will continue to be the only place in Wilmington we trust to take quality care of our dog!

This is a great place for bringing your fur family. I have three dogs of different ages and personalities and I feel they all leave happy and well cared for. While we were in Disney for a week, they did a great job communicating anything my dogs needed and adjusted their stay accordingly. I've been to other dog daycare facilities in this area and this is by far my favorite because they keep a close eye on the dogs while playing instead of leaving them in packs unattended. The dog rooms are nice and the cameras to keep an eye on everyone is nice as well. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for.

Scott’s hill Pawville has been fantastic! Not only do the morning workers greet my Axle by name the second he walks around the corner, but the evening works like Aliza always have a really nice chit chat with me while Axle is being brought out to me at the end of the day. My boy absolutely loves going and is absolutely exhausted from playing with his pup friends and the workers!

I am sharing photos of the experiences my 4 month old Pugador Mix Olive is having here at Scott's Hill Pawville because when I look at reviews I pay attention to the photos with the comments. There is an app where you can book the reservations for all the amenities. For Olive she has had 1/2 Day Daycare and each time I shortly receive a report card with photos of her time there. I thoroughly enjoy both and also being able to see for myself what she is doing at any given moment with their cameras. This location has enough employees to be with the dogs. I love their interaction with the dogs but also not overly doing it as the dogs need to get comfortable not always getting human attention (at least my puppy needs to learn which she is after only a couple of times here). Olive is learning to socialize with all types of dogs and sizes as well, which she is loving. Before going here she was a typical, bored puppy who wants to play nonstop with us and if she couldn't she would show signs of boredom. After a few hours here she comes home to take a nap and when she wakes she is still so calm. This is what we need and what she needs at the end of the day. 🙂

This place truly is a gem, and I mean that sincerely! The staff is incredibly caring and always treats my little girl like a princess every time we visit. It warms my heart that they remember her name as soon as we walk in, and you can see how excited she is to be there. I can't thank you and the veterinary team enough for the love and attention you give to my furry family member!

Repeat customer for day-care AND boarding AND grooming....we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Pawville and it's staff! EVERY staff-member is JUST AMAZING - if you need a place where your pup (or kitty) will be treated with LOVE & care; then THIS IS IT. I feel as though I'm leaving my pup with family here, she's a lovey-type & prefers attention over treats and they deliver all the time. She recently lost her sister-pup & Pawville has become her new place to find furry (and human) friends. It's helped in her transition & allowed her to grieve less than pushing thru at home all-alone. SOOOOOO grateful for every 2 and 4 -legged friend here!! All the attached photos were taken from staff & loaded into the 'daily reports' -- was even great when our pup passed we had some of her happiest pics from the staff here! Truly "HEART" you guys! They were very understanding with my shy baby Pixel! He's still a puppy and unsure of other dogs but seemed to enjoy going to daycare here. When he needed reassurance, they held him so he felt safe. I loved the pictures of his day and the report card to let me know how he did. I will be returning to help Pixel get more socialization!

1st time to Vet clinic and grooming. Very well done, and customer service was wonderful! Planning to board in a couple weeks! Update- used boarding services this past week and they were outstanding! We've also now utilized the daycare services as well as training! Truly phenomenal staff & wonderful facility!

My dog loves going to Pawville! The staff is super friendly - especially Hannah - and they make you feel like your dog is being well taken care of and loved. Mako has so much fun playing with the other dogs and socializing - she is always so happy to get to go to doggy daycare!

This is our go-to place for day camp and boarding for our boxer Nitro! Olivia and Darby are always incredibly kind, and we know when we send Nitro there, he is family. We tell our neighbors and friends about Scotts Hill pups play and stay because they are great, and it is a nice facility with good shading for the dogs too. Thank you!

What a great vet. I live 500 miles from Pawville but I'm sure I'll be back. The staff really care about our pets. My GSD has been asked not to come back by 4 different clinics. They took the time so my dog didn't stress. Wow.

I recently took my Pomeranian for her first visit to Animal House grooming salon, and I couldn't be more pleased! I want to give a special thanks to the GM, Scott, for recommending his Groomer, Trinette. She did an outstanding job! Every detail of my dog was absolutely beautiful and professionally done. Trinette is one of the best groomers I've used in a long time. I highly recommend you try her for yourself. I love Animal House! I've taken 5 dogs there and they all love it. They get excited when we pull on the street! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, even on all the short notices. My dogs come home tired and happy. I recommend this place to everyone!

