When we arrived at Yvo & Jackie's house, we found a warm hearted family who took all the time to show us around. They handed us a well detailed document about Stella's habits and routines, as well as on how to use the home appliances. The house has more than everything you need for living comfortably. Titles in the book shelf and family pictures on the walls reveal who they are: loving, caring, and refined. We felt at home from the very first moment, we had a great time in Amsterdam and apparently, so did Stella as she enjoyed her playtime in the Beatrixpark, a place where dog owners can chat while dogs run their races. Stella is a joyful dog that likes your company. She's a Beagle, it is best to see Beagles like kids who listen until you blink your eyes ;-) but whose love is irresistible. In the park, at times she went for a walk behind the green, but as she's a clever dog who knew where the treats were, she always came back. That little girl made us laugh a lot. The neighborhood is very livable, everything for daily needs is nearby, the best playspot for dogs is at hardly 10 minutes by foot. It is a very short walk to see plenty of interesting things: almost 100 year old buildings like the early highrise"12-verdiepingenhuis" or the 1920's housing compound "Dageraad", and the house where Anne Frank lived before she moved to the "Achterhuis" are at walking distance. Would we care for Stella again? Yes! Would we reccomend this sit? Definitely.
Mimi, her husband, and the two teenage girls are a truly warm-hearted family who welcomed us with open arms. Their large, cozy house is located outside the city of London in a beautiful, quiet residential area. It was absolutely great that we were allowed to use their heated indoor pool. Within walking distance there is a train station from which the train takes 50 minutes to London city - that was no problem for us. The two dachshunds, „Molly“ and „Midge“, are very vocal, but absolute friendly and followed us around every step we did. As soon as one of us sat down on the sofa, they snuggled up next to us, that was very cute. As they don't like to go for walks, you have to remember to regularly let them out into the garden so they can do their business. Tomcat „Rufus“ is an elderly, cuddly guy who enjoys to be petted. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you - maybe we see us again sometime :)

It was such a pleasure sitting Otto & Paul at Samira's place. I already miss them. Paul sometimes acts like a dog, which is actually really cute. He is always curious what his human friend is doing and frequently asks for TLC. Otto's behavior is more cat-like and he needed more time to get used to me, but he asks for TLC as well and is a rather chilled cat. The communication with Samira was very friendly and smooth. She explained everything beforehand and send over a guide with all the necessary information. Her place is just awesome. I felt at home immediately and I like the neighborhood a lot. There is everything you need in walking distance (shops, public transportation, restaurants, bars). Thank you very much for your trust, Samira! I really would love to sit Otto & Paul again in the near future 😍
Looking after Freddie and Hugo was a wonderful experience. Playing fetch with Freddie in the dog park or seeing how enthusiastic he is about hide-and-seek was a lot of fun. He is a well-behaved dog who's trained well, and it's really nice to cuddle with Hugo. He is very affectionate and loves to lay next to you on the couch in the evening. The house is in a very nice area with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful pet-sitting experience.

I have a Labradoodle puppy that is very anxious and gets easily startled. I went to Melbourne on holiday, and no one else in my family could walk him while I was away. So I reached out to Lillie&Co, and they were very flexible with the walking times I required for my active boy, and my dog loved the dog walker. I got daily photos and updates about how he was progressing, which made me feel less anxious about leaving my boy home on holiday. Colin, my 3 year old golden Labrador absolutely loved his stay with Lillie&Co. He stayed for a couple of weeks while I was away in Tasmania (longest he’s ever been away from me having recently relocated to the state and having no one familiar to look after him) and it was basically like a mini vacay for him! We had a meet up prior where Colly met Milo and they hit it off straight away. Whilst I was away I was sent pictures and videos of Colin daily. Colly made himself right at home and even made himself quite comfortable in their bed (whoops 😅🤣). So happy with our experience and will definitely using their boarding service again and again!! Maverick has attended k9 collective since he was a few months old and we’ve had a wonderful experience the whole time. I LOVE coming to daycare!!! The K9 collective humans always are just as excited to see me as I am to see them! They take such good care of me and I get to play with all of my friends and meet new ones. I have been brining my dog Milo to K9 Collective for the past couple of weeks, he loves it! as soon as we pull up he's busting to get through the doors. The staff is lovely and always let me know how he did that day. The extra add on options (walks, bath, teeth clean) are great and at a good price, and I love seeing the photos posted daily. Can't recommend this place enough for your dogs!
After working here, I would not send my dogs here as a lot of their choices demonstrated a lack of concern for the safety of the dogs in their care or the wellbeing of their staff (our team was a revolving door of people the last 4 years). They allowed the dog that bit me twice and attacked multiple dogs to stay, he’s there to this day as well as many other dangerous dogs. They had no bite reporting policy in place - which is illegal and I, being an inexperienced teen, didn’t know any better. Edit: Just seen that they have accepted a Dingo! Unbelievably irresponsible and negligible for other dogs and staff. Glad to see the new management is no better. Take it from a professional who has seen all the sketchy stuff these businesses love to do - this place is a HUGE red flag! 🚩

