Before we left for our vacation, Lizzie and Jen came over to see our place and meet our two dogs. We spent a wonderful evening together, introducing them to Lupita and Juanita, explaining the dogs’ routine and the quirks of our home, and generally having a great time chatting about everything under the sun! From the start, it was obvious that they knew how to take care of dogs and love being with them. They looked after of the dogs (who really took to them) wonderfully well. While we were away, they kept in touch, sending some amazing photos and keeping us up-to-date with what was going on. We returned to two very happy dogs and a well-kept house. We were so sorry to see Lizzie and Jen leave (the dogs were, too!), but hope to see them again before too long. We would love to have them back to take care of our little ones when we go on future trips - Lupita and Juanita wholeheartedly agree. All four of us have no hesitation recommending them - great dog sitters, great house sitters, great people!

Dianne is always a pleasure speak to coordinate times for drip off and pick ups. She is amazing with our mini puppy poodle. We've used Furry Friends Resort for daycare days and for our vacation. She puts much care and thought into our poodle and makes sure she is always well taken care of.
This is the best place for my cat. Diane takes such good care that my cat almost did not want to come back lol! Scheduling and all aspects are so stress-free. I give 10 stars!!

We needed accommodations for our Billy (6 month old feline) and we were fortunate enough to hear about Amy. Amy was kind enough to take in our little guy and treated him like he was her own. Just full of love and entertainment. Amy sent us photos of Billy and activities every day. We actually started looking forward to her photos over the vacation we were enjoying. Top notch and the best sitter in Buffalo!! Amy took great care of my mischievous pup Posie. I loved getting the daily photos and updates on her behavior. She was also super responsive when I needed to add extra days due to travel delays. My name is Rachel. I live off my disability. I don’t have a “Life”, therefore I do not get to go anywhere much at all. A bus ride on the metro is a treat to me. I don’t own a vehicle. Im one of those people who don’t catch breaks in life. I was asked by an out of town friend if I would house sit and dog sit for them while they were away and I had nobody who would watch my two cats. My sister would usually watch the cats but we had a big falling out and haven’t spoken to each other in five months. Her choice, not mine. therefore she left me in a bind. Of all the people in my cell phone, I had no one who would watch my cats even when I offered to pay them $100. I almost had to cancel the trip. The person had already paid for my plane ticket. I searched the internet and I found Amy!!! I never met her. I didn’t have the needed documents for the cats that she required because I have never had to look for a kennel before and she was professional and friendly and she worked with me and she didn’t even know me. Her home is beautiful and comfy. The neighborhood is gorgeous! Everyday for the week I was gone, she sent me photos and updates of both my pets. She was respectful and very professional. She went above and beyond and was patient with me as I canceled my plans with her due to financial difficulties. I was able to barrow from a friend and all was set to go with Amy. I definitely recommend her to new people who aren’t familiar with kennels. The cats were NOT locked up in crates or cages but had a room to themselves separate from the dogs. Cozy with carpet and a cat tree. I will DEFINITELY use her again in the NEAR future now that I know I can have a peace of mind about my cats and their safety. THANKS AGAIN AMY🥰‼️💯💯💯
This is the best places in Buffalo area for pet sitting, Amy is super professional responsible and nice person, she helped us a lot with our kitten Rica. Even when the kitten needed an eye drops Amy just found it somewhere and started treating. I'm highly recommend her if you are looking for something to take care of your fluffy friend.
We had a fantastic experience with Amy's B&B. Amy is professional, organized, and extremely kind to our sweet dog who is use to being just at home with us. I'm so happy she was able to take care of our pup during the holidays and send us pictures everyday of how she was doing. We will definitely be reaching out given a future opportunity. Janet, the owner, took care of my cat on 25th and 26th December and she did a phenomenal job. 5 stars are not enough for Janet. She’s extremely professional and she knows how to deals with cats. She follows all pet owners’ instructions carefully and I am very happy that I found her as my pet sitter.
I visit the nursing home next door often. The backyard and animal areas look immaculate. If ever a need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my little love bugs here.
Janet took excellent care of our 3 cats, including 1 who is diabetic while we were away on an overnight trip. She was extremely professional and provided us with a detailed account of everything she did. I don't even think the cats realized we were gone! Thanks!