I really am satisfied taking my dog to Animal House Wilmington. My dog gets to run around and play and socialize with other dogs. Sometimes I have to work extended hours, days on end and it is a comfort to me to know that I can drop him off there instead of keeping him alone, bored in my apt. peeing on the carpet. I also like they have special events, boarding, dog grooming and even obedience training. The staff is very nice and friendly and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. When I have to go out of town for several days I don't worry about boarding him at Animal House becsuse I know he is well taken care of.

My dog Finn has been going to day camp weekly for almost four years. The staff recognize us both the minute we walk in and I know I can trust them with my boy. The pool is the best part! I can’t recommend enough!

Boarded my dogs here 3 times. The last time it was $700 and my dogs returned with kennel cough and my male with a giant wound on his head that was about 4 inches wide, a massive open bloody wound. Took 2 days to get the owner to contact us, and he just ran his mouth for 15 minutes trying to make himself look better, and that he’d pay for the vet visit then never reached back out. It’s been 2-3 months now, my dog is fully healed but I would like to warn others away from this place. The photos are far too gruesome to post, so I will leave those out so the review will post. The 2nd time we boarded them here, I put tape on the top of my food bin for my pets and on two intake forms I put that my female dog is food aggressive, and cannot be fed near my male or she’ll hurt him or worse. We watched for 2 hours while they had the food down in the same room with both of my dogs watching my female try to attack my male while nobody answered and the doors were locked so we could not inform them. I picked them up early from their stay at that time. The only reason I returned after the 2nd time and their fatal flaw in reading paperwork and food bins is because my grandmother passed away in New York and I had to make an urgent trip to go say goodbye to her. I will say on the upside the employees were always excited to see my pups, I just wish they kept the same tenacity in regard to pet safety and injures. I found out he was injured when we got home, they never mentioned it. If you’re anything like me your pets are your world and best friends, so I’m not willing to give a 3rd chance like the owner asked. This isn’t baseball we’re not playing 3 strikes in your house, this is the safety of living beings we’re talking about. As my wife and I are dog groomers this was all the more upsetting knowing the lack of safety and responsibility taking place. I pray no one else shares the experiences we have at this boarding facility.

I brought my cat here for a well needed grooming. This was his first grooming experience and I was really nervous that it was not going to be successful. I’m very grateful for the wonderful staff that made it happen. They warned me he may be agitated when I brought him home but he was happy as a clam. I think he’s pretty happy to have the mattes off of him. Thank you so much!!

This place is great! We left our 2 puppies, Rodrigo and Ranger, there for a few days and they had a blast! I was afraid that they would not enjoy themselves but when we picked them up they did not want to leave. The staff is wonderful and took exceptional care of our babies, making them feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. It has great amenities and the staff is just the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

My Pittie Bleu loves to go to Animal House Day care. The staff is fabulous. He gets treats from the front desk and is always excited to go swim and play with his friends. 10 out of 10 I would Recommend.

I am one to never leave reviews, but I honestly can’t say enough good things about Animal House. My dog is a regular for about 6 months and has boarded with them a few times, and I won’t take her anywhere else. Nicole and the staff are SO welcoming and show such enthusiasm and love every time they see my dog, as well as other regular dogs. It’s comforting to know that they care for the dogs like their own. The prices are even better (compared to other places in Wilmington). Drop off as early as 7:30 and pick up at 5:15/5:30 for 23 dollars a day, you can’t beat it. A live camera so you can see your pup having an absolute blast in the big pool or grassy fenced-in yard. On top of the high level of involvement with little holiday parties for the pups (for an extra cost of like 10 dollars) and posting “pup of the week” and happy birthday shoutouts for the dogs. 10/10 recommend to any pet owner!

I absolutely love the manager, Nicole. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are happy! Trinette, the groomer is beyond talented and every dog goes out looking show ready! 10 gold ⭐️

Pawville has been an absolute saving grace for our family! We started taking our dog here three times a week and during our vacations when he was just a puppy, and it has been the best decision we've ever made for his care. From day one, the staff at Pawville have been nothing short of amazing with our dog. They are incredibly attentive, genuinely care about each pet, and go above and beyond to ensure our pup is happy and comfortable. Every time we drop him off, he practically leaps out of the car with excitement, tail wagging furiously. It's such a relief to know he's in such good hands. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for the dogs to play and socialize. Our dog comes home not only extremely happy but also wonderfully exhausted from all the fun he's had. It's clear that he loves his time at Pawville, and we couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, Pawville, for being our pup's home away from home and for providing such exceptional care. We couldn't recommend you more highly!

