My dog had a stroke while boarded here and i was not informed at all. When she was picked up my husband was told “she’s walking a little slow” it was beyond that my dog had completely lost function on her right side of her body and we were not made aware. Dan is a very kind man and that’s why I’m having such a hard time understanding this extreme act of negligence in not informing us and allowing her to sit in a kennel in that condition. Also we paid for a bath for both dogs if you pet either of them your hand would be brown afterwards. Never again extremely disappointed doesn’t BEGIN to describe my feelings

I have dropped my dog off there every week day for the past 1.5 years and he always comes back happy. He’s excited to go in and happy when he comes out. If it wasn’t for Dan my dog may not be alive today. Dan had noticed a lump on my dog’s throat and notified me the day of. It turned out it was cancer and I was able to get my dog into surgery just in the nick of time. Now my dog is going on 6+ months cancer free thanks to Dan. We are forever indebted to him and his wonderful staff.

I was super nervous about leaving my dog Lucian boarded for 2 weeks because he has bad anxiety and had a horrible experience when we boarded him a couple years ago at a different facility where he wouldn't eat and they just let the dogs run all day. He had lost 10lbs maybe more and was super mad at us.... When I called pet lodge to get him in I talked to the owner Dan, he was extremely nice he went over prices and vaccine requirements. The day I brought my dog in I was super emotional, Dan came out and made friendly contact with my dog pet him on the head scratched his ears!!! I left there with no anxiety I was happy to hear that he had his own little room where he could eat in peace and not run all day long when we got home he was so happy happy to see us he looked great not to thin which I get your family leaving you is hard on a doggo but he had a quick turn around time (like a day) and he wasn't mad at us this time!!! I will be using pet lodge in the future if I ever have to board Lucian again!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my furr baby!!!+

Pet Lodge USA of Beachwood is the best. I have been bringing my dog here just about every day for daycare for over a year. What is unique about Pet Lodge is that each dog has their own room rather than being in a large open area with all the other dogs for daycare. This was an attractive option for us as our dog is on the smaller side, so we know she is safe while away from home. Each room also has a TV to keep your pet calm and entertained. Pets get one-on-one attention and bathroom breaks, and there is even an indoor track for exercise. Booking a reservation is also very easy. You can schedule reservations and services while you are there in person, or you can call on the phone. Prices are affordable and the location is convenient. We have also boarded our dog here for overnight stays while we go out of town, and she always comes home happy and healthy. I have seen several returning customers and familiar faces while bringing my dog here, so I know that many other customers are satisfied with the Pet Lodge as well. Furthermore, the owner Dan is amazing and truly loves what he does. He is always friendly and excited to see every pet that comes into the Pet Lodge. Dan has done a wonderful job designing the Pet Lodge's accommodations, as well as the lobby. Dan decorates the lobby for different seasons and holidays, and it is always fun to see what decorations he comes up with. You can tell that Dan really cares about the business he has built and his customers very much.

Dan, owner of Pet Lodge USA, took excellent care of our 16-month-old doggy on two recent occasions (for a week each time). I found Pet Lodge USA to be professional and responsible. Pet Lodge USA is a great resource for dog owners in Beachwood and surrounding areas. Our wonderful dog went willingly with Dan at drop-off, and seemed quite happy when I picked him up, and willing but not over-eager to leave.

We've had many visits to Pet Lodge (or Doggie Sleep Away Camp as we sometime call it). Dan and the team are great and our dogs are always excited to head back to their "rooms", the track, or the latest episode of whatever is showing. We hope you and your pets enjoy the experience as much as we have over the last 10-12 years.

We cannot say enough good things about Pet Lodge! Our girls always love coming here. We can always be assured of the great care they receive. We recently moved to Florida and on our recent trip back to Ohio, we brought the girls with us so that they could stay once again at Pet Lodge. They know the minute we turn the corner where they are going and can't get out of the car fast enough. Dan and his staff get 5 stars always!!!

