Dog Sitters in Beachlands

What a wonderful blessing to have Joy and Cam as our first experience with Trusted Houesitters! They were incredibly polite, kind, respectful and treated our home as if it were their own. Most importantly, they loved our pets and sent adorable photo updates and even videos! I appreciate that before we even met, they had a list of thorough questions for me to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I will post this Q and A for other sitters as they were great things to consider that definitely helped plan and prepare for one another’s needs. The day they arrived, they brought delicious chocolates for us to take on our travels . As the host, I did not expect them to bring me something, but it was very thoughtful. Joy and Cam were super quick to reply to any questions or messages that I had, which was reassuring and helped me relax that my pets were in great hands and all was well. They were independent and didn’t interrupt our trip with extra needs but were friendly and available when we did connect. They were eager to please, reliable, and carefully took care of our home. The morning we were leaving, we ate a homemade breakfast together and afterwards they said “don’t worry about clean up, we will do this while you get ready to leave.” Wow! I definitely didn’t expect that extra help before their sitting even began. Another bonus trait about them I would like to share Is how clean and organized they were. I didn’t expect any extra cleaning, but they took the time to make the house look even better than when they arrived. The pool was spotless and even though we have a pool cleaner, they took extra time to pull out remaining leaves. Joy and Cam cared for our fruit trees, plants and tomato plants and I was happy to see them thriving when I returned. Their nurturing care extended to all living things 🙂 It is always great to come home to happy pets but I wanted to add one detail which evidenced how much love they poured into our pets. We drove them to the airport the next day after we returned, so they slept an extra night and our dog Daisy was torn at first who to sleep with! She went back to their room a few times before settling in our room. Finally, we connected with Joy and Cam not only as a mutually beneficial exchange, but have made dear friends we can visit if we ever travel to New Zealand. I highly recommend them 100% and would love to share more details if you have any questions.

Morgan was an excellent sitter for our German shepherd girl Raven, Morgan made time to visit our home to meet Raven prior to the sitting commencement. Raven took to Morgan straight away, We left details of Ravens medication and diet, Morgan smashed it. We could not praise or recommend Morgan highly enough, she is a lovely person.

Lovely to come home to a clean and tidy house and a happy cat. Matt and Katie very thoughtfully left us some fresh bread and milk as we arrived late at night - much appreciated! Communication was every good at all times. We would have them back again any time.

Alana and Hunter looked after my anxious little beagle, Lila, for a few days and they were awesome! Lila was settled and happy when I returned home. Alana sent photos and updates. My pup isn't always keen to leave the house for a walk, but they were able to take her for walks and everyone seemed happy! My home was clean and tidy when I got home. I would highly recommend Alana and Hunter. They were dependable and easy to communicate with. I look forward to having them sit for me again!

Pauline and Nadia were excellent house sitters. They communicated well with us and sent lots of photos. We came home to a clean house. Most important our little Lilo was well taken care. We have kept in touch with them and would highly recommend the girls.

Jon was great. Extremely self sufficient and a good communicator. Our cat was very happy when we returned. Thanks!

Thank you Frederike & Annabel, what special ladies you are in the way you not only looked after Archie, you gave him so much love and kindness as well. Thank you for the videos you sent me while I was away and keeping in contact. I would recommend you for any pet sit anywhere in the world, and I would love for to come back for future dates I might have please….you are very pleasant, tidy, young, caring ladies, and I hope you have some great experiences while travelling through our country. Thank you ☺️ Archie and I will both miss you!!

What a wonderful couple!! We were so very fortunate to have had Juan and Maria look after our collection of animals whilst we were away for 5 weeks. The pics we received of our stranger wary cats happily ensconced on the couches within days of our departure was quite telling. We’ve since arrived home to an excited Vizsla wanting to show off its newfound multilingual talents as it ran through some basic commands with a firm understanding of Spanish. In short, I would absolutely recommend these guys to look after your little treasures if the opportunity was to arise.

Erina and Kelsey were fantastic sitters and houseguests! They are great communicators; everything about their sit and their approach was straightforward and clear. They were absolutely punctual and dependable. My dog Noodle was very well-cared for; they were great about sending updates along the way. The flat was spotless when I returned, and I could tell they had vacuumed and swept even lightly used areas during the five-day sit. They washed the sheets and towels they used, as requested. They are also just plain nice and interesting! I’d invite them again. Without a single hesitation and probably will. Definitely five stars! Thank you Erina and Kelsey!

This is the second time Nancy was looking after my two cats and I couldn’t be more happy. She’s not only a real likeable and bubbly personality, she’s also great with both cats. I got daily updates and photo’s and both looked so happy, well looked after, and relaxed. This is especially such a relief as my oldest cat has had several months of illness, so to see her this happy and relaxed ensures I feel happy and relaxed when away from home as well. Also loved coming home to a sparkling clean house! I can recommend Nancy to anyone and would like to ask her to please come back to Madrid and look after my cats again soon. Thank you for everything Nancy!

We are very grateful we had Sam and Liam take care of Dexter and the house. They were friendly, easy to get along with and accommodating. We had updates on Dexter along the time we were away which helped us to miss him less. The house was spotless when we got back. Dexter, the house and the house plants were well taken care of. Can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

Julia was absolutely brilliant. Lilly was very happy throughout her stay. I was lucky that Julia was able to come the night before, so It was good to meet her beforehand and go through everything. Plus meet lilly with me around. Julia kept me up to date throughout my vacation on Lillys day to day activities . I can't recommend Julia highly enough. Welcome back anytime Julia!!