The new premises are great! Staff are always wonderful and kind, and understanding of my friendly but dominating Jack Russells. They know dog behaviour and I trust them absolutely with my girls. Plus the instagram feed (and how happy and tired they are when they get home) makes it all worth it :)
I have been taking my dog Odie to K9 Collective since he was about 14 weeks old. Odie was initially very shy and scared of other dogs, but after just a week at daycare, he can’t get enough and loves socialising with other dogs. I used to stress about leaving Odie at home while having to work full time, but now I feel at peace knowing he is in great hands and having a blast at K9 Collective! The staff here are also lovely, take the time to get to know your dog, and are clearly passionate about what they do. Thank you to the K9 Collective team for taking such good care of Odie :)

I'm from Melbourne and have used doggy daycare regularly over the years and therefore have experience in this area. This business could improve buy 1. having a source of ventilation and temperature control (last time I was in there were no windows that could open) and 2. Offering price discounts for buying sessions in bulk (last time I was there it was a flat rate). On the plus side, the staff are friendly and helpful and care about the dogs. 3 stars, okay, but could be improved
What a waste of time! We have used 2 other doggie day cares in the past with our other dogs with no problems. Our new 8 month old German Shepherd was scheduled for a ‘meet and greet’ to an appalling standard. After arriving, we were brought to a small room where we could hear this dog “Harper” barking, being used as a precedence of how the new dogs would interact. When it was our dog’s turn, we had not even been brought into the room yet and we could hear this dog barking from the previous dog that was brought in for the ‘meet and greet’. Our dog simply ran to Harper to play and Harper would not stop barking. Our dog did not growl, bark or even show any teeth (whereas Harper was showing these signs), however the staff member at K9 Collective said Harper is barking because our dog was being “aggressive”. How can that possibly be? After my partner questioning the staff member on where the logic in that statement was as Harper seemed to be the aggressive dog, the response was ‘He is running up to Harper in an intimidating manner’. Our dog retreated twice so we were dumbfounded at the excuse. We felt that we were being lied to and that our dog was not going to be accepted because he was a German Shepherd! This was reinforced as the staff member mentioned that they had another German Shepherd that was over playful and would pounce on other dogs. Then to lie to both me and my partner to say “we don’t have big dogs like him” we both drive past every morning and afternoon from work and see dogs the same size and even bigger here. Why lie to us? Our dog didn’t do anything wrong. Worst service we have ever received. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! You can tell she really loves her dogs and all those that she looks after.Thanks so much Jennifer!
Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

We couldn’t be happier with Jami at Paw Pals Grooming. Such a lovely lady and you can tell that they all love doggos. Miffy is only 5 months old and Jami managed to tidy up her shaggy coat and still keep her cuteness whilst being a complete wriggle worm. Lovely vibe at this place 🥰

PawPals is absolutely amazing! Their daycare service is top-notch, providing a safe and loving environment where our dogs always have a blast! The grooming team is equally fantastic, our labradoodles always come home looking and feeling great. The staff truly cares about every dog, and it shows. I can not speak highly enough about PawPals Bassendean and their awesome puppy daycare troop! It's always nice to know i'm leaving my cherished pup in safe hands, knowing (and seeing on socials) that he's having the best time, and getting out all his puppy energy for me to chill with him when the day's over! Our little bordoodle Bella goes to Paw Pals and they are a cut above the other local day care where we had her previously. The girls have such a genuine love for her and she runs to the door with such excitement when we drop her off. Recently had her groomed there as well and they did such a great job. I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

This place was recommended to us. In May our new rescue dog was highly anxious and barked alot and jumped (high) to try and get out of our yard. We took her to her first doggy day care and the staff were great with her, patient and caring. She loved it really quickly and over the months her confidence grew and her separation anxiety reduced. We really value this place and they make us laugh - and we get good ideas - with the activities they do with the dogs. Highly recommend. Our dog is a female blue heeler.
When I went into the daycare I was so badly consumed in the puppy blues. My puppy had such bad behaviour at home because he was very high energy and needed a realise. Since starting daycare I have a complete different puppy. They learn good behaviour from the older dogs and get all there energy gone. Before you couldn't cuddle him as he would bite my face and was destroying the house now he is as cuddly and so calm. 100% recommend for puppys it's very important for there learning. Best bunch of girls in there my puppers loves them.