Great place! Dan the owner is always there to greet with a smile and is always friendly! Facility is always clean and he treats my dog like it's his own. Been boarding my dogs there the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Be sure to make reservations way in advance due to the fact they fill up quick in the summer and around the holidays. Thanks Dan for providing such a wonderful service for our 4 legged friends!

Dan was professional, efficient, and caring. We have used other boarders in the past with both good and bad experiences. As usual, we were apprehensive boarding here for the first time, especially during this pandemic. When we picked up our dog he was happy to see us, but appeared happy in general. He looked and acted energetic and well in the days to follow. He did not go into his usual post boarding mood. 😩Thanks Dan for keeping your word to keep our dog safe and cared for! We will be using your facility again and recommend to others. 😊

Wesley does an amazing job with our cat and our dog. Our dog Anna is a 13 yr old shih tzu with a lot of health issues and personality. Wesley is gentle with her and Anna looks forward to spending time with Wesley. We get daily updates from Wesley about the visits which is wonderful.

Wesley, owner of Tails on Trails, has been wonderful ever since we hired him to walk our dog Poppy. We started asking him to walk Poppy while we were spending time with our newborn baby. He came by twice a day and would often send pictures of her enjoying his company. We still have Wesley walking her a few times a week. Every time he comes Poppy gets extremely excited and that joy stays long after they return from their walks. We are very happy with Wesley and will continue to do business with him.

Wesley has been amazing with my dog! My dog needs a little extra time with strangers & Wesley was willing to take it slow, giving her space to build trust. She now loves seeing him for her daily walk. I also trust Wesley in my home & feel comfortable that he will provide great care.

I wish I could give Process Canine 100 stars! The Corrs are the absolute BEST!!! We've been working with them for 2 years for training, boarding, daycare, and specialty training (compass canine), from puppyhood to adulthood, and plan to continue working with them. I feel so lucky and grateful that we were recommended to them. They're always there to listen and offer realistic solutions that work. They're so passionate about helping and are the best people, who genuinely care about you and your dog. The whole 2 years we've been going to process for daycare, it's basically been the same staff, and I have no doubt it's because Amanda is an amazing and fun boss, and people want to work there. My dog literally jumps and cries with excitement when she realizes where we're at. Find yourself someone who looks at you the way my dog looks at Amanda! haha She LOVES her so much! When it's time to board, she runs off and doesn't even care we're leaving. When we pick up our dog, she's like "oh, you're back, cool, I guess....". It makes me feel SO comfortable leaving her. I have peace of mind on vacation that she's having her own little vacay with friends, too! I would trust Amanda and her staff with any decision regarding my dog. We drive 40 minutes one way to take her to daycare a couple of times a month because we know how much our dog loves it, how well she's taken care of, and we know she'll get lots of play time in! I could go on.... just bring your dog to process!!!

Brought our dog in for a trial day and it wasn’t the right fit. Amanda became upset and defensive when asked questions related to safety (ex: what are the policies/procedures in the event of a fire, severe weather, etc). She made brash assumption because questions were asked and was unprepared to answer the questions. While we understand that she has an operating license with and passes mandatory inspections, that doesn’t mean it’s okay to assume people won’t ask questions. It’s also not acceptable to state that the questions are unwarranted or inappropriate because having a business/occupancy license means that those questions, to her, have already answered. Other things to note were that the dogs don’t wear their collars (which is neither here nor there but in the event of an emergency could allow the dog to be reunited to its owner), and the boarding is on an upper floor with only one entrance/exit. No attempt was made to show boarding facilities or tour the business (though we didn’t stay so maybe that would have been done later in the process). This facility may be the right for some people/doggos but wasn’t the right place for us.

Amanda and her crew are absolutely fabulous. They truly go above and beyond! Our dog, Sadie, LOVES day care there and staying overnight. We use them for our busy days, short vacations, and even a week long away. It is hard to be away from our pup - but we know she is having a blast (running the yard, playing with the toys and other pups, and "looking" at the pool, since she won't get in). It's also fun to see her sometimes pop up in their IG story! We recently used them when our daughter was born. We unexpectedly had a 12 day in the NICU with her afterwards, and Process Canine was extremely helpful, accommodating, and understanding to our change of circumstance. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

If you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!

