A great experience with Charlotte taking care of my three cats for two periods of around ten days. Charlotte is completely invested in what she does, she knows and understands our furballs, adapts to each person's character and their needs. All this allows our absences to be sweeter to them. Highly recommended. We have a very reactive minibull, with a duplicate difficulty with the bowl. Charlotte managed this situation perfectly, although it was not easy, knowing that we have 5 awkward dogs as neighbors. The detail of the walk with comments and photos/videos is a big plus and greatly alleviates the various concerns we had about leaving our little nag (Charlotte has as much control with dogs as she does tenderness, perfect).
