Maria and Dan are true to their word - easy-going and thoughtful! I would add - generous too, in assisting with your stay. Communication was flawless and really made things easy for me on my first sit. They clearly worked hard to try to cover any eventuality on a handy reference guide. I'm glad I got to meet them as well as sit for them! Otter and Maybel are older pups who really just want to hang out close by. This worked just fine for me while I worked remotely during the day. The backyard is large and the setup is great for relaxing. The home is in a quiet, cozy neighborhood great for running. It's also just a few minutes from a trailhead for one of the nicest bike paths you'll find. Downtown Milford is also close; there are a number of small shops and restaurants. Grab a bite at The Governor - delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a sit in the area!
We thoroughly enjoyed our pet sit with Mia in Durango. She was hesitant with us at first , but soon warmed up to us and we became her best friends. Pet parents Carol and Larry are great people, and we were lucky enough to meet them in Durango at their beautiful home. The view is sensational and Durango is an amazing location. What a joy to be in a great location in a destination like Durango. A cute little dog was frosting on the cake.āØāØWe look forward to watching Mia again soon. She is a sweetheart.
This was a pleasant and nice house sit in Vollsjƶ, which is a calm and quiet village close to Sjƶbo, Lund and Malmƶ in the south of Sweden. The house is newly renovated, large and very well equipped. Csoki is a calm and sweet labrador girl who is very sociable and affectionate. She likes to go for longer walks and there are nice surroundings in Vollsjƶ, with a river that flows next to the house. Smiley is the cat boy who keeps to himself and is very friendly to Csoki. They are so nice to each other and have grown up together. They are very well behaved and easy to care for. Kati and BƩla are very kind, professional and considerate. Kati and BƩla made us feel welcome and we also got to enjoy fantastic cooking and hospitality. They had prepared great instructions about the house and pets. Kati and BƩla are very well traveled, open and curious. We really enjoyed getting to know them and talking to them about different destinations and travel memories. We arrived two nights before they set off for their trip. Overall a charming experience!
I'm going to say it, this was one of the most rewarding housesits I have completed to date. Firstly, Kate and Christian were easy going when it came to previewing the house and meeting Rufus. We did a casual video call followed by a viewing the week prior to the sit. Their home provided me with a lot of inspiration. Big open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with lots of natural light, houseplants, and big artwork. The office was tucked away in one end of the house making for a great nest of productivity. The office and living room open into a beautiful garden where I spent my lunch times enjoying the summer rays (when it wasn't raining). The guest bedroom is large, the bed is comfortable, and there is a separate private bathroom. If I had to find any criticism, which is difficult to do, I would mention that the guestroom is on the top floor and therefore warm in the summer evenings. Kate and Christian provided a fan which was sufficient, however. Onto Rufus. What a whirlwind of emotions I have for this dog. He is loving, kind, adorable, and the perfect size for adventures. We managed to explore the local park, Richmond Park, and went on a big adventure to Crystal Palace one day. Rufus will never leave your side on walks or when at home. He will chill in his bed near your feet while you work and occasionally ask for belly rubs or chase the squirrels and low-flying aircraft in the garden. My favourite time of the day was feeding time with Rufus. He bounces up and down on his hind legs like a kangaroo reaching for a tree branch with its mouth. It is so precious and will always bring a smile to your face. Unfortunately this became an issue later on. You see, my sit was quite unique in the fact that after 5 days into the housesit, Rufus cut his paw pad during a walk. After plenty of communication with Kate and Christian, it was decided that he should be taken to the vet. A great decision. Nonetheless, the poor dude (Rufus) spent majority of the housesit in the cone/donut of shame with a bandaged foot. Walks were limited and vet visits were regular. It was heartbreaking to see this joyous boy reduced to boring solitude and I hope he doesn't resent me for the tough decisions we had to make. Many evenings were spent cuddling on the couch, with Kate's permission. Thank you Kate and Christian for the opportunity. It was rewarding to add the extra care to Rufus, the sweetest dog on earth, and see his situation improve throughout the sit. I can rest knowing that he will be chasing the airplanes again sometime soon.
This sit in Passage West, near Cork, was all very low key with the gentlest of pets: two more senior doggies, Molly and Bobby, and their house mates, Benjamin and Stripe, the bunnies. Molly, Bobby and I enjoyed twice daily walks up to the local green spot, which is enclosed, so safe for both to go off lead. Molly always takes a dip in the water as the park has a small beach. Both dogs are friendly, love cuddles, company and snoozing. The bunnies spend their time being, well bunnies! They have access to the back garden and the front room and hop around at their leisure. Shelly and Alās home is full of character, natural light and their garden backs onto the river. Passage West is a great location and felt safe, with friendly neighbours. As hosts, Shelly and Al are very easy going, making me feel instantly at home and very welcome. Communication was great throughout. I 100% recommend this sit.
We had a lovely stay at Amy and Alison's beautiful home. "The Girls" - Gracie, Kermit, Jack and Willow - were so much fun to hang out with. They are all well trained and easy to walk in their beautiful neighborhood. Amy communicated throughout our stay and made sure we were VERY comfortable. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I promise you'll have a great time in their very spacious, immaculate and well appointed home. You wont want to leave the screened in porch. If you enjoy exploring small towns, breweries and wineries this is a wonderful area to do just that. Thank you, Amy and Alison, for such a fun long weekend. We hope to return another time.