Our teen kitten Baxter has now stayed twice at furbaby retreat. Both times he has come back more confident with new people and has been as happy as can be. Happy to be home whilst not being annoyed or upset. We have been more relaxed on holidays from the daily updates we are sent and knowing that he is in good hands - with people who are paying attention to him, playing and the fact he gets dedicated attention & enrichment, which I couldn't guarantee he would get with a pet sitter staying in our home. The change in environment and routine hasn't been an issue (like all cats... I'm sure he would let us know if it had been 😉). It's clear Jess cares about the furbabies who stay, and she has put in effort to connect with Bax from the moment we arrive with him to the time he is packed up for home. 1st time stay for 5 nights. My cat was taken care of with Love from the second we entered. Great care was given to ensure everything was thought of. The entire place is spotless and run very efficiently. The team are wonderfully calm and gentle and clearly love and understand cats. Really appreciated the daily WhatsApp videos and photos. It was lovely and reassuring to see how she went from day 1 (very shy) to proudly strutting about, climbing and exploring with tail held high and playing. Nobody enjoys leaving their pets in these places but Furbaby Retreat really makes it a lot less painful when you know your little one is taken care of so well. Thank you Ginger and Jess. Great job.
Jess and the team truly cared for the cats. This is the third time my cat, QQ had stayed at Furbaby. QQ seemed very contented and happy. I appreciated the daily updates of how my little QQ is doing to give me a peace of mind. QQ enjoyed her daily walking exercise at the play room and the massages and cuddles from Jess and the team. The place is kept very clean and facilities were of high standard. I would highly recommend their services.
My 1 year old Siamese cat has stayed here a few times when necessary. I was worried about her as she needs a lot of love but is very wary of strangers. Last time she settled in right away and even wanted to say goodbye to Jess before we left. They always keep you updated with photos and information on their day. If you need someone else to care for your cat, for a short while, for whatever reason, this is the place to take them!!!
I can’t recommend Furbaby Retreat highly enough! Our anxious boy stayed here for just over 2 weeks while we were overseas and he absolutely loved it! The wonderful staff at Furbaby Retreat managed his special diet, supplements and medications, and the daily picture and video updates made me feel so at ease. He has settled in at home again beautifully too. We will definitely book him in again next time we go on holiday.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Furbaby Retreat when we had to board our cat whilst our apartment underwent renovations. They were great and communicating with us with updates on our Furbaby, and how he was adjusting to the change. We loved the pictures they sent us and videos, it made the separation anxiety I had easier to deal with! All the staff we dealt with were lovely and compassionate and they deeply cared for all of the cats in their care. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ❤️
I 100% recommend Furbaby Retreat for anyone needing a safe place to look after their furbaby for a period of time. I recently had my baby stay here for 7 nights - I had booked the glamping suite for her, thinking it would be the best room given her general energy at home and boisterous nature. Unfortunately, she was not a fan and was all too overwhelmed by the change in environment, the window and not being around her people. The team at Furbaby Retreat were attentive in their concern for her wellbeing and care, keeping me regularly updated with photos and messages. We ended up moving her to a standard suite and she improved a lot greatly, clearly my girl is low maintenance and prefers peaceful seclusion. When we were meant to fly home, my partner became unwell and we were forced to extend our stay away. The team at Furbaby were so helpful and understanding, not only showing compassion for Tinkerbell, but my partner as well. They easily kept her for the extra time, alleviating one stress in a pile of many. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time, but the team were amazing. If I need to board her again, I will definitely be using them again!
Second time using Fur Baby for my cat Peaches, Jess and the team are fantastic and kept me up to date each day while I was away with so many photos and videos. Could enjoy my holiday knowing she was safe and in good hands. 10/10 🐱 …
We recently went overseas & left our Welsh with Jess at Furbaby Retreat, the daily photos & messages from Jess were the highlight of our day, as we knew Welsh was happy & in great hands. We chose the Furbaby Bali room as we were in Bali as well 🤪 Don’t go anywhere else if you want your baby to be happy & cared for, peace of mind is everything 😀