I was looking for grooming not boarding but the owner was kind enough to spend sometime on the phone with me and give me a few recommendations. She recommended an amazing groomer and when I go out of town I will be certain to board my dog with her! Excellent service!

Amanda and her team are amazing! Would highly recommend bringing your furry friend here for a overnight stay or training!! Process Canine is a client of our electrical company and we get to see behind the scenes what others do not, the whole facility is clean, very organized, and all of the team members are very knowledgeable and treat the dogs with extreme respect and care as if they were their own furry family members! We only want the best for our dogs and if you bring your pet to Process Canine they will be well cared for!

PC is the only place around Cleveland (and beyond) that I recommend when people are looking for daycare and boarding services for their dog! This facility is trainer run which makes such a critical difference with appropriate and healthy management of dog behavior and social interactions. Amanda is a WIZARD when it comes to social dog behavior, play and facilitating perfectly matched play pairs and groups. She narrates and reads dog behavior in a funny, but accurate way that makes sense to anybody. She is honest about the experience of dogs at Process and has no problem letting owners know when their dog isn’t a fan of the environment or dismissing dogs who are not safe to have there. She takes better care of her staff than herself- and it shows! Her staff retention rate is outstanding, with her 2 original employees still on staff from Process’s opening date in 2017. This is a great option for busy pet owners who need another occasional energy outlet for their dogs or for dogs who don’t have much access to other dogs, but need to learn appropriate social skills. Process advocates for dogs of all personalities and preferences and can foster better social skills and experiences than most owners can navigate on their own at dog play dates or dog parks. This business was grown out of Amanda’s own home with years of hard work and client dedication. Amanda and her staff are true dog lovers and have mastered the art of dog daycare and boarding!

Amanda and her whole team are truly the best. My dog Loki sometimes has a hard time getting used to new people, but honestly seems to trust everyone at process. He’s been going to daycare about once a week for five years and also has the occasional boarding. I wouldn’t feel safe taking him anywhere else for boarding and love that someone is at the facility 24/7. So thankful to have them on the east side!

I love Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights. Calvin, our very energetic GSP puppy attends daycare several times a week. He is always excited when we arrive and practically pulls me into the building. We also use boarding services which is great too as it comes with daycare. The employees are all amazing with Calvin and are so friendly. Ten out of ten recommend!

My husband and I started using this camp branch when we moved to the are, and our Langston loves it here all we have to say friends and he knows it’s playtime he’s even made their dog spotlight for the month we leave him in great care the staff loves him and he loves them

The camp counselors at CBW are always so friendly and patient. They love my Maxx and are very personable and caring towards him all of the time. This camp bow wow is amazing and a go to when I am home with my energetic boxer puppy!! The staff is attentive and knows the personalities of their campers!! I had an medical emergency last time I was home and they were gracious enough to make space for my puppy over the holiday weekend! If you want to know that your four legged child is in good hands, send them to camp bow wow in Bedford!!

Our dog Elvis needed to stay at Camp Bow Bow over the weekend and I can't say enough good things about the staff there!! As it was his first time, they reassured me he would be fine and gave him extra cuddles and attention!! Thank you again!!!

I have referred two people whose pet still attend Camp Bow Wow. I love the staff at this facility. They know each dog by name and his/her personality. The help remind me when shots are due or if my pet is having an issue like scratching ears to much. Most of the time when you enter the facility it does not smell like animals. They keep it nice and clean.

After two years without a trip, we finally went on a trip last week. Our dog remembered Camp Bow Wow! He was so excited to go. And the caregivers remembered him too! He gets the right amount of play time in the play areas and quiet time in the cabin. We also like that we can check on him with the cameras. The app is very easy to use. We also like to get an exit bath, so that he is nice and clean when we pick him up! Highly recommend

My dogs absolutely love camp bow wow! In the past my husky mix has been anxious at other boarding facilities, he has a great time at camp bow wow and I never worry about him when we are away.

