They ensured that we had the maximum of information and instructions before they left and were easily contactable and helpful, with a huge amount of humor, all the time. Paul presented the sit as a "full time job", we experienced it as a "full rewarding occupation" 😎… ALL the animals can seriously steal your heart, and if you want to live an amazing and fun experience in a "multiple pet household", don't hesitate to apply. The 2 (big) dogs, the cat and the parrots live in harmony despite their own personalities and quirks! You'll need to give each pet individual quality time with you, to get to know them, but once they accept you, it's pure joy. This was a great sit! Sara was super communicative beforehand and during my stay. Dollar was such a sweet dog and had no issues with him. Sara’s apartment is beautiful and super well located. Highly recommend!
Coco and I had a lovely time ringing in the new year! Susan and Chris' home is simply divine with all the amenities and magic a beach home should have. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's a perfect writer's retreat and I took time each day to luxuriate in the view with Coco and my morning coffee. All details on how to care for Coco and the property were expertly laid out so I felt totally prepared. I would gladly stay here again!
Pet sitting Hope and Shakes was great! They are both adorable little cats. Shakes was wary, so I always gave her the space she needed but was able to pet her a few times. Hope is a purr machine that will lay near you for pets. Their care was easy and the apartment was convenient, with a subway station just a block away.
April was thorough and detailed in the home and pet care instructions. The dogs were well behaved and adorable.
Buster was a pleasure to sit for and Richard is a wonderful and kind pet parent! Buster has loads of playful personality, is extremely smart, attentive, and well-behaved on walks. Buster loves neighborhood walks, a good belly rub, his bone, and daily rounds of tennis ball and/or frisbee throw in the gated backyard. He thoroughly enjoys being around people and would sit quietly by my side when we met Richard's neighbors after a walk. Richard's communication is top notch, we met the day before and he took the time to show me around his neighborhood, suggesting areas to walk, dog-friendly restaurants and coffee shops (all close to his home). He was concerned and wanted to make sure I had a good time. Richard answered all my Buster questions during the sit (and even left bagels, eggs, fruit and some snacks for me upon arrival.) His beautiful home is in a gated community central to Atlanta's historic districts, coffee shops with outdoor seating, neighborhood restaurants and tree lined walk streets with lots of neighborhood walks to explore with Buster. Tommy was great with my puppy-took her out on pee breaks and introduced her to the pack when she got her vaccines. He was also wonderful with my older and grumpy dog. He understands dogs! He is also very trustworthy and I felt comfortable when he did petsitting for us.

Katherine is great with my 2 dogs, one of which is very anxious. My anxious dog goes with her willingly (and usually won't go with anyone else willingly), and I get pictures and updates about them. I know she takes great care of them and they enjoy being with her. I really feel like I don't have to worry about them when they are in her care.
Kat and her husband put their all into what they do. They take wonderful care of all who boards with them and Kat is an exceptional trainer. She truly has a gift. If you're in the area and want the best care for your pet, this is the only way to go!

Luna has been a Jax for years and we couldn’t be happier. Luna is a rescue who generally is not fond of men or cowers but she absolutely LOVES Tanner. She also gets so excited to see Lou in the mornings. Between these two employees it’s why we stay at Jax. Their adorable nicknames for her and their love for her are priceless. On top of that she has made many friends and even the little love of her life , Mango. I love seeing the adorable photos and activities on Instagram. Lou is our favorite and is doing an amazing job communicating with me as a parent. I always know Luna is in the best hands at Jax. Bubble days are amazing!

