Troy responded within 2 hours of us posting the dates online. We booked him that same evening - we could tell from his reviews and speaking with him that he would be great and he didn't let us down! From pre-house sit communication to sending regular updates about Ruby to leaving the house clean and tidy, Troy couldn't be faulted. He is a charming person and really took the time to find out about Ruby's needs and foibles as a 15 year old dog. Our holiday was so much more relaxed to know she was in safe hands and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back again. Highly recommended.

Aurora and Elie arrived before I left for my business trip. And they were super nice and we got to chat together a bit. I got updates a few times during the weekend, with a few pictures and detailed updates of how my cats were doing. My place was very clean when I came back and the kittens were happy. Would recommend them for sure.

This was the 2nd time Sophie sat for Juno - she's just fantastic! Took such great care of my home and Juno, and had great communication. I was away for 10 days and she made everything so easy and gave me such comfort while away. Highly recommend and hope to have her back for future travel needs!

Hailey was a fantastic sitter and we would love to have her back in the future. She watched our two dogs for almost two weeks while we were traveling abroad. We were confident in selecting her due to the many five star reviews she has. She sent updates with pictures and videos every day, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the pictures that our dogs absolutely loved her! When we returned we found that our apartment was very clean, she took great care of it, and we returned to two happy, healthy pups! Hailey is truly a five star sitter!

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic. She took amazing pictures of our cat, Yoko, and was great at communicating. She was tidy, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. When my flight got delayed returning home she offered to check in on Yoko, and I am so grateful for it. I’d welcome Rebecca back anytime.

Nora was an excellent sitter. She took great care of our lovely dog (Pali), our garden and our many, many plants. Also kept us up to date daily. Our dog did get sick when we were away. However, Nora was prompt and efficient with getting the dog taken to urgent care. And when we returned everything was back to normal. I would definitely reccomened Nora to friends. Thanks Nora!

The only bad part of this sit is that I didn't get to personally meet Bob and Alison! My housekeeper initiated them to our home and our assistant coordinated with them regarding firewood delivery. Both commented on how very nice they were. The communication before, during and after could not have been better. Our home was left in perfect condition and the kitties were calm and happy when we arrived home. We had unseasonable cold weather, which meant the water feature was turned off, many plants were covered with sheets, and I.m sure Alison and Bob spent more time indoors than they would have preferred. I hope that they will come back again when the conditions are more favorable. They did not complain at all and were such a pleasure. Bob did an especially nice thing for us while we were gone, but I'm not going to say what it was or every future host may expect the same. I highly recommend Alison and Bob.

Kim was a fantastic sitter. My pets were very happy staying at home with her and super relaxed on my return. The house was spotless and Kim even baked me banana bread for my return home! Communications were great and it was very easy to leave for my trip knowing everything was in safe hands. I would invite Kim back anytime!

Anna and Abhi were exceptionally communicative and caretaking and went the extra mile for my dogs, literally walking them in the woods (their favorite place) almost every day I was gone. They sent my pictures and offered tooth cleaning options. The house was spotless upon my return. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Thanks Anna!!! Lisa

Polina is a real find! First and foremost, she is good for our dog and good for our house - attentive, organized, and fun. She has sat for us three times now, with a fourth in the offing. I think that, if Polina ever stops signing up, we will stop traveling. Furthermore, Polina is a very good communicator. She communicates with us and we with her before she arrives and all throughout her stay. It's comforting. We never have to guess or worry. We're in good hands. Our dog is in good hands. When Polina is here she is thoroughly here. And, when she is gone she leaves without a trace - except for maybe a vase of flowers or a small gift or two. Or, a meal.