We've only been here twice for day camp, but so far my dog loves going here. He's rather large, and one time, he stood balanced on his hind legs to look over the gate in his eagerness. He only does that with things he really likes. I wish the play areas were a little bit larger, but my dog doesn't seem to mind, so I guess my opinion doesn't matter!

My dog's have always loved Camp BowWow and my rescue dogs come back to me a bit more socialized and happy with every visit. They never fight going back which makes me happy to see how eager they are to go play. I recommend them every chance I get. Many of my friends already take their dogs here for the same reasons. The staff is so loving and caring and treat the dogs well. I love checking up on my girl when I'm away via the Camper Cams. If I see something I want changed (once) I contact them and it seemed within minutes my dog was in the other section where she could go outside.

We live four hours from The Barkley and were in town during a stressful period as my spouse was being treated at the Cleveland Clinic. I was looking for a bougie place that felt like a resort than a kennel for my fur babies to stay that was safe and reputable. This place checked all the boxes. Additionally, when I needed to extend their stay, the staff, particularly Susan, could not have been more accommodating. She understood it was a stressful time and I was in a vulnerable position. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend The Barkley.

Our dog, Maya, has anxiety when it comes to being boarded which can make finding the right experience difficult. The Barkley has helped us so much, with their attentive staff making Maya feel right at home. During her stay they provided her with the extra care and attention she needed, easing her anxiety and our worries. Communication was great, with a lot of feedback on Maya's well-being and overall experience with the visit. The Barkley went above and beyond to increase her comfort and happiness. In short, if you're searching for a place where your furry friend's needs are met with care, look no further!

Picked up my dog after 6 days. When they brought him out to the lobby he stood and peed a very full bladder. I then waited 15 minutes while two staff members ran around trying to find my dogs medication. After telling me they’d call me “when it turned up” and realizing I wasn’t leaving without it, it was found. The next day my dog was lethargic and not eating. After a visit to the vet with 104 fever it was determined he picked up some type of infection during his stay. I do not recommend

I am so thrilled with the Barkely, for service, professionalism, and dedication to my puppy’s wellbeing. Susan is a particularly amazing gem at the Barkely. Caring for my Molly Moon isn’t easy, and being able to drop her off with peace of mind for grooming and day care is such a blessing!

The Barkley hotel was absolutely amazing!! The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating with all my questions and concerns!! I would like to especially thank Linda, Jessica for answering ALL my questions and many concerns!! They were so kind and nice not only to be but to my grand puppy Mina!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I put my Rottweiler here while we were on vacation as the reviews were good. They were terrified of the dog even though she is not vicious. They left the dog in the cage while she pooped and peed all over herself and the cage. We watched it on the cameras. I had to call a family member to come rescue her from this so called luxury kennel. Do NOT take your dog here if they have a stigma against them such as a Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc.

My 3 yr. old Border Collie mix stayed in the Barkley Park suite for 10 days. I checked web cam daily and he was fine. Food and water and a rug and a cot for his comfort. He had 3 activity play times, which I wish I could have seen, that I'm pretty sure he enjoyed. He has a lot of energy and they let me know. I trust that everyone there made him feel at home. A bath and a brush on the last day was great. I wish he could tell me all about his stay. He sorta did as he "talks" to me and his tone was very upbeat and chatty. The facility is very clean and friendly staff. He will be back! Thank you for the care and my peace of mind while leaving him behind.

We took our 10 months old puppy here because we were going on a 5 day cruise. The staff was so friendly and caring. We were able to watch our dogs activities on our phone. I highly recommend the Barkley Pet Hotel.

My two dogs seemed happy and clean. Can’t ask for much more than that. The facility was looked outstanding and clean. The staff was helpful. The price was a bit high but I added in extras so I figured that. My dogs didn’t seem as stressed as the last place I took them. Maybe next time I will book them a little pool time.