We had to go out of town for 7 days and happened to come across this jem of a service! The owner is amazing/ soooo friendly. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood and is kinda like a duplex so the owners live right next door to the main cat hotel space. It is very clean and the cats seemed very happy. Even the medium size space was nice and I felt confident that our cat would have plenty of space to jump and play. A bonus was that the owner went above and beyond and reached out to us on her own with pictures and an update for our fur-baby ā” All in all, we will use this great little business again in the event that we will be out of town for an extended period of time. Excellent,Excellent, Excellent! I can't say enough of how well they took care of my cats. Owners, Tina and Tom went out of their way to work around my schedule. My cat stayed in very large and secure accommodations. The place is immaculate clean. You wouldn't even know that there were cats there. They even brushed and trimmed my cat's nails for me, so I know they spent time with them. They texted me and sent me photos while I was away. This really put me at rest that my cats were in a very safe environment. I would recommend this establishment highly.

My grumpy old cat stayed here for 16 days while we moved and coordinated housing. He is usually pretty tense, but he took to Cozy Cat immediately and wandered around sniffing stuff as we checked him in. The kennels are really large too, so Ollie had plenty of space to make himself at home. Tina sent us photos and kept in regular contact throughout the relatively lengthy stay, which made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving him. My husband even said that when he picked up the kitty, they took a few minutes to pet our cat goodbye, which is a level of genuine care and kindness that you can't find in most places. I would absolutely bring my baby back here!
This was our first experience boarding our two cats and it'll be hard to beat! Cozy cat inn is amazing and will be the only place we board our cats when we're in Florida! They took such love and care of our girls, we can't recommend this place enough!

Tina is awesome and Iām so happy I found her to take care of my kitties with health issues while I was away for the weekend. She went way above and beyond my expectations with glucose monitoring of my newly diagnosed diabetic cat, educating me, helping me research insulin and communicating with my vet. She even went to the pharmacy to pick up new insulin. She was frequently in contact by phone and text and even sent me some pictures of them chilling in their kennel. She was extremely flexible with early morning drop off and Sunday pickup times. I will rest easy knowing my cats are in good hands when I travel again in the future.
I always worry about my geriatric cat when I go away, especially because he has quite a few medical conditions and I'm very specific in regards to the care he needs. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing Ghost was being well taken care of. The hour drive there and back is worth it!

Sandra has been taking care of our pets for over 4 years. We have two dogs and two cats. They are always happy to see Sandra when she visits our house. Sandra keeps us updated as to how our pets are doing and takes good care of them. She is extremely reliable and very insightful when it comes to noticing changes in their behavior. The last time we were out of town, Sandra notified us that one of our dogs was limping. She contacted our vet and took her to the vet the next day. We have been using The Pet Nanny of Trinity for four years to care for our cats when we're away. We can not speak highly enough about the wonderful care Sandra has provided. She is dependable, professional and the cats love her. We have some special needs and elderly cats who require extra attention and medication and Sandra lovingly tends to all their needs. Cozy Doggie House is the first place Zensu has ever stayed for doggy daycare while I went to the beach & the Salvidor Dali museum. Updated to add: my rat terrier just came back so happy! Weāve been using Cozy Doggie House for 2 years now and they keep delivering an amazing service. They even renovated the area and dogs are secure and well taken care of. 1000% recommended Miriam is the best. She took care of my rat terrier for over two months and she sent me pictures whenever I needed them. I canāt recommend her enough, she really cares about pets, all her family are dog lovers so she was raised with all their love and she transmits that love and confidence to them. She also give them baths and pamper them! Is such a relief for me, I would have never ever left my dog if it was not with her. You wonāt regret it!
I was in a pinch, and Marian helped me out. She seems to have a very good understanding of dog behavior, and I felt comfortable leaving Oscar with her. She also responded promptly whenever I asked for an update. I would definitely recommend Marian and plan to use her services again in the future.

Toni and Craig are great pet sitters. We have an older cat who likes a lot of attention. We received texts every day with photos or videos so we could see how happy he was. They brushed him, sat near him while he ate, petted him and talked to him. They treated him like family and he was happy to see them every day. He even snuggled with them. We will definitely call them again to care for him.
We were worried to leave Paisley home alone for the first time since we lost our other kitty about a month ago. Toni and Craig took great care of Paisley. They kept Paisley on her feeding schedule and spent time with her giving her lots of attention and playtime. BEST KITTY SITTER EVER!!! Jo was unbelievable in her ability to bond with my shy siamese kitty that I adore! My kitty actually ended up, after ONLY A DAY OR TWO waiting at the door for her to come in and get some lovin and playtime! I was pleasantly surprised that my kitty even came out from under the bed! Jo was able to hold her and rub her tummy! Jo communicated with me and sent me pics each day! Beyond excellent! 10 stars for sure! EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Jo came through for us with very short notice. She took care of our many pets while we were gone for a week. She did everything we asked and more. Upon our return we even found gifts of toys for our cats and bird. I would recommend Jo many times over to anyone!

