It was a pleasure to take care of Obi. He is a very well behaved, trained and friendly Staffy. He doesn‘t get bothered by dogs he doesn’t know, but he knows the most of the other dogs that we met around the lake in our week with him. He loves to fetch sticks, stones and balls, so it never gets boring to walk with him.
Even though he loves to run around, he is really cute and loves to cuddle on the couch in the evening. When Obi gets your attention and company he‘s the best friend you can imagine!
Kate and Oz were lovable hosts. They invited us to stay for a night longer and also had us for dinner the night before our sit started, so we got to know Obi. They showed us their beautiful neighborhood and told us all the good places for dogs!
We absolutely recommend Obi and the house for other petsitter.

We loved our sit in Ainsdale. It is a house sitter's dream.
The house has an amazing kitchen and living area looking on to the garden. Every amenity is available. The guest room is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a great shower. Southport with it's many shops restaurants and cafes is a short drive away. There are also shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Heather and Greg were very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately.
Now the stars of the show.
Munchie the gorgeous cat just did what cats do without any fuss! She would happily be stroked when on her way in or out and then go off to do her own thing.
Charlie and Alfie the dogs are a total pleasure to look after. They are well behaved and loving, but not demanding at all. We totally fell in love with them both. When we had to leave them they behaved well, and we got an amazing greeting on our return. Each evening they would sit with us happily being stroked or just go off into another room when they wanted to. Very happy go lucky, calm dogs.
They enjoy their walks and as Heather will explain Charlie has an issue with other dogs, and will bark at them when out walking. This did not bother us and we took them out almost every day. Charlie is quite strong and if you are unable to handle him well, the garden is large and he loves playing ball, and that exercises him probably more than a walk does.
If you get an opportunity to house sit for Heather and Greg do not hesitate. I hope we are able to sit for them again in the future.

We were made to feel very welcome and at home. I was greeted with homemade soup and Ann showed me where everything was and how everything worked.
Ann took me on one of the walks and gave me a map of all the good walks.
The dogs were lovely, well behaved and good company.
We had a very relaxing time and would be very happy to sit for them again.