My dog (Pluto) was very shy and not social type of dog since she come from rescue. But since we met Lou and Jax Dog Drop staff, Pluto transformed and she plays with friends with a big smile!! Jax is amazing! I 100% recommend bringing your dog here! I was so worried my big dog wouldn’t fit in because of his leash reactivity and made sure everyone knew his background and they made sure he had a slow intro and they said he did amazing! My little dog also loves it here! She’s been to daycare before and she is definitely more comfortable here than where she was going before! I give Jax 5 stars! Attentive, caring, compassionate, and staff is super friendly and informative!
We have taken our 10 month old puppy to Jax for a few full days now. The staff has been very friendly and informative about the process. It is very easy to schedule a drop-in as well. Anytime he’s there, he comes home all tired out which is such a relief.
We had an escalating health scare with our dog that meant we had to change boarding plans several times. Jax was with us every step of the way and were very empathetic when we ended up cancelling our trip to stay home with our sick dog. We will not hesitate to board at Jax next time we need dog care.
Our husky has gone to Jax for a few years now. He loves it there! He has lots of friends, he has plenty of space to run and play, and the handlers take good care of the dogs. The supervisor Linnea is amazing! She's so sweet, and is incredible with the dogs.
We've recently started taking our dog, Cannon to Jax Dog Drop and he absolutely loves it! Our first experience was boarding Cannon for a two-night-stay and it went smooth! We saw photos/videos of Cannon thru their social media, which kept us at ease. At the end, we received a "report card" which detailed Cannon's stay! From then on, we've utilized their daycare services at least twice a week. Every time we pull into the parking lot, Cannon's behavior becomes ecstatic and he is evidently thrilled to go inside! We appreciate the staff here as its obvious that the dogs are well cared for!
We love Jax!! We've taken our dog Barry here for daycare several times and he just did his first overnight and he LOVED it. He was hesitant the first few times we took him for daycare but he warmed up and now wants to go back. The staff is always very courteous and the animals are obviously well cared for. Best part: I just found out they post pictures to their Facebook page and I found this great picture from a few months back!
The services of Jax Dog Drop are very helpful to have (used them several times when needed during trips or house remodeling periods), and the dogs seem very happy here! I rate four stars rather than five, for only one downside: dogs will occasionally come back smelling mildly like urine (maybe one in five days), with some other dog’s urine dried to their bodies and/or heads. With very small indoor dogs, cleanliness is extremely important and so this requires that they be fully bathed at home after picking them up (which adds a lot of time and effort to an already expensive ordeal). Overall, our dogs still seek to enjoy it here! But, it still is an issue worth mentioning, and one which I have not had elsewhere at some other dog day care locations (though I am not sure why). If they addressed this issue in some way (perhaps they could offer a service where they quickly bathe your dogs at pickup time, or figure out some other way to keep larger dogs from soiling smaller dogs near by) I’ll happily update this review to five stars.
My big dog loves going to Jax!! Lou knows my dog so well and makes sure to give me updates and fun stuff about my dog when at daycare. We have been going here for years and can’t imagine what we would do without them!
My Australian Cattle Dog is a regular at Arlingford. He's always so happy to go and play with the other animals and has bonded with the owners as well. They take great care of him and are very responsive when scheduling dates and drop-off/pick-up times. I have great peace of mind knowing that my dog is happy and well cared for while we are away.
Have used Arlingford for years and my dog absolutely loves staying with them. Exceptional care, great service, and our dog always comes back happy and healthy. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
I took my 8month old Labrador Rottweiler mix puppy here while i went on a 4 night backpacking trip. Dane was there when I dropped off Roan, he had a calm and gentle demeanor and seemed to understand my dogs crazy antics. He clearly loves dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with him. My dog had the best time, he loved running in their yard with the other dogs. When I picked him up he was running in the yard and didn't want to leave! He clearly had a great time, and is now so calm at home due to his doggy camp fun. I will book with them again and recommend them to any friend or family with a dog who enjoys other dogs company.