We have been very pleased with the North Chase Pawville. Daphne loves going! I love the pictures and report card we get after every stay. We are currently taking her a couple of days a week. This location is currently under construction and I can’t wait to see when it’s completed.

I have been taking my dog Bean to Midtown Pawville since last September, a month after we rescued her. I was going across the country for a week so I was definitely nervous to board my dog. I was pleasantly surprised to find a report card in my messages! They send report cards daily. I had no idea they did this at the time and it made me so happy to see my dog was having a great time. I have never written a review before, not something I really think to do or want spend my time doing. I had to make an exception for pawville. Pawville has been a second home for my dog. SHE LOVES IT. Bean is a very high energy dog. It really means a lot that they get to know your dogs personality and put them with other dogs that matches their energy. The staff really go above and beyond for the dogs. What made me love this place even more is that they remember your dogs and get excited when they come back. The report cards are so personal and I have seen how much they love and care for my dog. They also run a very good business and are very professional, accommodating and responsive. They are also very on top of making sure your dog is up to date with vaccines, which I really appreciate. They really think of everything to make your dog happy. Its almost like your dogs are staying at a resort/spa lol. This is my FAVORITE place to board my dog in Wilmington. If you are looking for a place that takes good care of your animal AND a place that your animal will love I HIGHLY recommend Pawville :)

This is the best doggie daycare I've taken my dog to in Wilmington, NC. The staff are really friendly and the facility is really nice. My pup comes home happy and is so excited when I drop him off there. They send a nice report card at the end of the day with pics of my pup and how he did. They have all sorts of options for boarding as well.

Was pleasantly surprised how great this facility is, clean and neat, personnel is friendly yet professional, my dog develops resource guarding when I am gone ,so he guards his cage, this place works best because doggy dog is open and he can go potty and walk outside if he wants to, and best thing I can check on him on web camera ! Peace of mind for me,definitely will be boarding Bubbles here again !

Although the pets at this doggy daycare facility are well taken care of, what goes on behind the scenes between management and employees isn’t something to overlook. The employees are treated quite poorly by management. Often, they get reprimanded and called names for dogs, simply being dogs. Not every pet is perfect and things can happen. Sadly, the employees face the wrath of useless management for this. Overall, your pet is mostly safe and will not be neglected at this facility because of the great staff, but no business is perfect.

My cats survived and were medicated properly. Even thought they're ruthless and can be quiet aggressive with strangers. Happy to report they seemed perfectly healthy and safe the whole trip. Employees were very friendly and accommodating.

My dog Dahlia has been attending daycare at The Diggs for 5 years now!!! I can not say enough good things about this place. After our horrific experience at A Country Kennel, we were hesitant to leave our baby, Whiskey, at a kennel altogether. But so far he is having a blast!!! He has a daily report card and the staff seem to love him. Your dog has to pass a temperament test to be in doggy daycare, which is awesome! I am not worried about him while I am away from home, which that is a HUGE relief after what we experienced over new years at ACK. They provide photos and tracking of daily food and meds. Price is comparable to the area as well and you get very nice care! Will be bringing him back here again for sure! Can’t wait to see more of his report cards.

I take my little Monkee here for boarding and for her vet appointments. The entire staff is just wonderful -- absolutely lovely people. I can tell they really love Monkee and take good care of her and that's why I keep bringing her back. They send little "report cards" that include pictures and how their day went and how much they ate, etc. This place is a gem and they have my complete trust.

My dog Palmer loves the Diggs, especially in the summer when the pool is open :) The staff is so friendly , and it's easy to make reservations. Definitely recommend!

They went above and beyond several times for my mother when she went into the hospital. Her little dog Cassie was well loved by all at The Diggs and I'm so thankful for the care they gave her. Highly recommend!

Karen has been keeping our pup Elmo since the first few weeks we adopted him from a county shelter. He is the center of my world and I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else! She loves on him, plays with him, ensures he minds his manners, and treats him as if he was her own. She sends me lots of pictures and videos when we are out of town. He’s bouncing around the car with excitement every time we pull up to her house. It is definitely a second home to him and we are so grateful for her wonderful care and love for him! He’s also made many doggy friends while staying at her house. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for a special place for your dog where you won’t worry about them at all. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
