Hilary

Hilary and Tim were exceptionally good at caring for our dog and cat. In fact, at one point we thought our dog was going to jump in the car and go home with them. We came back to a lovely clean house, a warm welcome and a hot meal. They obviously loved being with the animals, which made our holiday so much more relaxing as we weren't worrying about our pets. We very much hope they will come and housesit for us again. Don't hesitate to accept them if they offer to sit.

Kate

Kate and Sam looked after our 2 dogs and hens for a few days over the Christmas break. Lovely switched on couple, who communicates well before and throughout their stay. We came home to happy dogs and a tidy home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate and Sam.

Antony

Antony & Catherine looked after our goldies and house for 10 days whilst we were away. It's our first time using zeewoi and we really did relax knowing everything was in hand at home. From the start, Antony was communicative and, not living too far away, even arranged a visit to meet the dogs and see the house before we left. It was also lovely to receive a couple of photos during the sit. The dogs were clearly very well looked after and happy - to such an extent that when we got home and called Lettie through the window, she didn't initially get off her bed! We know that looking after a puppy isn't always easy as she's still learning her manners, so we were very grateful for the care given by Antony and Catherine to both dogs. Thank you!

Margaret

Maggie and Ian were excellent housesitters and took very good care of Jerry, giving lots of walks and cuddles. Excellent communication before and during sit. They sensibly restricted Jerry’s normal off leash walks because of the injured paw that happened one day before they arrived. We really enjoyed meeting them and hope that they will return soon, to see more of Suffolk and to continue their relationship with Jerry - and us!

Alice was great. We had a chat before because we were leaving early in the morning so we couldnt be here when she arrived. Took everything in her stride. Many thanks

Andrew

Andrew has been an absolute superstar! He was a proactive communicator prior to the sit and then he turned up during a bit of a drama for us... One of the cats had gone missing 4 days previously and we were very stressed and worried about it all, and the other cat is on pain relief medication dental issues, and all routines were up in the air. To make it more chaotic for Andrew, 10 mins before he arrived, a neighbour had notified us of a possible sighting of the cat so we had to abandon Andrew virtually as soon as he arrived to go off hunting for the cat whilst also needing to get on the road! We didn't find the cat at that point so Andrew was left with requests to leave food outside etc, also the cats previous fosterer turned up to look for him one evening - all of which Andrew handled with kindness and generosity, even though this encroached on his sit time and meant he had strangers at the house! Also we had some cameras trained on strategic places to try and catch sight of the cat and Andrew was very gracious about this, despite this clearly being a bit of an invasion of privacy. Thankfully the cat DID come home after 6 nights )caught on camera!), but again this meant more asks of Andrew - who continued to be wonderful with all our asks - he checked all was ok and ensuring cat flaps were locked and put out new food etc and was very considerate about ensuring he cared for the cat's needs and ensuring he couldn't escape again! Despite all this, Andrew left the house in immaculate condition and responded to all messages immediately (despite the time!) was very friendly and chatty - as I said at the start, he was basically a super star!!! We'd love Andrew to sit for us again - and hope that if he does, it will be a LOT less dramatic and more relaxing for him!

Angela & John

John and Angela were wonderful Housesitters, they made everything so easy and followed all our instructions to the letter. They stayed in touch during the stay and send regular updates on our pups. The house was very well kept, and they were kind enough to get us a few groceries for our return. We would not hesitate to have them here again!

Giordana and her family were amazing looking after my pugs and mu cat in my home. They treated my pets like their own, and I came back to happy, well-cared-for animals and a spotless house. I loved the updates, and it gave me total peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

John & Nidhi were brilliant sitters! They arrived before we set off for our weekend away and had an introduction to Mu before we left. They sent us updates and photos throughout the weekend, Mu was clearly very comfortable in their company which was really lovely to see. They kept up with her feeding & play routines which meant she was a happy cat! They left the house clean and tidy too! If you're looking for a friendly, reliable, tidy and considerate couple who are clearly great with animals they're the sitters for you! Thank you both for allowing us to have a relaxed weekend knowing Mumu was well looked after!

Kasia and her daughters did a great job of looking after our 2 cats and house. We received regular photo updates and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed looking after them. The cats were well cared for and played with. The house was left clean and tidy, towels and bedding washed and plants were watered. Communication was excellent throughout their stay. We are very happy with their sit and would definately have them again, Thankyou Kasia!

I could not recommend Karen more highly to look after your home, and your pets. This is the first time I've used the service, Karen was the third person I looked into - the others were unavailable, and as it turned out - fate and the stars aligned. We have three cats, very different personalities - sociable, suspicious, scared of her own shadow. We have a large home in the countryside and we are very private people. Karen was outstanding in her approach, professional at the outset and deeply aware of what we needed for our cats. Trust.

We were away for several weeks. We organised a get together before hand, we provided as much information as we could, Karen was diligent about asking questions from her side. As it turned out I had to delay my trip out, but Karen was super accommodating and understanding. 

We returned to our three cats, healthy, calm, well adjusted and not freaked out by us leaving or coming back. Karen was amazing with that cats who really bonded with her quickly - which was a first, we do live in a secluded place, our eldest cat recently suffered a road accident trauma, we are private as mentioned - and the cats don't accept everyone - but they did Karen. That speaks volumes as to Karen's maturity, kindness and being approachable and warm with our pets. It's a cliche - our cats are members of our family, we don't hand over our house to anyone. Karen is the first, and I warmly recommend her to anyone looking for trust and calmness, responsible and giving to your home and pets.

Karen provided us with communication throughout and total peace of mind.

We have not been away for many years, due to the Pandemic, and so this trip was tinged with trepidation and knowing there would have been some adjustments for the cats. It was as if we had never been away.