I’ve been taking my Italian Greyhounds here for years. Everyone there is fantastic with them. Both of my dogs are on medications and they are thorough in making sure the instructions are up to date each visit. Debbie is familiar with some of the medications one of my dogs is on because she had a dog on them as well and she very understanding about his needs. Sarah is wonderful and you can tell she truly cares about the animals there. On our most recent visit one was not eating normal and she called to keep me updated until his tummy issues returned to normal. My dogs love to go visit Debbie’s and they know exactly where their spot is. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend everyone take their dogs to Debbie’s if they want a kennel that puts the animals first.
Dropped our little guy off here for the day so we could go see the falls. They were super sweet and communicative. Great place!
The care my bassett hounds received was great. You can tell the folks here really care about the animals. Very friendly and caring.

We took our 2 year old male lab and 5 month old lab female here during our 3 1/2 day trip out of town, and this place was amazing. They were friendly and offered many accommodations to comfort our pups. They were extremely nice to us and our dogs. We also got a “first time visit” discount, which was an added bonus. When we left, they gave each pup a special treat and showed obvious signs that they had bonded with our animals, and were sad to see them go. It’s definitely a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed! We will go here again!
Very pleased with the treatment our new puppy received. We wanted to take a city tour but were hesitant to leave our new puppy alone in the camper all day. Fortunately, found Debbie's online and she was less than 5 minutes from our campground. We visited in advance and were impressed with the accommodations and more important the people there. I'd recommend Debbie's for anyone visiting the area needing a place to watch your fur baby while you do some sightseeing.
Wow the folks that run this pet palace were terrific. They really took the time to listen to directions and I appreciated all of the shot records they requested. We will definitely be bringing our pet back when we visit the area again.
This place is phenomenal!!!! If I ever come back with my dogs again I will definitely board them there. Debbie and Earl were just great and my dogs loved it. So if you go to Niagara Falls with pets and need to board them to take in the sites, this is the place to leave them.
Absolutely fantastic couple! I messed up and showed up to drop off my dog outside of their hours but they happened to be there and checked my Dog in anyways with no complaints. My dog seemed well taken care of upon pickup and the staff was very friendly and caring of my pup! Highly, Highly recommend!
The only place I take my pup for her nails. Debbie is an amazing gentle pet lover. My dog is very comfortable with her. She is so nice and just so loving to my dog. The staff always has been great and very friendly. Debbie is so caring.
We brought our dog Rip in for a trial day care day to get her use to the facility and staff before boarding her here. She was a little nervous going in, but Tyler and the staff were very patient with her and I can tell by the photos they posted of her (which I love to see how she is doing) she was having an amazing time once I left. She was tired when I picked her up which is great and hard to accomplish having a Belgian malinois with unlimited energy. Look forward to bringing her back for boarding this week, as I know she will be in good hands while we are gone. Definitely worth the 40 min drive for us to know our dog is well cared for and getting to run like she is use to at home. Thanks Second home pet boarding !!
Our dog Leroy was here for 3 weeks while we were away! Longest time being in boarding but the daily photo updates were amazing and could always see a smile on Leroy’s face! Misty and her team were amazing and Leroy seemed to really enjoy his time here! Will deff be back for future boarding needs!
Oh my goodness, I just realized I had not left a review of this amazing place that we used for our two fur babies in August. I would very highly recommend Misty and the staff at Second Home Pet Boarding. I am very much the dog owner that feels if my dog can’t come I just may not go, and find it ever so difficult to trust and be ok with leaving my dogs. Misty and her staff, reassured me through many an email, phone call and then with photos of our dogs daily having a blast! If there is ever a need again to put my dogs up for boarding I would without a doubt go back to Second Home! Thank you all so much!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! They watched my 3 boys for me for almost 3 weeks while we were away, updated us daily with pictures and videos! My guys all had the best time and I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone in need of pet boarding!! Thank you so much to all the staff for loving my dogs as much as I do!! Best place ever to take your dogs! My rescue TWC is nervous with new people but Loves dogs, Cindy truly knows how to handle any dog and my dogs love spending time with her. I try to not let my emotions get in the way when I drop my dogs off to stay so they can all have a fun time playing and I just let cindy do what she does best and let my dogs , just be dogs. They are so happy and tired when we pick them up and when I ask if they were any trouble she just says that they were no trouble, they ate all of the meals and were extremely well behaved. I have taken them to other boarding kennels where they follow another trainers perspective on dog training and have been really disappointed with how they handled my dogs. Cindy just gets it and know exactly how to get any dog to bond with her.
