We had a lovely sit in Jane and Ken comfortable and stylish home in the small village. It had beautiful uninterrupted views from the Howardian Hills, with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Despite the cold wintry weather the house was lovely and warm with the Aga and central heating. The 9 acre fenced paddock was a bonus for early morning and late evening walks with Floss. Floss has boundless energy and was always ready for a good walk and loved travelling in the car. She kept us busy throwing sticks and balls for her and then would be content to cuddle up on the sofa with us. The Thursday evening mobile fish and chip van was great as was the pub and deli in the next village Jane and Ken made us very welcome and supplied us with lots of information on our pre visit and in their welcome pack. We had a lovely meal with them the evening before they left and we all kept in good touch throughout the stay. We would highly recommend Floss, Jane and Ken’s housesit to anybody.
We loved spending time with Diego! He was very social, cute, and loving. Dan and Sarita were great hosts and clearly communicated everything, making sure we felt comfortable for our stay. We’d happily return and care for Diego.
We enjoyed our time with Bob and Daisy! They both have such different personalities and quickly let us know their preferences! De Pere’s downtown was small but Lisa told us about a lovely cafe we visited multiple times, with the best coffee we’ve had! We were not able to meet the pet parents, however they left an extremely detailed welcome guide that answered every question we could have had. Comfortable home and cutie cats, would recommend!
Nick and Alisa are amazing, helpful and caring people. And Molly is an absolutely gorgeous and intelligent creature 💖 It was my pleasure to accompany her and I really hope to meet all of them again next time ✨✨✨
It was a pleasure to look after Jasper the cat for Candy and Terry while they were away. Candy and Terry live in a beautiful house in the rolling countryside in Devon.They have extensive land and gardens which also has a lovely lake that attracts geese and ducks. Candy and Terry were very helpful with the sit and sent me lots of information prior to arriving so that could familiarise myself with the house and Jasper's requirements.Candy cooked a delicious Taiwanese meal for all of us the night before that left. Jasper was a real character...a really friendly cat and lovely company! I would highly recommend sitting for Candy and Terry if you get the chance.
Interesting home with two adorable little dogs and one cuddly cat. There was also a large aquarium with big beautiful gold and black fish. They were relaxing to watch and easy to feed. Gym equipment was available to use, but the two cute energetic Chihuahuas kept me busy enough. I enjoyed the surrounding area for lots of shopping and good restaurants.
