We felt so welcomed by Matt and Katya on their lovely property. Reggie and Gizmo were very special fur people not only fun but so affectionate and well behaved. It was a luxury to light fires inside during the colder days over the Christmas break. Plenty of wood available on the property. We enjoyed our daily walk checking on the sheep and fences. The views from every room of the home and large undercover outside area were very picturesque and ever changing with the weather. We highly recommend this sit as a tranquil comfortable large clean home coupled with two divine doggos!

I've had a lot of great experiences with Trusted Housesitters, but this one stands out as one of the best. The house is new, clean, comfortable, and full of love. I was fortunate to spend some time with Sue and Deb before the sit and they were so welcoming that I felt like I was with dear friends. Sue was always quick to reply to any questions before and during the sit. Of course, the star is Monty, a shy but sweet gentleman. He warmed up after a couple days and charmed me with his funny chirps and fondness for catnip toys. I will miss our morning conversations. I would absolutely return to this sit! Our pet tortoise Clyde, a miniature Hermann, thoroughly enjoyed her week's holiday with Liz in Pawz Pet Services Tuam. Our precious wee dog Pal spent two nights this past week at this boarding Kennell. Number one the lady who runs it Liz couldn't be any nicer. She made us & Pal feel very at home and at ease . Starling review for this kennel! I cannot recommend this kennel highly enough. From the moment I dropped my dog off, I knew she was in great hands. Very professional and calming demeanor from Johnny, facilities are spotless, ensuring some privacy for every dog. Johnny was quick to provide me with updates which gave me peace of mind, as my dog struggles with separation anxiety. It is very obvious that staff there genuinely loves animals. We have changed few kennels over the years and this is the first time she was back after a week time in great condition, no weight loss, happy and wiggly. Definitely coming back. Thanks Johnny
Only Recently heard of Madra Motel and we are so glad we did. Our Retriever is almost a year old and he is a hairy ball of energy. He loved his weekend stay here and was 100% himself when we brought him home, he was so excited and you could tell he fully enjoyed his stay here. (we only ever had one experience of a different kennels and Kai came home cowering and took him a few days to get back to his usual crazy character) 5 stars from us and Kai for Madra Motel.
Cannot recommend Jonathan and Madra Motel enough! Its our first time using a kennel for Monty and were put at ease immediately by Jonathan. Thank you for everything, we will be back and will recommend to all our family & friends!
Again another amazing holiday for both Kylie and Luna (2 engergetic labradors) and my girls and I. So amazing to be able to head away knowing that they are being so well looked after by Johnny. When I always pick Kylie and Luna up they are in such good form and when the get back home it's as if they haven't been away because Madra Motel is a home from home!!! Thanks again so much Johnny!!!!

Madra Motel Boarding Kennels have been a god send to us! Johnny & Rhona really care about dogs and their facilities are second to none! Johnny is always so responsive on Whatsapp making booking so easy and quick and he regularly sends us updates on our Rocky's stay! Rocky does have a great time there and we know he is so well looked after! I would have no hesitation recommending Madra Motel and just know your dog will be looked after by Johnny & Rhona like their own dogs!
The facilities here are clean, the owners great to deal with and the dogs happy! Our dog Lola stayed for two weeks and had lots of fun playing with the other dogs there and seemed almost depressed the night she came home with us! Jonny was very responsive, and was sending us videos of playtime via WhatsApp every few days to keep us informed. Last year, Lola stayed at a different kennel and came home filthy dirty and very smelly, but not so this year. 😃👍
My dog stays at Madra Motel from time to time. He loves it there. Johnny is so good with the dogs which makes it a lot easier to leave your dog there. I would really recommend this place