Cindy was amazing and our pup has never gone to another kennel! We will never bring our senior “pup” back to this kennel under the new ownership (which occurred sometime after 2018 - the last time our pup was with Cindy) We feel the new owners misrepresented the care that he would receive as a senior dog during a phone call prior to booking and at drop off *with staff (supposed to be kept separate with other seniors, with reduced activity) In our opinion, he did not receive the care and oversight that we were led to believe he would. We feel he was bitten while in their care (!) and he also got a green “goopey” eye infection. He was excited to see us when we picked him up that night and the only thing I noticed as he immediately curled up in his bed was that his one eye seemed puffy. He refused to move for food, water etc the next holiday day and his eye looked more puffy and as I felt around the spots around his eye they felt crusty. The next day he was again not moving and his eye was much worse. A vet visit and antibiotics & a topical cream for the swelling (that got worse before the antibiotics started to work) that nearly closed his one eye and incapacitated his one leg. He went through about 17 - 19 days of recovery. We are just now seeing the dog he was before we dropped him off for his Thursday night to Sunday night boarding. Their public Facebook photos do tell a story of the 20-30 dogs loose together that apparently even they haven’t seen as they seem to be most focused on the “cute” photo they are trying to capture immediately in front of their camera! The scars that have been revealed around his eye as the days have passed have led us to believe a styptic powder had been applied to stop the bleeding; thus the “crusty” spots noticed when we got him home. This is our opinion on what happened but he will never go back.

It’s been said but again, our dog has never had a bad experience while under Cindy’s care and we expected the same from this new kennel owner. This was a horrible thing to watch him go through. He will never go back.
The best place in Niagara to board your pets without question! We were able to see daily photos of our dogs having fun and playing with the other dogs. When we picked them up they looked great and were happy. Second Home even reached out to us during their stay to ask questions about our one dog, which definitely goes above and beyond in my opinion!! If you are looking for a place to board your dogs, then look no further!!!
UTG is a well known local institution! I am a local dog walker myself and frequently refer clients that have daycare needs. Therese, Karen & their staff (shout out specifically to Laurie!) have created a wonderful home daycare experience and are the most caring & kind caregivers your dog could have. My groomer of many years retired I was so upset trying to find the right fit as my 6 yr old Schnauzer as she is totalling blind we took her to Therese and we were so happy with the outcome a great cut and Stella was not stressed at all when she was picked up, they have gained another customer.
Urban Tailz is the best!!! A home away for our boys. Whether it is for daycare or extended stays, Karen, Therese and Laurie provide the best experience for our fur-babes. Their beautiful, caring energy is why I feel so good leaving our boys in their care. Our rescue pup who isn’t the most trusting around new people goes every Friday and I think he considers the Urban Tailz team his extended family. I call Fridays his weekly retreat where he connects with his fur-buddies and gets a break from his bossy senior fur-brother. When my sweet but timid rescue dog can’t contain his excitement when we pull in the driveway, the atmosphere that Urban Tailz provides is evident! Hands down, the best option for our beloved fur-fam❤️
Urban Tailz has the best staff. Our puppy is always excited to go for daycare. I receive photos and updates during his time there. They are also teaching him proper socialization and behavior. I wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else.

If you are looking for a place for your pet to go that is as close to the feeling at home this is it! We can’t say enough about how the peace of mind you will have knowing your pet is in the best possible place and space. Our dog literally cries in excitement to get there and paces the back seat knowing we are close. The owners are incredible people and we literally choose always them over anyone to watch our dog. The beautiful open space to play, make friends and exercise with loads of shade is like no other. Truly blessed and grateful for this pet resort. This is Part 2 of my review!! So our dog legit lies down in front of the gate not wanting to come home. Trust me she has an amazing life at home. But how amazing she does not want to leave her space where it’s safe and fun! The owners are the very best. It’s home. We are so lucky to have them in our dog’s life. When we say are you going to see Kim and Perry , our dog goes to the door at home and is over the moon! You’ll never feel guilty leaving them ever. The best ! The end.
The best dog facility ever. Perry & Kim have been providing walks, daycare and boarding for my dog since he was a puppy. He is now 6 and the only place we trust to care for him. We moved away but still drive 2 hours to get their help for my dog. They treat all dogs like their own and have the best property. My dog loves to go there and loves the owners as much as I do. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.