Couldn't be happier with my experience with Danny and Dane. I boarded Charlie for his first time with them for 8 days and he had a blast! They sent me updates while I was away and took such great care of my boy. They were so flexible with my schedule and great to work with. When I picked Charlie up and loaded him in the back of the car he jumped out the driver's seat and ran back to the house to see Danny! If that's not a sign of a a joyful pup I don't know what is. :)
My dog stayed here last minute over a long weekend in May, 2020. We're new to town so we don't have any "usual" places - all the places near my apartment crate the dog all day long (one even makes you pay extra if you want your dog to use the bathroom outside of the crate!!!). Finding this place was such a gem. It was a nice 'home away from home' for my dog. He is pretty high energy, so I was surprised when he came home and went right to sleep! He obviously had a great time.
Danny and Dane did a great job boarding my mixed breed pup over a last-minute weekend. She's not the easiest sometimes (I've had her professionally trained but that doesn't stop her) and they called me for not a single problem with her the whole 4 days. 10/10 very professional, hospitable gentlemen who run a tight ship!
We had a great experience with Arlingford Dog Boarding and highly recommend them. It's so nice to have a locally-owned, family-run business that is doing a wonderful job. Danny cares deeply about his work and it shows. Talking with him it is clear that he is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. Our 9 year old Chihuahua is quite nervous, especially meeting new people and other dogs. Under Danny & Dane's care she did great - she even had another Chihuahua friend to hang out with while she was there! The logistics side of things was very easy -- Danny has clear, prompt and professional communication. He was very accommodating of our last minute, unexpected needs and just really went above and beyond. Thank you, Arlingford Dog Boarding!
Danny is attentive to my golden retriever's needs, I am confident he's taken well care of and has lots of room to roam and have fun while he's at Arlingford. Very convenient location for me too, close to my house! I also appreciate how prompt Danny is when I try and book a time for my dog to stay with him - we'll keep coming to Arlingford whenever we can! We don't call this 'boarding' - it's 'camp' for us!
Arlingford Dog Boarding is far less like taking your dog to be boarded, and far more like leaving them with a trusted friend. They are in a home, they are played with, and they have lots of new friends to socialize with. All up it was an excellent experience for my dogs and I highly recommend their services!
We have a medium breed dog and wished we had known about Arlingford Boarding earlier! Arlingford Boarding is a super fun completely cage free place for our dog to spend time while we are away, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for him to romp around and make friends. Marley seems to always have a very good time here. He is always in very good spirit, happy and relaxed when we meet him at pickup, shows no sign of stress or anxiety and behaves as his normal self when back home after several days of boarding. We are truly grateful to Danny and Dane for taking such good care of him while we are away and for making his staying comfortable and fun. We have returned here since we discovered them and will be bringing Marley again in the future. Truly recommend them!
When we first contacted Pete he was super responsive and he was able to take King on July 4th weekend for boarding. As we did our research we realized this wasn’t a commercial place where they have a large amount of dogs which we really wanted for King We told him he had separation anxiety and said it wouldn’t be a problem. We also received updates from him throughout the day. Pete’s accommodation for late pick up was greatly appreciated since we were held up from our drive on the way to get him. Upon arrival, King looked super happy to see us, looked well rested and fine. Pete said he was a perfect dog and we really appreciate his words! We’ll definitely have Pete take care King for boarding and day care if needed. Thank you Pete!
Pete was an enormous help to us when I was having my baby. He was willing to have a flexible drop off time, and he even said that he would leave his phone on in case the baby came in the middle of the night. When it was time, my dog (who had never met him) instantly liked him and was happy to be left at his house. Pete sent pictures of my dog having a nice time, and seemed genuinely happy to have my dog stay with him. He even gave my dog a toy to take home with us! Pete's services were above and beyond what I was expecting, he treated us like friends even though we were strangers. I am so happy we found him, and I would absolutely recommend him!