We had to put down our 18 year old Cockapoo, who lost control of her hind quarters. They were very caring and kind, and our lovely Murphy with a belly full of treats is now sitting on my Dads lap in doggy heaven.
We love this place. We moved an extra 30 minutes away from Westlake but we still drive out of the way to drop our husky off every time we leave town. By far the best boarding place around. Only ever had one issue (with billing, not with our dog or the stay) and it was corrected immediately by the manager. Highly recommend.
I boarded my 3 large dogs for 9 nights. I am very happy with the service provided.Will be utilizing their services again very soon. All 3 of my dogs came home exhausted from their doggy spa vacation.
I'm new to the area and had to find a place for my older dog to stay for a few days. Westlake was close and they did a good job! My dog looked happy and healthy when I came to pick him up. They are actually located behind the vet hospital office. I will use their service again. I found out afterward that the vet hospital is separate so they need the paperwork for your pet too if you plan to use them.
We had amazing experience boarding dog and Amazon Parrot. They both stayed 2 weeks over the holidays, our bird learned how to meow and bark. They both seemed well adjusted and they called me with any concerns. They both will be returning for three weeks at the end of the month.
Westlake Animal Inn Pet Resort was phenomenal! This was Lord Beric's first stay here and he loved it! The staff was phenomenal and very accommodating. I look forward to booking with them again as they took exceptional care of Lord Beric.

Rachel and Armando, did a fantastic job! Our Yoshi (bearded dragon) was happy and healthy when we returned home. Rachel kept in touch while we were gone and we didnāt worry because we knew Yoshi was in great hands! We will use Rachel and Armando again and recommend to our friends.
I have two big dogs that have been boarding with Armando since being puppies. Heās always been very accommodating to our needs amd the dogs are always happy to go there. The dogs dragging me in there when we go says it all. Theyāre always happy to get there and never nervous. Armando handles the dogs well and isnāt intimidated at all by their size. Heās pretty great with all the animals. Highly recommend All Critters!
I recently went on vacation and had to board my two dogs. One of them is 15 years old and on several heart medications, so I was really worried about leaving herāsheās my baby. Armando and Rachel went above and beyond to take care of her. They even gave her a separate room to keep her away from the stress of the other pets. Im so thankful that I found this place to board my dogs. Weāll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend them!
We boarded our bunny Twilight this past June she was so happy and cared for, it is so wonderful there. Armando and his team are so flexible, so nurturing and helpful, thereās just not enough words on how wonderful they are and the peace of mind. I feel to leave our precious little bunny, so we definitely will be back my Twilight has asked to return in September. Thank GOD for such wonderful and caring people.
My rabbit has stayed here twice, once was for an entire week. Armando is very flexible with his availability. He is very attentive to each animalās specific diet as well. He seems extremely knowledgeable about many animals. Iāve had no issues either time my rabbit has stayed there. She looked happy and healthy upon each pick up. He even lets her stay in a larger cage that can fit her litter box which was a game changer for me. I was able to bring anything I wanted to help her feel safe and comfortable during her stay. Very happy I found this hidden gem.
Weāve been boarding our parrots with Armando on and off for a year now. Clean and safe environment. Armando is great with them. Heās always there for us. We are thankful for All critters boarding.

It's been a very long time since we last boarded our dog Zeus. We found this place online, and after talking with Armondo we decided to go with them. They were very flexible with my crazy schedule. Armondo sent me updated text with photos of how Zeus was doing. The facilities was clean. When I picked up Zeus he was very comfortable there and was not stressed out like a previous place we have used in the past. That's the reason we don't like to board him. I believe we found a great place for us to use in the future. Now we can feel more comfortable planning a future getaway.
Armando and his team took the best care of our four pet ducks - including one that we consider "special needs" named Lenny. Not only did he ensure they were happy and healthy, but he went above and beyond when our little Lenny refused to eat, providing him with alternative healthy food options to help him relax and feel at home. He also gave Lenny A DOG BED when we told Armando that Lenny thinks hes a dog and sleeps in a tiny dog bed next to our bed each night. So caring and attentive. Armando recently cared for our two dogs and our macaw while we were on vacation for a week. He sent videos and texts updating us on their stay. He was very flexible with a weekend pick up outside of his normal business hours. His prices were VERY reasonable. The dogs got to hang out in a home like environment which was great (no outside kennels). Our bird is somewhat high maintenance and tends to scream a lot when in unusual situations. When I arrived to pick him up he was happily and quietly swinging in his cage and Armando reported he was good all week after settling in the first day. Since pickup - he has been very chatty and happy. In past boarding situations (Not All Critters), he screams for weeks to punish us. I definitely recommend All Critters pet boarding and will definitely use them again when needed.