This is the true definition of what a pet resort actually is. Kim and Perry are top notch caregivers for their guests. The facility is amazing, very neat and clean with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play till their hearts are content. When my dogs come home from there, they don’t want do anything but sleep…mission accomplished!
We’ve used several dog walking, dog boarding and dog daycare services, nothing has come close to the outstanding service at Best Friends. We have total confidence in Kim and Perry, they truly love the dogs and treat them like their own. Safety, fun and individual attention are priorities. Our dog loves going there and is totally exhausted when he gets home. Highly recommend!!
I really love this place. As dog owners who have lived in Toronto for years and benefited from the wide array of dog walking and doggy daycare services, we worried when we moved to the country that we would not find something suitable for our dog, who we really would never board in a traditional kennel. When I tell people about the Resort, I usually add that I would like to stay and just enjoy the views - any dog here is a lucky dog. The place is massive - tons of space to roam and play, and the "kennel" that owners really only use to feed the dogs, is gorgeous...they could rent it on AirBnB for humans. On top of that the owners Kim and Perry are friendly and genuinely care about the safety of your fur baby - they take the time to evaluate every dog and ensure it's going to have a great time. We can't wait to make better use of their Resort in the future.
We were so thrilled to have found this amazing pet resort operated by Kimberly and Perry who truly love animals. Right from our initial meeting I knew this was the place I had been hoping to find. I had been all over the Niagara region prior to finding this resort. The dogs get lots of outdoor playtime, walks to sniff all the scents and to be dogs off leash. The dogs sleep on dog beds in their home when staying overnight which ensures the dog’s safety and comfort. We found heaven on earth for our Finley! Judy and Frank Adamson
I love love LOVE this place, it's my 2 dogs' happy place which makes it my happy place too :) What's not to love? … loads of wide open (fenced in) spaces full of wonderful green things to sniff and piddle on. They run and play and frolic until they are pooped., they have a nap and are back at it again! I love that Perry and Kim treat each dog as if it were there own beloved pooch. I send my guys for day camps for supervised socialization and playtime and when I'm away, I know all the dogs are happily curled up in the house with them at night, dreaming about the next day's adventures in paradise. I'm fussy when it comes to my boys. Nothing but the best for the monsters and with Best Friends… that's just what I get, the BEST 😍
I have brought my dog here multiple times for overnight stays and I am so happy I found them! The property is amazing and my dog loves running around their fields. I felt like my dog was really well taken care of and that her individual needs were well looked after. I love that they operate kennel free and allowed my dog to sleep in their home as if she were in her own home. Can’t say enough- I’m so grateful for your services.
We have been taking our two dogs to Best Friends Resort for the past 3 years. Each time we pick them up its evident how well they have been cared for. I love that they are on Facebook and post pics and videos of their guests. Each day we were away we looked forward to seeing our babies and other babies. The most amazing resort and will not leave our Jax with anyone else. We have tried other "resorts" in the past and nothing compares to best friends. Kim and Perry are amazing people and treat our dog like it's their own! Sleep inside, 10 acres of running space....can't believe how well they are taken care of. Strongly recommend!!

Lindsey took care of our palliative 16-year-old cat during a family vacation this past summer. We were so nervous to leave him because he requires careful observation and a lot of care (e.g. watching for and addressing nausea, giving him medications, making sure he's eating enough, etc.). When we were even just exploring the idea of a pet sitter we felt immediately comfortable upon meeting Lindsey at an inital consultation. We appreciated that she encouraged the use of home cameras so we could check-up on Fluffy and her compassion and love of animals was so obvious and genuine; it was because of this we decided to have her, rather than family, care for Fluffly in our absence. While we were away Lindsey sent us detailed updates about Fluffy always accompanied by photos (some are attached here). She gave him so much love by brushing and cuddling with him and taking him outside to enjoy the sunshine. She even worked with our vet tech to help administer Fluffy's subcutaneous fluids (which could be an intimidating task for anyone without such experience!). Upon our return we joked that Fluffy had a little vacation too since he seemed so well cared for! Fluffy has since passed, but Lindsey's important role near the end of Fluffy's life cannot be overstated. Any pet would be lucky to be cared for by Lindsey. 😺❤️
Lindsey took care of our little Alana for a whole week while we were on vacation. She came in twice a day to feed her and play with her and change her litterbox. And since Alana is the biggest cuddle bug, Lindsey made to sure give Alana extra cuddles to make Alana feel super loved while we were gone. Alana really loves Lindsey, and we will always trust her to take care of Alana when we are away.