Such an amazing and stress free experience! We were expecting and didn’t really know how to plan for dog boarding. When I called to inquiry, I was met with ease free info and assurance that they’ll work with us and completely understand. We have two bulldogs, and when we picked them up they were both in good spirits. One of our dogs is a lot to handle. They seemed to have no issues and were very understanding. So grateful for Seattle Dog Boarding and allowing us to focus on welcoming a new baby girl while our dogs were in good hands!
Absolutely the most inhumane and unprofessional doggy daycare. Lets just say we didn’t end up leaving our dog at Seattle Dog Boarding but they charged us for the entire booking. So be forewarned… They make you pay upfront with no tour of the facility; which hindsight all makes sense as if you saw the rundown house and the folks that live there you wouldn’t leave your dog there either. Pete wasn’t there when we showed up to drop off our dog. No one answered the door, so we called Pete hoping we were at the wrong location. He had to call a “roommate” to come to the door. By that time, we already decided that we weren’t going to leave our dog there and politely asked for our money back. The roommate said we needed to handle with Pete who finally texted us and said there are no refunds but we could book for another time. I can see Pete asking for us to pay for the first day and reimbursing us the remaining amount but no he outright refused.
So happy we found Pete and Seattle Dog Boarding to take care of our huge 7 month old puppy and our 15 year old dog. They are at such different stages in life and I never thought I would find someone to handle both of their needs. We just returned from a 10 day trip and both dogs were so well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The senior dog had space to chill and relax and the puppy had a blast playing with other dogs. Thanks you Pete and everyone at Seattle Dog Boarding for taking such great care of Cleo and Bear!
Worst doggy daycare experience of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and not to mention expensive, as a single day of daycare is $69 (which they make you pay up front with no tour of the "facility", which is just a rundown house). In addition, they don't make you provide proof of vaccinations. I dropped my dog off at the house. Pete wasn't there when I dropped her off, but his roommate was. This man didn't look like he should be around dogs. These dogs are our children, so if a man can't take care of himself then I'm not sure how I can trust him to take care of my dog. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. I knew in my gut something was off, so I returned 10 minutes later...she was alone in a house full of larger dogs she had never met before. There was zero staff inside. I had to call Pete so that he could find someone to return my dog to me. I waited 10 minutes for a "roommate" to emerge from behind the house took my dog and left immediately. This is an INCREDIBLY SHADEY place. It's dirty, disgusting, and probably a front.
They had my 1 1/2 year old Yellow Lab for six days and took excellent care of her. She is a hand full and a very busy girl. They keep her busy, they played with her and took her for daily walks. They even sent me pictures of her playing with other dogs in the program. I think they are great and I can fully recommend Seattle Dog Boarding as a good place to board your dog!
Our dog spent a night at Pete's house during a quick trip to Seattle where our regular boarding options back home weren't going to work out. Pete was very accommodating and our dog had a great time and made buddies with the other dogs. We would use Seattle Dog Boarding again.
Our dog has been with Jessica on multiple occasions now from boarding and also training. She’s so sweet with them and takes them on all sorts of fun adventures! Our pup’s a bit dog and human reactive, but Jessica has been nothing but understanding and helping her get over her anxious tendencies. She is also great and teaches us how to handle and continue training our dog to be calmer. We love getting the updates and seeing our puppy run around with the other dogs and look so happy. Jessica is an absolute joy to work, super understanding, and our dog now wiggles her little tail whenever we drop her off. Cannot recommend her enough!