My dog who suffers from separation anxiety had never been left with anyone apart from family so I was hesitant and very stressed about leaving him with any sitter not known to him. However, the moment I met Malti I just knew he would be safe, sound and secure with her and he absolutely loved pottering around in her green garden. Malti is kind, confident and very responsible and I felt safe knowing how carefully she plans ahead with her focus being solely on the dog she is taking care of. It took me a long time to find a sitter that I would feel comfortable with given my dog's anxiety so consider all the research done for you. Seriously, all you need do is drop your pooch off to her and relax knowing pooch is in the best care. I will most definately be returning to Malti again as she's like his second mama to him now. My little man absolutely adores her which surprised me as he is quite an aloof boy. I can highly recommend Malti to take care of your pooch without you having to stress. Bless you Malti for taking such good care of my little Poo Poo!
A big thank you to Malti for taking such good care of our two dogs recently, one of whom had a medication requirement which was kindly attended to and the other who was not used to in-home care such as Poochie's Paradise. Tilly and Bella were looked after with the greatest of care and came home as happy as ever without incident. Malti treated them as if they were her own family pets and they enjoyed their time there. Will call upon Poochie's Paradise in the future if required !
Malti loved our Frankie just as we do. It was the first time leaving our pooch and within 24 hours, he was comfortable, settled and relaxed. Malti updated us regularly which was amazing - Will definitely call on Malti next time we need to leave our boy 💙
Thank you Malti for taking our extremely last minute booking for our fur baby, Miley. We had to travel home for a month and we could not have asked for a better person to look after Miley. Malti has been a godsend for us and our fur babies. Finding care for two dogs can be stressful. With Malti our Minion and Gru have been well looked after both times and Malti has been so accommodating and easy to communicate with that we are already lining up for our next little holiday. We booked in VERY last minute over the Easter long weekend and we were lucky enough to have our pooch looked after by the wonderful Malti. Our Betty enjoyed her stay with Malti and it was clear she felt safe and happy with Malti. It was honestly the happiest we've seen her when has had to stay home. We recently had the pleasure of enrolling our puppy at Happy Tails Doggy Day Care, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. This is an amazing daycare, and Brittany is the best! She is always very quick in responding to messages, and for the first couple of weeks would take the time to chat with me about my puppy and how he was each day when I picked him up, which was so reassuring as a first-time dog owner. My puppy is always so excited to see her and the other dogs when I drop him off, and the pictures and video updates throughout the day are so fun to see! Highly recommend Brittany and Happy Tails Malaga!!
Fantastic! As a first time doggy daycare user I didn't know what to expect and was somewhat anxious. Brittany was wonderful explaining the process. She greeted us with a warm & friendly manner and made me feel very comfortable leaving my little guy in her care. She has a passion for her work and a true love of dogs! Her regular daily posts make it easy to see your pet and give you reassurance they are in good hands, getting spoilt and having fun! 4 weeks in and now he runs into the daycare to Brittany and very eager to play with his new friends... doesn't look back. Brittany is so kind and professional, she does a great job by providing a very personalised care and approach at her doggy day care. The place is beautiful and comfortable. She is very honest and transparent and lets you have a look at the place and assess when you leave your fur babies. I fully recommend this place and Brittany.
Such a lovely daycare. All dogs look so happy and get lots of stimulation, enrichment, also downtime. Brittany is very caring and honest about how our dog does on the day when he attends. Love the regular updates. Highly recommend.
We were at a bit of a loss with our puppy Milo, he developed separation anxiety and we tried everything to keep him happy at home, with a dog sitter etc and nothing was working. Happy Tails has been a lifesaver for our family and little Milo. I drop him off and he runs to the door. He is so excited and happy to go. We get regular updates throughout the day about what he is doing. Brittany is always there to talk to and has answered all my questions. I can now go to work, with no worries, knowing Milo is so happy and safe and well looked after. We don't know what we would have done if we didn't find Happy Tails. Milo goes four to five days a week and comes home a very tired but very happy puppy. Thank you so much!!

My little cavoodle Ava has been coming here since she was 16 weeks old and absolutely loves it here! Brittany and the other staff are so attentive and fun - they treat each pupper as an individual and are aware of their needs and quirks. They're also constantly updating me with happy pics and videos of Ava so I don't have to worry about her!
My Cavoodle is a bit prone to separation anxiety and I was initially hesitant to take her. Brittany made me feel completely relaxed and she is a true animal lover. My dog now is so excited to come to day care.