This is a great spot for boarding, daycamp, & anything in between. The only issue i have is their phone system. There are multiple numbers listed and they all seem to be redirecting to other mailboxes or caller ids making it very confusing & complicated to get in touch with any sort of worker.

Great staff and services offered at PawsCLE. I have regularly utilized daycare services since my puppy was 5 months old, now 1 year old. For daycare, scheduling/having a reservation is a must as they appear to fill up quickly - but we have never had issues with it as I set up a recurring reservation. The flexibly of adding reservation dates and cancelling reservations is made easy with the online account portal. My pup loves going to daycare and comes home exhausted, which is nice if you have things to do in the evening. The report card/photos each day are also a hit! We began using the grooming services when they became available and have never looked back. Jocelynn is our go to, but she has mentored the other groomer (Moriah) so I'm sure she does great work also. There are not enough stars to give this business what it deserves!

We have been very happy with the accommodations and services at Paws CLE since we started with a grooming in November 2023. Our girl always seems eager to visit and happy to head home and rest when we've had her in daycare. The grooming services along with the daycare/boarding really sets this place apart if you are able to take advantage.

*SINGS* WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME!!! ok where everyone knows your pups name. Even from day one! And as someone who has a fur baby with a unique name, people knew who Princess Cotton Kandy Periwinkle Unicorn was from day one and got her name right automatically. I should name her Norm because that's the same "Cheers " welcome she got on her first day!

Great place, they take notes and adjust techniques to improve your dog's experience. They really do try and it has shown with my pups. The Woofgang Bakery and Grooming was getting so shady and unprofessional, my dogs were starting to get too scared to go, so I decided I needed to find a new place. I found this place and couldn't be happier, they took their time with the pups and they now love "Spa Day"again, and they look fantastic. It was a night and day difference in quality and experience for the pups. Highly recommend, it may take a a visit or two for them to adjust to your pup's needs, but know they are adjusting and trying to create a more positive experience for your pup behind the scenes.

This was our first time using PawsCLE grooming service and we couldn’t be happier! We have a big dog (Great Pyrenees) with a complex coat, so I’m always nervous using a new grooming service, but the groomer we worked with was really knowledgeable and did a great job with our boy. This is the best his coat has looked and is a perfect length / thickness for the spring. We also got a report card with a picture (attached) where he was described as “wiggly, curious, and stubborn” but also “lazy” 😂! Which checks out. Looking forward to using them again.

Jocelyn did a fabulous, fabulous job grooming our elderly, anxious pup! The best haircut she’s had in years. Everyone we interacted with at Paws CLE was friendly and professional. The intake process was thorough and easy to do online. We will definitely return.

Paws cle is everything we had hoped heights canine would be. My dog is a little anxious and needed some help feeling comfortable, and they did a great job with her. Unfortunately there is (was?) a wait list, but it is worth it.

I seriously smile every time I drop our Mila off at PawsCLE! Our big, yet very timid Bernese has flourished since starting daycare here! Now, a little over 1, she can still hardly control her excitement whenever we pull in to drop her off. We've boarded her several times and have never ceased to feel comfortable and secure in her care. We truly feel like Jeff and his team are like family and watching our pup have the time of her life; well, that's just priceless. Can't recommend enough!

Great group of people who are very caring and make your experience enjoyable and easy. I have only used their daycare services, so I cannot speak for their boarding. My dog loves going there. Highly recommended.

Martha and her team took such good care of my fur baby. Brinks is our 9+ year old Cane Corso (Italian Mastif) who has hip dysplasia social and separation anxiety. Those conditions were no issue for Martha as she took all of that into consideration and cared for my boy so well he didn’t appear to want to leave 😂 she even gave him daily massages for his sore hips! And when he went through all of his food she reached out to us to find out what brand he likes and went and got some more herself!! 5 starts for Martha and Anything is Pawssible!