I highly recommend Lindsey from Grimsby Pet Care for anyone who needs a reliable and caring pet sitter. She came and checked up on my cat over the Christmas break and did an amazing job. She followed all the instructions I gave her and kept me updated with photos and messages. My cat is usually very anxious when I'm away, but he was happy and calm when I came home thanks to Lindsey's attention and affection. She is a true animal lover and a professional pet sitter. I will definitely use her service again in the future.

I used Lindsey service as she took care of our precious Zoe (sheltie). Zoe, a senior 16yrs, required special care for she couldn’t do stairs, had visual limitations and just required more attention than a regular dog. Lindsey was amazing! Her passion to provide such loving care was as if Zoe was her own owner. She understood Zoe’s needs, was very attentive, sent me daily pictures & communication, which was so reassuring. Lindsey helped me prepare for my dog's end of life. She provided emotional support and made referrals to trusted professionals for an at-home euthanasia. Lindsey looked after my 3 cats while we went away for 10 days. I was very nervous to leave them that long, especially after our girl had been so sick a month before. Lindsey sent us pictures and videos everyday, followed all our instructions and went above and beyond to make sure she saw each cat every time she came over as one of them likes to hide. She also made sure she saw all 3 of them eat their wet food. She spent extra time with our high energy cat who needs lots of playtime as well. She is incredibly trustworthy and reliable and we will be using her again when we go away in the summer. I highly recommend Lindsey.
Lindsey took great care of our two girls. Our dogs don't warm up to people easily, but she was patient and caring; and soon gained their trust. We were grateful for her detailed updates and pictures. We have been using Kay 9 Companion for many years and have never been disappointed. From training and dog walking our fur babies have grown so much. The biggest change that we've seen in our St. Bernard Gus is how happy he is with Kay. When we first started using Kay 9 Companion he didn't know how to play with other dogs because he didn't have any siblings to play with. After a few field trips with Kay 9 Companion he learned how to play with other dogs safely in the right environment with another dogs not only his size but small ones too. It made bringing another dog into our family so much better because we knew they would know how to interact together. Now our newest dog Tigger and Gus both go to see Kay and are always happy to see her. Not only is she a quality trainer but she has a marvelous space for the dogs to play and interact both inside and outside for a day full of fun.
Kay is a great lady and runs an awesome doggy daycare. She is very experienced. We have been going to K9 since we got our boy Smokey from Niagara Dog Rescue.( He is from Kentucky) . He is a year and a half now Thanks to Kay and all his friends at K9, Smokey has learned a lot and his adjustment to our home has been much easier. Smokey loves his visits to K9 Once again thanks for everything Kay
We had a great experience with Kay 9! We had literally never left our 2 year old border collie before. She has been on every family vacation with us. But this year my 13 year old wanted to go to Niagara Falls for her birthday and we felt that it wouldn't be so much fun for Maya. We wanted to find someone close to where we where staying. When I contacted Kay she was very professional and flexible. Kay kept us updated and sent photos and videos which definitely put our mind at ease. Maya came home happy. I will definitely use Kay again. I am very grateful that she took such loving care of our fur baby.
Our Clairo has been going to Kay’s daycare for 3 years. Her time spent there has helped enormously with her nervous temperament. She has fun playing with the other dogs and having cuddles with Kay. Highly recommend!
Kay is absolutely amazing with dogs! She was one of the instructors when we took our big Akita mix to training - and he fell in love with her! She also boarded him while we went away for our wedding, because I couldn’t imagine him with anyone else! She treated him amazing, sent us updates and even forgave him for wrecking her XL dog crate haha 10/10, HIGHLY recommend for all your dog needs!
Kay is absolutely amazing. My dog stayed for boarding had the best time. Kay posted videos and pictures to her Facebook every day so I could check in. Such a great experience that my dog is coming for daycare twice a week in the new year.
Kay-9 has given our Blake a home away from home. Kay has such an amazing space for dogs to roam free and play together. She constantly posts videos and pictures of our pup and makes us feel happy seeing our little guy. Thank you very much Kay for your outstanding service and dedication you put to our furry family.
She is very good with animals. She has trained our husky since a puppy and she is very well behaved. Our dog loves Kay and going to Kay-9 companion. Your dog is in good hands with Kay!
