Heather and Alex are a lovely young couple who love animals. We met them ahead of time and felt very comfortable leaving our house and dogs with them. They were great communicators and sent us photos of our dogs while we were away. They walked our dogs off leash which made our dogs very happy. They need to be able to run around and let off steam. Our dogs tried to sleep with them and sit on the couch with them, but Heather and Alex didn't allow it, instead, they sat on the floor with them and gave them lots of cuddling and belly rubs. Heather and Alex left our house very neat and clean. We would highly recommend them for house/animal sitting!! We would use them again as well.
In the humid valleys of the ancient citadel of wisdom we have shared a week of nature and minimalism with Rory and the cats. If vitality has a name, its name is Rory. She made us part from minute one of her whole universe of love, games and infinite licks. The three of them share their home with Dasha who welcomed us on arrival the first day with a tasting of local food that included various preparations with rose petals and flowers. A delicious experience. The house dazzles you with its large super green garden with Christmas trees, sun and mountains. The neighbors gave us a warm welcome and the city of churches, synagogues and mosques welcomed us in these times of great change for all. We will not forget Bulgaria. Thank you Dasha for allowing us to look through your eyes and inhabit your same skin for a few days.
We looked after Opie in Tiffany's amazing home in Jasper for 9 days in Feb. He is truly one of the loveliest and best behaved dogs we've ever met! We loved exploring the local area with him on walks everyday and saw a huge amount of wildlife during our time there including Elk, coyote (from the window not on a walk), big horn sheep and mule deer. Tiffany's home is incredibly well equipped for a couple who like cooking and relaxing/reading and we loved the hot tub and TV room also!! Thank you so much for having us to stay and care for your giant golden. It was a real highlight for us and would love to see Opie again when we come back to Jasper!
Truly a wonderful sit. Mike & Gabi warmly welcomed us into their home, provided the much-needed detailed information about their adorable pets, amazing home and lovely community. Communication with them was open & easy - which turned out to be important due to Sammy's need for veterinary care. Luna & Sammy were great pets who immediately warmed up to us and we would be more than happy to sit for Mike & Gabi in the future. Highly recommend this sit!!
I was lucky enough to stay in Shuwen's very calm and peaceful beach cottage with her sweet dog Roxx. Roxx was an absolute angel and a gentlemen, (ok, gentle dog). We had some lovely walks only a few blocks from the beach in a lovely beach neighborhood. So many restaurants, cute little shops, coffee stores, ice cream shops and all kinds of activities. I hope I have another opportunity for this sit with my new buddy Roxx. Thank you Shuwen.
Rebecca was incredibly helpful and brilliant at communicating before and during the sit. Her apartment is really stylish and in a great location to explore London. Pan and Pickle are absolutely adorable and a real joy to look after. I have thoroughly enjoyed cat sitting for Rebecca and would recommend this sit to anyone.
I LOVED sitting for Jeannine. All three of her pets were incredible. The location is right next to a phenomenal dog park and in a sweet, quiet, and accessible part of Santa Cruz. I have never been so overwhelmed by pet cuddles. Really, I could not ask for a better host or stay. I hope to come back soon and spend some more time with these sweet animals.