Anything Is Pawssible Dog Resort is AMAZING!!! My family had to board our 8 month old puppy, Huey, for the first time ever because of a last minute emergency and let me just say that we were HIGHLY IMPRESSED! Not only is it affordable but Martha offers so much! While away your dog will get the highest care, love, and appreciation from Martha and the other dogs around him. It's not just a resort it's a place where your dog can work and learn on his basic skills as well as have a fun time with other dogs! We were so worried that Huey wouldn't adjust well (because with circumstances of the pandemic and then this winter) with other dogs, since he had little to no interaction but Martha had him bond with her first and then the other dogs slowly at a time, even having a best friend in another fur buddy, Titus! Huey and our family were so happy with our results that we're coming back again and everyone with a dog should too!!!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Martha made sure my dog (and I) were comfortable during my dog’s stay. Prices reasonable. This was my first time boarding my dog, but I will definitely returning. Martha kept me in the loop with my dog’s care while on my vacation. She was very personable and knowledgeable of her craft.

We felt so comfortable with Martha after meeting with her the first time! She really cares so much about the dogs, and is really thorough with her process. Our pups came home happy and calm after their stay. We will definitely bring them back for future visits.

Our dogs had a great time at AIP! The owner, Martha, is highly knowledgeable about dogs and took amazing care of them. She also kept up the training and commands we are working on. She stayed in contact with us and we got some cute photos while we were away. They came home exhausted, which is always a great sign. We will be using them again for our next trip. We got our puppy at 2 months old and she was a nightmare with a leader of the pack mentality. She also was doing a lot of puppy biting, peeing in the house, and did not like to be controlled on walks which combined caused us a lot of anxiety and frustration. We took her to a different puppy training class which did not help much. However, when we got her back after 2 weeks of boarding with Martha, we noticed a huge difference in her. Fast forward to 4 weeks after boarding, she is a completely transformed puppy. Thanks to Martha, she no longer has accidents in the house, is no longer biting, follows our leads on walks, and is a joy to be around. Martha took time to answer questions and walk us through how to lead our pup in different environments which has made our lives 1000% easier.

What a great experience!!! Martha is very professional. She’s very punctual and presents a safe environment for our puppy. He’s learned so much and is a very obedient puppy since we’ve sent him to the training. He enjoys his stays and the boarding option is phenomenal for our travel out of state. I would advise anyone to use this company and you will reap many benefits for you, your puppy, and your peace of mind.

Martha is a miracle-worker and the reason my family can take vacations without worry. Prior to finding Martha we'd come home to a sick, traumatized dog and didn't look forward to this aspect of our vacations with previous sitters, but some of our fears were alleviated just upon meeting Martha. She was clearly interested in our whole dog - asking us exploratory questions to evaluate character, fit with other dogs and any behavior issues. We shared a couple training issues that we've struggled with since our Malamute was a puppy - and I'm glad we did because it turns out Anything actually is Pawssible when older dogs need to learn new tricks. We returned from a week-long vacation to a healthy, smiling, energetic dog that suddenly obeys commands the first time (BIG deal for a Malamute), and appears to understand (even enjoy) being a dog - not a human that sits on the couch. I'm beyond impressed considering I was only looking for a dog sitter, but will be going back to Martha for more training. Martha Thompson is the most talented, caring, and patient dog trainer I’ve ever met. In such a short time, she was able to transform my dog, Cova, who suffered from extreme abuse and neglect for the majority of her life. She had severe behavioral issues including fear based aggression and resource guarding. After completing the board and train program and follow up lessons with Martha, Cova has become more confident and trusting of others. She loves taking walks, getting pup cups, and traveling to stores. We are able to have people over and take Cova with us everywhere. Prior to Martha’s training, this would have never been possible.

Martha does not rush the process, she waits for the dog to come to her! That's important for an over anxious dog like ours. During our trip we received updates and videos, so we were able to see North go from very anxious to more calm and comfortable. Martha is professional, caring and knowledgeable. She even offers training during boarding and daycare, most others don't. Give her a try. I'm glad we did!
