Céline & Jeff
Our favorite place in Engadine!
During our stay in Engadine, we had the pleasure of meeting Celine, who entrusted us with the care of her cats Blacky and in that time pregnant Mia. From the moment we arrived, Celine's kindness was evident as she welcomed us with open arms. She even surprised us with a delicious dinner.
To our surprise, before leaving, she presented us with a scrumptious breakfast that truly made our day. Celine's generosity and thoughtfulness went above and beyond, making our time in Engadine even more special. The place itself is like something out of a fairytale, with its enchanting beauty and serene surroundings close to the supermarket. Celine's house exudes coziness, and the highlight is undoubtedly the awe-inspiring balcony that offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains. It's a perfect place for meditation, yoga, and immersing yourself in a good book (a welcome break from the distractions of social media).
We can't forget to mention the delightful cats that shared their home with us during our stay. They brought an extra touch of magic to our experience, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts.
We recommend this extraordinary place. Celine's warmth, the awesome setting, and the memories we created there make it an special experience.

Nicholas
What a wonderful stay we had in Warninglid. Firstly the dogs - Nessi, Noah & Barney welcomed us every morning with happy wagggy tales. They have the run of the grounds and are very content dogs. They are clearly very loved. Nessi will cuddle for ages on the sofa and has the softest fur, Noah likes to nestle in and although a large dalmation he fits very well on the sofa, Barney is the oldest of the pack and a gentle giant. He is very sweet and will rest his head on your lap for cuddles. The kids fell in love with them all.
Of the two cats Narla is most seen, she is very sweet and affectionate, Toby is much more nomadic and we only saw him a handful of times but were reassured that this is normal behaviour for him. Cupid the guinie pig is lovely and makes the sweetest noises. My daughter particularly enjoyed caring for Cupid.
Communication with Nicholas was easy, making us feel very welcome. There is an extensive welcome guide, and we visited the house before the sit to choose bedrooms and get to know the house and dogs.
The house is immaculate and a joy to stay in, it feels very warm and welcoming.
If you get the opportunity to stay and look after this wonderful house and pets you won't regret it. We are very much looking forward to coming back again soon.

Chewie really is the star of the neighbourhood! It’s a bit of a drooly, hairy, smelly petsit, but one of the cooler dogs you’ll ever meet! I’d recommend this housesit to any true dog lovers and vanlifers that have some of their own cooking stuff! Walking distance to the dog park and a cool neighborhood. Dan was great with communication and a friendly dude! Overall, great stay!

What a fabulous house sit! Short but sweet! Fiona and Dieter are warm, welcoming and great communicators. Their home is lovely, comfortable, and nestled in the trees. We felt like we were living in a tree house.
The pets are great and very easy to care for. Dune is a sweet and loving girl, always looking to please. She will be your best friend and follow you around like a shadow. Raisins, Fibonacci and Olive are 3 of the friendliest that we have ever encountered. Always up for a cuddle and a purrrrfect chin rub.
The location is great but we really didn't explore. We mostly hung out on the spacious deck with the fur family. A very relaxing space to spend time with a book or a beverage. If you are chosen to do this sit, consider yourself very lucky. We highly recommend and hope to return if scheduling allows. Thank you again, Fiona and Dieter!

Molly & Danyelle
Great place to stay and lovely animals. The home felt very comfortable and inviting. Molly and Danyelle were very kind, flexible and accommodating. The two pups were so easy as they didn’t go for walks but liked to hang out in the back yard and the cats loved it when you opened a can of tuna. The house was close to grocery store that I would walk to and my favorite naturopathic university which is located in St. Edwards State Park where you’ll find lovely hikes through the woods. I 100% recommend this sit when they need someone and you’re in the area.

Kim
Gayle and Kim are the most down to earth and easy going couple who welcomed me into their home which is fitted with all the mid cons especially the chilled water filter. I think most people would say they enjoyed the big screen and pay tv which is also available in the bedroom.
Quiet spot with quick access to the city centre.
The boys Gandolf and Dorja are quiet and cruisey who've perfected the art of snuggling unless someone knocks on the door then they go ballistic I definitely felt safe and protected. Feeding was a 2 second job all their meals had been left portion controlled ready to go.
This sit was a great experience highly recommend