Jessica is a joy to work with and has exceeded all expectations. My 3 year old GSD blue heeler mix rescue was challenging and exhausting. He was anxious, stubborn, and extremely dog reactive. We went through four other trainers with zero results. When we met Jessica for the first time, she spent over an hour with us observing his behavior and talking about our challenges and goals. I could already tell by her handling skills that she was the real deal. We decided to move forward with a three week board and train. By the end of his stay, he was able to be off leash with one of her dogs! Through our continued work with Jessica, my guy has become more confident and life with him is so much easier and enjoyable.

Our first visit with Jessica was about 90 minutes. She met Teddy, our 4-year-old Golden Doodle, and observed him as we discussed our goals for the training. Jessica put together a 10-day program tailored to his (and our) needs. She kept us aware of his progress with videos and phone calls throughout his stay. On the final day, we had a 60-minutes training session where Jessica gave us the information we needed to continue the improvement he had made. We recommend Jessica Apperson to anyone looking for a dog trainer.
Sent our 5 month old puppy to a 10 day board and train program with Jessica at MDI and had a wonderful experience. Being our first dog, we knew that getting a strong foundation of good behavior was important. We got updates every 24-48 hours, and our pup came home with the baseline that we could reinforced. We appreciate Jessica and will certainly use her again.

Fantastic Dog & Cat Sitting has been a wonderful partner in caring for our two cats, when we need to leave the area for a few days, or occasionally for a week or two. Dan is professional, coming to our home to meet us and our cats initially. We had a quick conversation, viewed the space and gave the specifics of their routine. He noted information for their emergency vet contacts, and where all supplies are located. If Dan has been booked when we were seeking a sitting date, he has a great team to reach out to, who've been able to help out in his place. Lynn sat for us recently, and did a great job. We feel lucky to have been able to rest easy, while our cats are being cared for by FDCS. It can be a big upheaval for pets, to have their humans gone for days. And so, to know that they're being cared for kindly by someone familiar, that seems ideal. This service is highly recommended!
I’ve relied on Dan to take care of my cat, Milo, when I travel. He does a great job of feeding and checking up to make sure Milo is taken care of while I’m gone. He even gives Milo his asthma medication using a special cat nebulizer. One thing I especially like about Dan is that the first time I used him, he came over to my house to meet the cat, made sure he knew which vet I used, and asked for emergency contacts. I’m glad I use Fantastic Dog and Cat Sitting Service and enthusiastically recommend him.

I have been using Dan’s pet sitting services for years! Dan is really personable, prompt, and professional. His staff care about our pets and we can leave town without worry. Dan has been "fantastic" with taking care of my cats when I have to be out of town. He's taken great care of my older cat who needs insulin shots, successfully dealt with the younger ones who don't really like people they don't know, and has been able to make space for me on short notice when last-minute trips have come up. He's even cleaned up messes that have occurred while I'm gone. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality and caring cat (or dog) sitter!

This is a wonderful service! When I made my first inquiry, Dan responded within a very short period of time. I was pleased because often responses are delayed for a while. I met both Dan and Jeff ( who would be taking care of my cats) and was impressed by their professionalism as well as compassion for pets. While I was away for 10 days, Jeff kept in touch with all his cat reports. When I came back, my place was tidied up and my cats were relaxed. I highly recommend Dan and Jeff!

We have been using Run Spot Run since 2012. We formerly had two dogs (a Bichon and a Mini Aussie) who both loved Susan and her facility. Now we have a Maltipoo, Lily, who loves to go there to play. She has no clue she's in daycare...it's just a play day. Susan has also rescued us on several occasions when we had family medical emergencies and called for her assistance, which she provided without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about Susan, the owner of Run Spot Run. We have a miniature dachshund (who also happens to be called Susan!) and she LOVES going over to play with her friends at Susan's place. This is the perfect setup for us because Susan is an amazing caretaker who cares for our pup just like we would, and also because our pup enjoys smaller crowds than typically found at a doggie daycare so she really gets into great play habits and loves coming back again and again. We'll be lifetime customers as long as Susan will have us :)
Susan is the best! She is truly the most loving dog sitter i've met! She truly enjoys everything about dogs! We love that we can always rely on her and feel so comfortable sending our pup to her house. She is always so nice and wonderful with being flexible if we are in a pinch or need to extend the stay! After searching for the best fit for our dameranian, we chose Run Spot Run. Susan is very personable and knowledgable about each dogs needs, and treats our dog like her own. Service costs are very reasonable. Her dogs are compatible with our dog and they enjoy playing together. We live in a condo, so bringing our dog to Susan's is a real treat, as our dog is able to run freely within a large fenced area. We highly recommend her business.

Her website list dogs under 20lbs are accepted, my initial email stated that my dog is 18lbs and she replied that he was too big. Please adjust the information on your website to align with your policies.
